LCN 4040SE Sentronic Door Closer

The Sentronic LCN 4040SE allows the option to choose an LCN 4040SE 24 volt Sentronic door closer or an LCN Sentronic 4040SE 120 volt closer. Choose either the LCN 4040SE 24 volt Sentronic door closer or the 120 volt from our Voltage dropdown menu on our LCN 4040SE Sentronic Door Closer product page.

Whether you choose the 120 volt or the LCN 4040SE 24 volt Sentronic door closer, both of these options meet the regulations of the NFPA 101 Life Safety Code and ANSI/BHMA. In either voltage, the LCN 4040SE Sentronic Door Closer is UL listed as appropriate for fire labeled and smoke barrier doors.

The LCN 4040SE Sentronic Door Closer is non-handed and can be surface mounted on either the pull side or push side of a door. It can be used to replace the older versions such as the Sentronic LCN 4110SE and the Sentronic LCN 4010SE.

Sentronic LCN 4310HSA And 4410HSA

The Sentronic LCN 4310HSA and the Sentronic LCN 4410HSA both comply with the NFPA 101 Life Safety Code and ANSI/BHMA regulations. They were made with the purpose of being installed in facilities with high volumes of traffic.

These electronic closers both have a Sentronic LCN HSA Scanner that will pick up on individuals walking through the doorway. The LCN Sentronic hold open mechanism will come into play every time the door is open 80 degrees and will keep the door open until everyone passes through.

These can be applied to either right-handed or left-handed doors. The Sentronic LCN 4310HSA should be surface mounted to the pull side of the door with a single lever arm. The Sentronic LCN 4410HSA should be surface mounted on the door’s push side with a regular arm.

LCN Sentronic Door Closer 4310ME And 4410ME

The LCN Sentronic Door Closer 4310ME and the Sentronic LCN Door Closer 4410ME are UL listed as appropriate for use on both smoke barrier and fire labeled doors. These LCN Sentronic closers both comply with ANSI/BHMA regulation codes. Plus, they adhere to the set of standards for the NFPA 101 Life Safety Code. 

Both the 4310ME and 4410ME LCN Sentronic closers have an on and off switch to control the LCN Sentronic hold open function. They are built from cast iron and can be used on either left-handed or right-handed doors.

The main difference between the two products is their mounting style. The LCN Sentronic Door Closer 4310ME should be surface mounted to the pull side of the door with a swing-free arm. The Sentronic LCN 4410ME should also be surface mounted to the door but on the push side with a regular arm.

Sentronic LCN Closer Arms

We carry the 4110SE-3077T, the 4010SE-3077T, the 4040SE-3077T, the 4310ME-3077SF and the 4410ME-3077 Regular arms. We hope the details below will help you understand which Sentronic LCN arm will work with a specific closer.

The 4110SE-3077T Arm can only go with the 4110SE and the 4010SE-3077T Arm can only go with the discontinued 4010SE. The 4040SE-3077T Arm can only go with the 4040SE. The 4310ME-3077SF Arm should be used on the 4310ME and the 4410ME-3077 Regular Arm should be used on the 4410ME closer.

Please select which color you would like for the arm of your choosing. You can make your selection in the Color dropdown menu on the product page. The options are dark bronze and aluminum.

Closer Covers 

We carry the Sentronic LCN 4310ME-72MC Cover which is a metal cover that can be used as a replacement part on the Sentronic LCN 4310ME Closer. We also sell the Sentronic LCN 4410ME-72MC Cover, a metal cover for the Sentronic LCN 4410ME Closer. Pick your preferred color and hand (right or left) from the dropdown menus.

On/Off Switches

We distribute three styles of Sentronic LCN on/off switches. Take your pick from the 4040SE-3436 On/Off Switch, the 4310ME-3351 On/Off Switch Assy and the 4410ME-3351 On/Off Switch Assy. For the 4310ME-3351 and the 4410ME-3351 On/Off Switches, you will need to specify 24 or 120 volts when ordering from our site.

Other Sentronic LCN Closer Parts

Aside from a few of the aforementioned parts, we have a handful of other LCN Sentronic 4040SE parts that you can order. For example, the Track Assy 4040SE-3038 is a replacement track for the 4040SE, the 3130SE, the 4010SE and the 4110SE closers.
