The Plunger Door Holder / Stop DH6000 is one of the most common plunger style door stops we offer.   They are constructed of a cast zinc alloy that is then electro statically painted to either an aluminum or dark brown color.   It features a non marring rubber tip that is replaceable, and we keep in stock.  The body measures approximately 7" long and is 1-5/8" wide.  The throw on this stop is 1-1/8".  These are sometimes called pop-up or push down door stops.  This product ships with the mounting screws.

The Door Pull Offset 1" Diameter PH-4000 is usually used on aluminum frame glass doors. This handle offers three different mounting options, one is surface mounted, where the handle is mounted over a mounting stud and then you tighten the set screw to hold the handle in place. The second method is thru bolted, the bolt goes all the way thru the door. And the third is back to were you have two handles mounted back to back.  This handle projects 3-1/4", has a 2-1/4" door clearance, comes in 9", 10" and 12" centers.  One of the most popular handles we sell.

Standard Rim Cylinder for use on Rim Cylinder activated exit and panic devices.

The Door Sweep 1" Long Rubber has an over height of 1-7/8", with 1" of it being the gray rubber seal.  The mounting rail is constructed of extruded aluminum and is available in aluminum or dark brown finishes.  This sweep ships with screws.

Intermediate Hinge IP-2202 and IP-2201

Cast aluminum construction with steel bearings and axle. The set measures 3-1/2" tall with an 1-3/8" projection. This hinge is usually used an an intermediate hinge in between the top and bottom hinge.

Intermediate Hinge IP-1901 and IP-1902

Cast aluminum construction with steel bearings. The hinge measures 5" high by 2-1/2" wide. This hinge has a 3/4" offset. We find this hinge in the middle section of the door between the top and bottom hinges. Available in the Aluminum color and Dark Brown. See the dimensional information under more views.

The International 3010-DP Adjustable Bottom Pivot is for use with the International 3010-K and 3010-PT center hung arms.  This piece is known as an adjustable dual purpose bottom pivot set.

International 5000 Series 53K01 Lever Trim

The International 53K01 Lever Trim is for the 5000 Series International panic device.  The rose diameter is 3-3/8", with a lever length of 4",  and the projection is 3".  Available in Aluminum or Dark Bronze colors.   Available in Classroom and Storeroom functions.   Classroom function the  key locks and unlocks the Lever Handle, if you turn the key one way it is  only unlocked for that one passage, if you turn the key the other way, the Lever is unlocked until it is locked again.   Storeroom/Night Latch function the Lever is always locked.

The International 300 Series Adjustable Power Door Closer is one of there new closers to meet ADA requirements.  With this door closer you can adjust the spring tension, closing and latching speed, even after it was installed.  The Spring Power is adjustable all the way down to 8-1/2 pounds of resistance, making it ideal for areas with the elderly and children.

The International Door Closer 853P Series is a common closer we see on a lot of storefront aluminum framed doors.  This is one of the last closers out there to still have sizing.  By sizing I mean each door closer has a spring size of different tension so the closer is selected depending on door size and whether it is interior or exterior.  These days we usually use this door closer as a replacement of existing doors.   The closer features two adjustment valves for closing and latching speeds.  The cylinder is constructed of precision cast aluminum.  If you have an exterior door I would recommend the 880 Series, which is the same door closer, but has a back check valve.  The back check valves will slow the door down if it is caught by a gust of wind.  It ships with a regular arm and parallel arm bracket.  This door closer is for use on doors up to 32” interior or 28” exterior doors.

Direct replacement for the older style Norton 1602 and 1603, and Yale 52 and 53, that had the 3/4" x 8-3/16" mounting holes

The International Door Closer Main Arm 520 is a replacement arms used on the 640, 650, 850 and 880 series.  This arm is probably used on other International Closers also.  The arm measures 12" overall length, and fits a 7/16" square shaft.

The International Door Closer 521 Regular Arm Forearm measures 9-1/2" loop to loop in the shortest position, and 14" when it is the fully extended . The loop on the left side is 3/8" diameter. The hole spacing on the right hand side of the picture shoe is 1-3/4".

International 8052-TP Delayed Action Door Closer

The International 8052-TP Delayed Action Door Closer is same  as the 8050 Series or 8051-TP, but with Delayed Action. Delayed Action is a function of the Door Closer hydraulic cylinder. The hydraulic cylinder will hold the door open for up to 30 seconds to allow physically challenged individuals time to get through the door way. The International Door Closer 851P Series is not a common closer we see on a lot of storefront aluminum framed doors.  This is one of the last closers out there to still have sizing.  By sizing I mean each door closer has a spring size of different tension so the closer is selected depending on door size and wether it is interior or exterior.  These days we usually use this door closer as a replacement of existing doors.   The closer features two adjustment valves for closing and latching speeds.  The cylinder is constructed of precision cast aluminum.  If you have an exterior door I would recommend the 880 Series, which is the same door closer, but has a back check valve.  The back check valves will slow the door down if it is caught by a gust of wind.  It ships with a regular arm and parallel arm bracket.  This door closer is for use on doors up to 32” interior or 28” exterior doors.   The 851 meets the size 1 ADA requirements.

The International Door Closer 526 Parallel Arm Bracket is one of two they offer.  This bracket us usually used with the Hold Open Arm 522, and is stronger than the 525 Parallel Arm bracket that ships with the closers.

The International Door Closer Arm and Track 3010-JO for Offset Top Arm Assembly Mortised Type (9/16" Depth of Top Rail) installations. Track measures 15-1/4" long by 3/4" high by 15/16" wide.  For use with the 2000, 3000, and 5000 series concealed door closers.

The International Door Closer Arm and Track 3020-VO is for offset top arm assemblies, with the track mortised in the top of the door.  This track and arm are for the 7/8" depth of top rail application.  Track measures 12-5/8" long by 1/2" high by 1-1/4" wide.  For use with the 2000, 3000 and 5000 series concealed closers.

The International Door Closer Arm 3010-K is for end loading top arm assembly (5/8" depth top rail). All screws included with package.  This arm is for center hung concealed closer applications.   For use with the 2000, 3000 and 5000 series International Door Closers.

International 89L Escutcheon Trim

Clutched lever trim for use with the 8000 Series International Door Closer Exit Devices. Escutcheon measures 8-27/32" high by 2-15/16" wide by 15/16" thick. Trim is non handed and easily converted in the field. We offer 3 functions, Classroom, Passage and Storeroom.
