The Adams Rite Panic Device Dog Key is used on there older models. The key is made of high density plastic, and is also known as Hex Key, Dog Key, Allen Key, Dogging Key. Adams Rite part # 25-0480.
Adams Rite 22-0430-IP 8700/8800 Strike is used on the rim devices that have the Star Wheel Latching System. The strike measures 2-3/4" long by 1-3/4" wide and projects out approximately 3/8".
The Adams Rite 31-0265-01-IP is used on the current versions of their devices for Cylinder Dogging. Cylinder Dogging is when you have a Mortise Cylinder to lock the device in the unlocked positions (Dogged). Very similar to the Hex Key Dogging Assembly, but the mounting plate is longer.
Adams Rite 91-0993-IP 8700/8800 Strike is used on the rim devices that have the Star Wheel Latching System. The strike measures 2-3/4" long by 1-3/4" wide and projects out approximately 1/2". Kit comes with mounting screws and two shims.
The Adams Rite EL8800 Solenoid is the mechanism that retracts, or in this case turns the wheel to unlock the panic device. There are two versions one for 12 volt systems 31-0735-IP, and the 24 volt system 31-0736-IP.
The 12 Volt Solenoid is wrapped in red tape, the 24 volt is wrapped in white tape.
