The Brushed Stainless Steel Door Kick Plate 14 Gauge .062 is the heaviest duty plate we offer .  Stainless steel offers one of the best material for commercial applications. They are very hard, and do not dent easily. The also offer the best corrosion resistances out there.  We use only type 304 stainless.

 Stainless Steel Kick Plates can be mounted by screws, two way tape, and they can be glued to the door. Our plates come standard with screw mounting. The manufacture sends #6 x 5/8″ Oval Phillips Undercut Stainless Steel screws. The number of holes on the screw mounted plates is determined by an industry wide standardize template. A height between 6-10″ will have 10 holes for plates up to 33″ and 12 holes for plates between 33 and 40″. 

 You can order these plates with tape mounting, but on larger plates and especially plates with a stainless steel base metal, it is not recommended. Stainless Steel plates are too heavy and they most likely will not stick. We can also ship them with no holes, if you want to drill your own holes.  Stainless Steel is very hard and a drill press would be recommended. You can glue them on, I would recommend liquid nails, and come C Clamps with the door on saw horses.

Lifetime Satin Nickel PVD Door Kick Plate

The Satin Nickel is a popular finish we have been seeing the last 15 years. These plates are 16 gauge or .050″ thick.
The Lifetime Satin Nickel Door Kick Plate has a 16 gauge (.050″ thick) base metal, that is then plated with a artificial satin finish that is then brushed. The process is called Poly Vapor Deposition or PVD, which is why we hear the name Lifetime Satin Nickel Kick Plate PVD. Because the finish is an artificial satin nickel, it does not have to be clear coated, so it will never tarnish.

The Door Push Plate 70 is our thickest plate we offer.  The plate is 1/8" thick, and is aluminum, brass, stainless steel, or bronze depending on the finish.  All 4 edges are beveled.  We offer this plate in many sizes, and it ships with matching mounting screws.

Finishes

The Gold Aluminum Door Kick Plate are constructed of .040" thick aluminum base material that is then anodized to a polished brass finish. These plates are a great alternative to the Solid Polished Brass and Lifetime Brass kick plates. The Lifetime Brushed Brass Door Kick Plates are the same as the Lifetime Polished Brass Door Kick Plates, solid stainless steel base metal, 16 gauge (.050" thick), but the surface is Satin or Brushed.  Because it is an artifical finish they will not tarnish.  Custom sizes available starting around $0.41 per square inch depending quantity.  Kick Plate comes with screws for mounting.  Please allow 1 week shipping time.

The Duranodic Aluminum (Dark Brown) Door Kick Plates are dark bronze or brown and match the Dark Brown color we find on Storefront doors.  These plates have an aluminum base metal, which is 18 gauge (.040") thick that is then Anodized in the Dark Brown Color.  These plates relatively inexpensive.  Custom sizes are available, they run about $0.25 per square inch.

The 422 with 49D are constructed of 1 inch solid stock, with the material determined by the finish (color). The push bar has a clearance of 1-1/8 and the handle has a clearance of 1-1/2 inches. The projection is 2-1/8 on the push bar and 2-1/2 inches on the handle. The pull handle is 12 inches on center, with a 7 inch offset. The set comes with two 5/16-18 thru bolts and one 5/16 back to back conehead.

The M422 with M49D are constructed of 1-1/4 inch solid stock, with the material determined by the finish (color). The push bar has a clearance of 1-1/2 and the handle has a clearance of 1-1/2 inches. The projection is 2-3/4 on the push bar and 2-3/4 inches on the handle. The pull handle is 12 inches on center, with a 7 inch offset. The set comes with two 5/16-18 thru bolts and one 5/16 back to back conehead.

The Door Pull Offset #39 Handle is constructed of either solid aluminum, brass or stainless steel.  The handle is 1" diameter tubing with a 2-3/4" offset and 2-3/4" projection.  This is the most common type of handle you use today.  Just about every aluminum framed storefront door has a version of this handle.  This handle is available in 8", 10", 12" and 18" centers on the mounting holes.  If you have a 9" centered handle use the PH-4000.   It comes standard with thru bolts and finish washers, but can be special ordered if you would like the handle mounted back to back or surface mounted. This Barn Door Pull Set features back to back handles that are thru-bolt mounted for a hassle-free setup.  The Grip is 6 inches on centers and is constructed of 3/4 inch round stock, and projects out 2-3/8 inch. The flush pull face dimensions are 2-1/2 by 7 inches. The mortise size of the flush pull are 2 x 7/8 deep x 1/4 inch.

The 80 Series Push Plate is similar to the 70 series, but has a round bevel on the top and bottom of the plate. There is no bevel on the sides. These plates are  an 1/8 inch thick and are available many different finishes and size.  Custom sizes are available, and they ship with the matching finish mounting screws.

The 591 manual flush bolt is for wood doors and is UL listed. It is constructed of solid brass. The face plate is 1 x 6-3/4 inches. The mortised body is 6 inches high by 1-3/8 deep by 1 inch thick. The screw spacing is 1/2 by 6-1/4 inches on centers.

Floor Door Stop / Holder 536

The Stop and Holder 536 is considered a manual door holder.   It is a manual door holder because you have to physically bend over and hook and unhook the holder.  This holder is constructed cast brass or cast bronze and then plated to your desired finish.  The stop measures 2-1/2" in diameter and 3-7/8" overall height, with a center line height of 2-1/2" from the base to the center of the rubber stop.  It ships with all of the fasteners.

The Door Pull 25 is made of 3/4" round stock in either solid, Aluminum, Brass or Stainless Steel. The handle has a 2-3/8" projection from the door, and 1-5/8" clearance from the door to the back of the handle.  It comes standard with thru bolts and finish washers, but can be special ordered if you would like the handle mounted back to back or surface mounted. The Handicap ADA Hands-Free Door Pull BM4511 is an ADA compliant. You can hook your forearm/wrist into the open end to open a non-latching door. The pull is constructed of stainless steel and is available in brushed stainless steel, powder coated flat black or powder coated dark bronze. The plate measures 4 x 16 inches and the grip is tack-welded to the plate and also has a 5/16-18 thread for thru bolting. The grip is 1-1/4 diameter by 8 inches. Ships with 6 mounting screws and one 5/16-18 thru bolt with finished washer in matching finish.

The Door Pull Handle 12 has a 5-1/2" centers hole spacing and is 6" overall. It has 2" projection with 1-3/8" clearance and the base is 5/8" x 1-1/4". Also known as a Door Handle or Door Grip. Shipped with thru bolts and finish washers.

The 524T has 1-1/4 inch diameter by 2-1/2 inches tall. It is constructed of brass and then powder coated flat black or brushed chrome plated. This stop ships with a lead anchor, 12-24 x 1 inch machine screw, #12 x 1-1/2 inch SMS with plastic anchor.

Automatic Floor Type Holder and Stop

A replacement holder and stop that has been around for many years.   This style of Holder can be found in many of the schools, churches and hospitals that were built in the 1960's and 1970's.  Cast brass construction, and then chrome plated. Measures 3-11/16" high by 3" wide with a 1-15/16" projection. The strike is 1-3/16" high. Spring loaded brass roller, rolls over the the strike to lock the door in the open position. To release, just give the door a tug.  Designed for doors with a door to floor clearance of less than a 1/2".
