The Von Duprin 9927 Bottom Vertical Rod 110574 is the replacement rod for broken or bent vertical rods.  All of the 9927 bottom rods are the same length, this is set by Federal Building Codes, so the center line of the Panic Hardware is a certain height from the finished floor. The length of the rod is 31-1/4" long, less the fittings.  The old part number on this was 110574, and the newer one is 050514.

The Doromatic Exit Device 2090 Active Case is for use on the 1090 and 2090 panic hardware.  This device has been around since the early 1970's, and is now called the Falcon 2090 Active Case, but it is the same piece.  Includes all of the interior hardware. Just unscrew or loosen the three set screws and remove your old case and install and tighten the three set screws. Housing measures 7-1/2" long by 1-3/16" wide, mounting studs have a 6-1/4" center to center distance.

Ives FB31P Automatic Flush Bolt

This fully automatic flush bolt is used on the inactive metal fire door.  When the active door is opened the latches retract, when the active door closes the latches extend.  The Ives FB31P Body is 1” wide by 6-3/4” long and 2” deep. Bolt throw is 3/4” with a 7/8” adjustment with a 3/4” backset,  standard rod is 12” which is measured from the center of latch body to the bolt tip.

Rods are also available in 18”, 24” and 36”, call for pricing.  We ship the 12” rods, and this set includes the top and bottom flush bolts.

Finishes

The LCN Door Closer Hold Open Head And Tube 3048 - 3048L.  As the arm rotates the pivot point threads close on to the mounting bracket face and create a friction catch.  If yours is new, try rotating the mounting plate 180 degrees so the threads tighten as it closes. This replacement part from LCN either breaks or wears out.   The material some times wears out due to the friction of open and closing.  But the biggest issue seems to be the point where the tube mounts to the cast iron connector.

Specify your current closers model number when ordering. Not all of the LCN closers have the same shape spindle on the door closer cylinder. Model Available here are the:

Door Finger Protector - Exterior Push Side

This model is specifically designed for exterior doors on the push side of the door. This patented Finger-Gard product is designed for both exterior and interior doors and thus will operator in very cold and very hot tempetures. Flexible to minus 40 degrees. They are made of a special rubber that is resistant to harsh sunlight. They will allow the door to swing up to 180 degrees. This product is available in Brown or White, 78" or 83" lenghts

Floor Door Stop / Holder FS43

This floor mounted door holder has been around since the 1960's. It used to go by the name Glynn Johnson GJF43A or F43A, and was brought over to the H.B. Ives line in the 1990's and now goes by the part # FS43. Many schools and hospitals have this door holder in use today. It features: Automatic door holders ideal for heavy-traffic situations that require a simple, fool-proof, Hold-Open device. Forged from brass. Unit is activated automatically when door is opened. A firm pull on door releases the mechanism. Strikes accommodate different door to floor clearances. Model numbers are determined by strike/door-to-floor clearances. Holder position on door is adjustable.

The LCN Hold Open Arm Wrench T-1157 is used to adjust LCN Friction Hold Open Arms,  one side if for the 1-1/2" nut and the other is 1-3/16".  Friction Hold Open arm would be part number 3049, with the suffix being the closer model, like 4040-3049, ect..

The Ives Wall Mounted Door Stop WS33 is another hold back part from the Glynn-Johnson door stop era.  I can not remember the Glynn-Johnson part #, but when Ives purchased them, they changed it to WS33.  This stop is constructed of cast brass that is then plated to a brushed chrome finish.  It features a replaceable rubber bumper with offset shoulder screws into cavity on body to prevent loss or theft.  And a sloping design that discourages vandalism.The base height is 3" with a width of 2-1/4", and a projection of 3-3/4",  WS33 is furnished with wood screws for drywall mounting.

Doromatic Door Closer Hold Open Arm. Includes everything is the image. Can be used to convert you regular non hold arm to a Hold Open Door Closer. Arm holds the door open when door is rotated open. The LCN Door Closer 4040SE Track Assy 4040SE-3038 replaces all Sentronic tracks for the 3130SE, 4010SE, 4110SE and 4040SE Closers. Track includes the roller, 4040SE-3034 and new mounting screws. The replacement track measures 21-3/4" on center for the mounting screws, which may be different then the 3130SE, 4010SE, 4110SE and older 4040SE Tracks.  The replacement track is the only way we know of to replace the solenoid.  Specify voltage, and color when ordering.

Norton Door Closer Covers

Replacement Norton Door Closer Covers, made of impact resistance plastic.  Covers are available for the 1600, 7500, 8300, and 8500 Series Door Closers.

The Floor Door Stop FS434 is another one the old Ives parts that has been around for about 40 plus years.   The FS434 is constructed of burnished wrought steel, with a soft, resilient gray rubber shoe.  The shoe is replaceable and is under related products.  The stop measures 2-5/8" overall height, and the base measures 1-1/2" wide by 2-3/4" long.  This door stop ships with all the fasteners and anchors needed.

The Sargent Lever Return Spring 97-0425 is usually a green color, however we have seen them in blue and red.  The red spring has the same dimensions as the green, but the loop on the coil side of the spring was closed.  Sargent is using this spring as a replacement for all of those springs.  If you have a Sargent Panic Hardware, and the lever is sagging, or just hanging, this is most likely the problem.  The spring measures 2-1/8" long  by roughly 3/8" diameter.

Wood Door Automatic Flush Bolt FB41

H.B. Ives FB41 Series are sold has Top, Bottom or in Pairs (top and bottom). Fully automatic, inactive door is latched when active door closes, bolts retract when active door is opened. Top Bolt has no spring tension. They are non handed, but the top and bottom bolts are different. The body size is 1" wide, 8-1/2" tall and 2" deep, the bolts have a 3/4" throw with a 7/8" vertical adjustment.

The LCN Door Closer 1261 Series combines the best features from the previous 1070 and 1370 into a single versatile and economical cast iron closer, with Tri mounting capability. The 1261 is the door closer I would recommend if you are tired of replacing your store front door closers because of leakage.  The 1261 is the most heavy duty standard template closer that is made.  This door closer will work on the push, pull or top jamb, and is non handed.  The 1261 is adjustable spring sizes 1-5 and mounts to the most common commercial footprint. The 1261 also features a complete line of regular and extra duty arms, LCN’s peel-n-stick installation templates, a convenient spring adjust pointer.  The hole spacing is 3/4" x 9-1/16", so it is considered a standard template closer.  LCN also offers a 20 year warranty on this closer. International 8052-TP Delayed Action Door Closer

The International 8052-TP Delayed Action Door Closer is same  as the 8050 Series or 8051-TP, but with Delayed Action. Delayed Action is a function of the Door Closer hydraulic cylinder. The hydraulic cylinder will hold the door open for up to 30 seconds to allow physically challenged individuals time to get through the door way. The Doromatic 1790 rim device is typically used in applications where maintenance is a concern because the rim device has fewer parts and pieces than current exit devices. The result is less maintenance and adjustment. The streamlined design has no openings for chains, reducing the risk for code infringements and offering increased building security by eliminating the possibility of tampering and forced entry through the use of coat hangers and other tools. The Doromatic 1790 may also be used to retrofit a Doromatic 2090 series crossbar device.

The International Door Closer 852P Series is common closer we see on a lot of storefront aluminum framed doors.  This is one of the last closers out there to still have sizing.  By sizing I mean each door closer has a spring size of different tension so the closer is selected depending on door size and wether it is interior or exterior.  These days we usually use this door closer as a replacement of existing doors.   The closer features two adjustment valves for closing and latching speeds.  The cylinder is constructed of precision cast aluminum.  If you have an exterior door I would recommend the 880 Series, which is the same door closer, but has a back check valve.  The back check valves will slow the door down if it is caught by a gust of wind.  It ships with a regular arm and parallel arm bracket.  This door closer is for use on doors up to 32” interior or 28” exterior doors.

The Ives Plunger Door Holder / Stop FS1153 is manufactured by H.B. Ives and features a contemporary yet economical method of positive Hold-Open.  This was another one of the Glynn-Johnson door stops that was merged in the H.B. Iver product line in the 1990's, and went by the 1153 part number.  This door stop is constructed in sturdy cast aluminum for years of service.  The spring operated plunger activates with minimal pressure, releasing instantly with a light tap on the plat-form lever.  The stop has a 1-5/8" throw or projection for all types of doors.  The ribbed non-marring rubber shoe is securely fastened to unit with a screw and is easily replaced when worn.  These are sometimes called pop-up or push down stops.  Ships with mounting screws.
