Gravity Door Coordinator

The Ives COR7G has been around for at least 50 years.   In the old days before electrically activated door closers fire doors would have fusible link armed door closers.  When the lnk melted, the door closed, and if there was not a mullion between door, they would use this style of door coordinator so the door with the astragal would close first.

When active door is open, coordinator prevents active door from closing until inactive door bypasses. Closing of inactive door causes strike plate on top of door to contact cam and lift arm, allowing active door to close. As inactive door continues closing, roller rides over strike plate on to door bracket, holding arm above active door.
Non-handed.

Gravity action arm and door bracket are adjustable on the job for ease of installation. Rubber roller provides quiet and efficient operation, and helps protect the astragal and doors from damage. Nylon roller on short arm glides smoothly over door bracket and strike, ensuring silent operation. Made of forged brass.

The Von Duprin Panic Device 990NL Trim is known as a Night Latch Trim.  This plate mounts on the exterior of the door, and the welded on mounting studs line up with the 99 device on the interior of the building.  The key locks and unlocks the interior exit device.  If you have a different manufacture or a different Von Duprin series on the interior, it will not line up.  On the back of this plate we usually find the number 990 stamped on it.  The plate shown here is for the Rim and Surface Vertical Rod 99 and 98 devices.  If you have a Mortise or Concealed Vertical Rod, call us and we will order that model.  The plate measures 3" wide by 14-3/16" tall.   Order here for the 990NL-R&V.  The key cylinder is sold separately.

The Door Pull Handle 11  has 8" center to center screw spacing. The base is 3/4" diameter, the overall lenght is 9-1/4". The projection is 2-1/8" and the clearance is 1-1/2". Also known as a 8" Center Door Grip or Door Handle. This handle is shipped with thru bolts and finish washers.

The Jackson Door Closer Offset Arm 20-1134LC is the arm and track assembly for the 20-330 concealed closer.  The arm measures 12-15/16" long with .919" offset, and the track measures 1/2" thick by 12-7/8" long by 1-9/32" wide.  The track includes the nylon slide, pin and retaining ring.

The Adams Rite 31-0265-01-IP is used on the current versions of their devices for Cylinder Dogging. Cylinder Dogging is when you have a Mortise Cylinder to lock the device in the unlocked positions (Dogged). Very similar to the Hex Key Dogging Assembly, but the mounting plate is longer.

The Von Duprin 47273111 Converts the E996L to the new M996L.  The difference between the two the later is a motorized version which is more robust and draws less current.  The kit includes the M996 Motorized Module and Slider Assembly.  They are offer two version one for the Rim (Rim), Surface Vertical Rod (SVR) and Concealed Vertical Rod (CVR) Exits, and one for the Mortise Lock Exits.

The Door Pull Offset 1" Diameter PH-4000 is usually used on aluminum frame glass doors. This handle offers three different mounting options, one is surface mounted, where the handle is mounted over a mounting stud and then you tighten the set screw to hold the handle in place. The second method is thru bolted, the bolt goes all the way thru the door. The International Door Closer 1804BC-P - Fixed Spring Closer is one of the heaviest duty closers in the International product line.   It offers a 10 year warranty, and is Grade 1 rated, which is the highest rating you can have.  The closer features three adjustment valves for closing,latching speeds and one for back check.  The cylinder is constructed of precision cast aluminum.   It ships with a regular arm and parallel arm bracket.   This is one of the last closers out there to still have sizing.  By sizing I mean each door closer has a spring size of different tension so the closer is selected depending on door size and wether it is interior or exterior.  These days we usually use this door closer as a replacement of existing doors.   This door closer is for use on doors up to 48” interior or 36” exterior doors.

Norton New Style Replacement Door Closer Springs

This is the replacement door closer spring for the Norton 78, and Yale 1900 Door Closers. Spring measures 2-11/16" diameter by 2" tall. This spring is identifiable by the number stamped on the band that holds the spring together. The band will be stamped either B/D 2/4, or E/F 5/6.

4" Kickdown Door Holder FS544

The H.B. Ives FS544 Kick Down Door Holder has been a staple in schools for many years due to its heavy duty construction and inexpensive price.  This is one of our most popular Kickdown Door Holder/Stop for the past 35 years.  It is constructed of durable cast iron, which has great strength characteristics.  The shoe is made of a non-marring rubber, which is replaceable.  The shoe is also held in place with a screw, which makes it a great option in schools and area of high vandalism.  This holder will work on door to floor clearances of 2" or less.  The hole spacing is 7/8" x 1-9/16".
