Covers stock hollow metal doors with 86 or 161 cutouts. The Von Duprin 9827 device has a smooth mechanism case and the Von Duprin 9927 device has a grooved case. The surface vertical rod device is non-handed.

Jackson Panic Device Crossbar 1085/1095
The Jackson Panic Device Crossbar is for use on the 1085 and 1095 hardware. The bar is 45" long and can be cut in the field with a chop saw or hack saw. There is a groove the entire length of the bar for added and strength and for the thread forming screws to thread into. The Jackson part number is 30-733-PKG, and it ships with the cross bar screws.

The Ives 157XY Continuous Full Surface Geared Hinge is an ideal solution for the replacement or worn or broken storefront door pivots, which we run across quite often. I our opinion this is the best solution if you can not find a compatable replacement pivot. The geared hinge will not allow the door to twist, which makes your door more sturdy in the frame. Von Duprin 9927 Bottom Vertical Rod 110574
The Von Duprin 9927 Bottom Vertical Rod 110574 is the replacement rod for broken or bent vertical rods. All of the 9927 bottom rods are the same length, this is set by Federal Building Codes, so the center line of the Panic Hardware is a certain height from the finished floor. The length of the rod is 31-1/4" long, less the fittings. The old part number on this was 110574, and the newer one is 050514.
