Foot Pull

The Foot Pull is a device for public restroom doors that allows one the option of opening the door using their foot instead of their clean hands. Aluminum Kick Plate with Diamond Plate Finish, .063 inch thick.  Same as our 1/8 inch thick plate, but 1/16 inch thick. Plates come with or without screws, the without will not be drilled.

International 8052-TP Delayed Action Door Closer

The International 8052-TP Delayed Action Door Closer is same  as the 8050 Series or 8051-TP, but with Delayed Action. Delayed Action is a function of the Door Closer hydraulic cylinder. The Falcon / Doromatic Door Closer SC81 is an affordable, higher quality, standard template closer.  This closer offers adjustable closing, latching and back check speeds, along with adjustable spring tension.  It has the ability to be mounted on the push, pull or top jamb and is non handed.  This closer is considered a Grade 1 closer, which is the highest grade you can get.  The hole spacing is 3/4” x 12”, which is the same hole spacing as the Norton 8301, 8501 and the Yale 3301, 3501 Door Closers.  We ship the SC81 Rw/PA.

DORMA 9300 Series Exit Devices minimize forced entry while offering a low-cost solution to life safety requirements. Certified/listed to ANSI/BHMA 156.3 Grade 1 for exit devices. Package includes all the mounting screws and brackets, and the surface strike.  5 year limited warranty.

The Door Push Plate 58 is the only plate we have that is a forged plate.  The forging process involves heat and pressure or pounding.  The result is a very heavy and durable metal.  This plate measures 3-1/2" wide by 15" tall, with a thickness of 7/32".  This is one of the thickest plate we offer, and is the most sturdy.

Finishes

The LCN 1250 Rw/PA Door Closer is a direct replacement for the Norton 1600, Yale 50, Falcon/Dor-o-Matic SC60, LCN 1260 and International 8050 Series Door Closers.  It is  ideal for low frequency and low abusive traffic areas, such as store front doors and interior doors.  It features, a cast aluminum cylinder, 15 year warranty, powder coated finishes, and stick on mounting template.  This door closer comes with the ability to mount on the push, pull or top jamb and is non handed.   The door closer meets Grade 1-ANSI A156.4, UL/cUL, ADA and the Buy American Act certifications.
Hole Spacing 3/4” x 9-16”

The Detex BN ValueSeries Lever Trim measures 1-29/32 wide by 8-1/4 inches tall, and the escutcheon is 15/16 inches thick.  We ship the Classroom Function where the keys locks and unlocks the lever, other functions are available. The Lever trim does not ship with the Mortise Cylinder.

The Von Duprin 55 Hinge Case Spring 090052 is the spring in the inactive case.  This spring does all of the lifting of the cross bar, and is used on the 55 Rim, 5547 Concealed Vertical Rod and 5575 Mortise Device.  It measures 1-5/8" long by 5/8" diameter.

The Von Duprin 88 End Case 050435 is also known as the hinge case, meaning it is on the hinge side of the door.   This End Cap is used on all of the Von Duprin 88 models, which include 88, 8827, 8847 and 8875.   This piece does all the lifting of the cross bar, so it is an important component.  The case includes the all of the internal workings and springs.

The Von Duprin 8827 Top Latch Case 050460 is for non fire rated doors. A non fire rated device is one that has to positively latch every time it closes, you can usually tell, because a non fire rated device has the hex key dogging.  This is the part that may be causing your bottom latch to drag on the floor. The Top Latch does all the work on the Von Duprin 8827. When the Top Latch is retracted, it holds the rods in the retracted position.

The Von Duprin 2227 Top Latch 050091 latch is used on devices shipped before October 1998, see related products for the new style latch if your device is newer. This is usually the problem if your bottom rod is dragging on the floor.  Latch measures:   1-1/16" wide x 4-5/16" long (less latch bolt) x 1-7/8" projection at the highest point.  Includes screws.

The Barracuda DSI is designed for In Swinging 36" Doors.  The user places the deive on the floor and slides the metal plates under the door.   Then pushing outward on the handles engages the plates to the exterior door jamb.   Then you simply install the locking pin to barracade the door.   The device is manufactured of heavy-duty steel that is then coated in a durable powder coat paint.   It will work on just about any door and comes in 6 different versions depending on your jamb width.   It is lightweight and comes with a storage mounting rack, along with all the the needed hardware for installation.

The Von Duprin Part # 050500 includes the 1 Latch Tail, 2 Latch Tail Rivets, and 2 Latch Tail Springs.  This product is used on the Von Duprin 88 Rim Device, for the EO, NL, TP and DT functions.  This is not the Latch Tail Kit used on the Fire Rated Von Duprin 88-F Devices.

The Hands-Free/Foot Door Pull BM46 can be used as a ADA compliant hands-free door pull when mounted 42" above the finished floor. Or as foot pull when mounted at the bottom of the door. The Pull is 4" x 5" and is made of .090 thick stainless steel. Ships with sex bolts and screws for 1-3/4" door. Von Duprin 6112 24 VDC Electric Strike

Von Duprin 6100 Series electric strikes are designed for use with Rim devices.  The 6112 has a 3/4” latch bolt throw, 9” face plate length, 1-5/8” width, and an 1-3/4” backbone depth.  The lock retrofits the Folger Adams FA 310-4.  Other voltages and replacement parts are available. 

FSE - Fail-secure.  Requires power to be applied to unlock the strike lip.  On loss of power, the strike lip is locked-Fire Rated

FS - Fail-safe.  Requires power to be applied to lock the strike lip.  On loss of power, the strike lip is unlocked.  Non Fire-Rated.

The Von Duprin 5547 Concealed Vertical Rod Exit Device is used primarily on aluminum framed glass doors, otherwise known as Narrow Stile Doors.   It is one of the most heavy duty cross bar devices made, and has been in production since at least the 1970's.  It will fit on Stile widths of 1-3/4", and ships with all the mounting screws, dog key and all the necessary strikes.  The device is also non handed.
