The Door Pull Offset 3/4" Diameter #29 is constructed of either solid, Aluminum, Brass or Stainless Steel. The handle 3/4" diameter tubing with a 2-1/2" projection and 2-1/2" offset.  We find these on narrow stile aluminum framed glass storefront doors.  It comes standard with thru bolts and finish washers, but can be special ordered if you would like the handle mounted back to back or surface mounted. Also known as a Door Handle or Door Grip.

With the Handicap Door Pull 19 you are able to get a closed fist behind the pull, which makes it a great ADA Door Pull. Constructed of cast aluminum or cast brass and plated to the desired finish.  The overall length is 8-3/4", the bases are 1-1/2" x 1-5/8", and it projects 3-1/4".   Shipped with screws. The Sargent 646 Surface Strike is used on the 20, 30 and 80 Series Surface Vertical Rod Panic Hardware and Fire Rated Hardware.  It is used as a strike for the top latch. The strike measures 1-5/32" x 3-11/16"  with a 3/4" projection.   Strike features a black coated epoxy finish.

The Jackson Panic Device 1085, 1285, and 2086 Bottom Bolt Guide Assembly is the piece that fits in the bottom of the door.  It is there to take up slack in rod, so the door can not be shaken open.  Jackson part number 30-320.

With the Handicap Door Pull 119 you are able to get a closed fist behind the pull, which makes it a great ADA Door Pull. Also known as the Double Arm Pull it is constructed of aluminum, brass or stainless steel stock.   It measures 8-1/2" overall length and has 5-1/4" centers on the mounting screws.  The flat bar stock is 3/8" x 1", and the round mounting post is 3/4" diameter.  Shipped with screws and finish washers. The Von Duprin 22 Mechanism Metal End Cap 900397 is new for 2016.  This new kit replaces the 900397 with a metal end cap, which is has always been a weak link of the 22 series.  The package includes the End Cap, Bracket and the Mounting Screws.  This cap and bracket will work on all of the 22 and 2227 series.

Von Duprin 8827-F Bottom Latch Kit 050463 is the Bottom Latch Kit for the Von Duprin 8827-F. The 8827-F is the Fire Rated Surface Vertical Rod device usually used on interior doors to contain a fire. The Fire Rated version would not have dog screws to lock the device in the retracted position.

The Ives FB61P is used on the inactive leaf of wood fire doors.   The latch remains extend until the active door is opened.   When the active door is opened the latches retract, and extend when the active door is closed.  The bodies measure 1” wide by 8-1/2” tall and 2” deep.  The bolt throw is 3/4” with a 7/8” vertical adjustment, and has a 3/4” backset.   This package comes with the top and bottom flush bolts with screws and strikes.

The Von Duprin 050400 Top Latch is used on the 2227, 3327A, 3427A, 9827 and 9927 exit devices. It is used the Fire-Rated along with the standard Panic Devices.  The 050400 is sold without the the Mounting Bracket, if you need the Mounting Bracket you can order the 050546, or order the G99VR10 (050091) which will come with the Bracket. This latch is for use on devices shipped after October 1998. This is usually the problem if your bottom rod is dragging on the floor. Includes screws.

The Von Duprin 98 Rim Panic device has been around since the late 1970's and has gone through a couple of improvements.  One of the great things about the 98 is the availability of replacement parts.  Even when the device is upgraded, the upgraded parts will work with the older versions that can be close to 40 years old.  This device is for all types of single and double doors with mullions.  The device is UL Listed for Panic Exit Hardware and is considered Grade 1, the heaviest duty rating possible.  The Von Duprin 98 device has a smooth mechanism case and the Von Duprin 99 device has a grooved case. The rim device is non-handed, meaning it will work on Left and Right hand doors.   Ships with all the mounting screws and the 299 Strike.

The Barracuda Model DSO is for Out Swinging 36" Doors and provides up to 550 pounds of security.   It is constructed of heavy duty steel with a durable powder coated finish.  The bar goes across the door frame and grabs the lever or knob set with an adjustable clamp.  To secure the door, simply turn the handle until it is secured.  They currently offer two models, one for jambs up to 5-3/4" and one for jambs greater than 5-3/4".  This device ships with all of the hardware and a wall mounting rack for storage.

The Yale 2701 is a non handed door closer that can be mounted push, pull or top jamb. The closer is adjustable 1-6 sizing, so it will work on any size door, interior or exterior.  The closer ships with a full cover, and all the mounting screws. This a Grade 1 closer, which is the highest rating possible. The mounting is 3/4 x 12 inches on centers.

The Offset 60 degree Door Pull is available in 8, 10 and 12 inch centers. The handle is constructed of 1 inch solid material, with the base metal determined by the finish (color). It features 1-1/8 clearance, 2-1/8 projection and has a 2 inch offset. The fasteners are 5/16-18 thru bolts with a finish washer. Please specify the door thickness when ordering.

The Ives COR9G has been around for at least 50 years.   In the old days before electrically activated door closers fire doors would have fusible link armed door closers.  When the lnk melted, the door closed, and if there was not a mullion between door, they would use this style of door coordinator so the door with the astragal would close first.

When active door is open, coordinator prevents active door from closing until inactive door bypasses. Closing of inactive door causes strike plate on top of door to contact cam and lift arm, allowing active door to close. As inactive door continues closing, roller rides over strike plate on to door bracket, holding arm above active door.
