The International Door Closer 9001-TP Series is a relatively newer closer.  This closer features fully adjustable spring tension, closing and latching speeds and back check.  The narrow design allows for mounting on the top jamb of store front doors without a drop plate.  The closer is non handed, and can be mounted on the push, pull  or top jamb positions.  It meets all ADA requirements and is a Grade 1 closer, the heaviest rating possible.

Von Duprin 8827 Chassis Tie Rod Pkg 050328

The 8827 Chassis Tie Rod Package is the rod that goes through the top and bottom latches. The Tie Rod is held in place by the Special Chassis Nut. The Tie Rod measures 1-3/8" long by 3/16" diameter.

The Sargent 646 Surface Strike is used on the 20, 30 and 80 Series Surface Vertical Rod Panic Hardware and Fire Rated Hardware.  It is used as a strike for the top latch. The strike measures 1-5/32" x 3-11/16"  with a 3/4" projection.   Strike features a black coated epoxy finish.

The Stainless Steel Engraved Push Plate is newer to our product line, but has been a very good seller.  This plate is constructed of 16 gauge (.050") thick stainless steel, and comes in two different sizes, the 3-1/2" x 15", and the 4" x 16".  The black engraved "PUSH" is 3/4" tall.  We can only get this is stainless steel at this time, and the mounting screws are included.

This closer offers adjustable closing, latching and back check speeds, along with adjustable spring tension. It has the ability to be mounted on the push, pull or top jamb and is non handed. This closer is considered a Grade 1 closer, which is the highest grade you can get. The hole spacing is 2-3/8” x 6-3/4”, which is the same hole spacing as the Norton 7500 and Yale 4400 door closers. International 8052-TP Delayed Action Door Closer

The International 8052-TP Delayed Action Door Closer is same  as the 8050 Series or 8051-TP, but with Delayed Action. Delayed Action is a function of the Door Closer hydraulic cylinder. The Dor-O-Matic 1690/1790/1990/2090 Pinion PB5 has been in use since the 1970's.  This gear or pinion is what activates the latch or the rods on the 990, 1090, 1690, 1790, 1990 and 2090 devices.  The Dor-o-Matic Panic Devices have been around since the late 1960’s, but have most recently been known as the Falcon Panic Device from a name change they had in about 2008.  They are the same device, with the same parts, just a different name plate.  The manufacture part number on this is CAM.102, PB5 or PB140.

The Falcon / Doromatic Door Closer SC81 is an affordable, higher quality, standard template closer.  This closer offers adjustable closing, latching and back check speeds, along with adjustable spring tension.  It has the ability to be mounted on the push, pull or top jamb and is non handed.  This closer is considered a Grade 1 closer, which is the highest grade you can get.  The hole spacing is 3/4” x 12”, which is the same hole spacing as the Norton 8301, 8501 and the Yale 3301, 3501 Door Closers.  We ship the SC81 Rw/PA.

The Dor-O-Matic 2390 231CA Cylinder Kit converts your 2390 exit only to a Night Latch or Hold Back function key lock.  All the hardware is included in the package to convert your device, except for the Mortise Cylinder.  Housing measures 4-1/2" tall by 1-11/16" wide with a 1-1/8" projection.  We send the 231CA which includes the Schlage B502-191 Cam.   The 239CA is the same kit, but without the Schlage Cam.

The design of the Doromatic 1690 is ideal for demanding, high-traffic applications. The vertical rods and latch mechanisms are concealed in the vertical door stile, ensuring trouble-free operation. Cast metal cover plates and end caps hold up to rigorous use. A quick, singlepoint dogging feature in the housing deactivates the device, permitting unrestricted traffic flow. The Doromatic 1690 may also be used to retrofit a Doromatic 1990 Series crossbar device.

Heavy Duty Design
The new Series 2670 Exit Alarm Lock provides secure protection through a large stainless steel deadbolt, which is 2" x 1/2" (51mm x 13mm) and has over a 3/4" (19mm) throw. The engagement area into the strike is over 1 1/4" (32mm) square inches. The cast aluminum latch case protects the internal mechanism and resists tampering or vandalism from inside the door. This unit has been tested to withstand up to 1600 pounds of static load force against the door.

The Yale Door Closer 3301 is constructed of a cast aluminum alloy.  It is considered a Grade 1 Closer, which is the highest grade possible.  The closer features an adjustable spring tension, and separate closing, latching and back check intensity valves.  The slim line plastic cover is standard on this closer.  This door closer replaces the older 3301BF closers. The new version is Barrier Free Complaint.  The hole spacing is 3/4" x 12", the cylinder is sometimes cast 20-3301-1001 on the back of the cast aluminum cylinder.  This closer ships with all of the mounting hardware and parallel arm bracket.

The Falcon / Doromatic Door Closer SC91 is an affordable, high quality closer for residential or light commercial applications.  They used to be know as the Doromatic SC90, but in about 2008, they changed it to the Falcon SC91.  This closer offers adjustable closing, latching and back check speeds, along with adjustable spring tension.  It has the ability to be mounted on the push, pull or top jamb and is non handed.  This closer is considered a Grade 3 closer, which is the lightest grade you can get.   The hole spacing is 3/4” x 6-3/8”.  We ship the SC91 Rw/PA.

The Dorma RTS88 Door Closer is an overhead concealed closer for both single and double-acting doors.  It is one of the more popular overhead concealed closers on the market today.  The RTS88 will consist of a steel cam, rollers, and springs housed in a compact cast iron body.  Closers will be capable of being installed in minimum 1-3/4" x 4" headers. RTS88 will have maximum door opening to 90º or 105º, trim conditions permitting. Sweep and latch speed will be controlled by two noncritical adjustment valves from 90º or 105º to closed. Built-in pressure relief valve will protect the closer from abuse caused by forced closing. A mechanical backcheck combined with a positive stop at 90º or 105º will be provided to protect the door and frame. The RTS88 closer will be available with hold open at 90º or 105º, or without hold open. The product shown here is just the replacement cylinder.

This Von Duprin Strike 304L Bottom Strike is used for the bottom latch of the 2227, 8827, 9827 and 9927. The strike measures 1-7/8" by 1-7/8" out dimension of the square flange, with an inside dimension of 1-1/8" by 1-1/8". The part that is inserted into the floor is 1-5/16" x 1-5/16" and drops down 13/16". Also known as a Von Duprin Floor Mounted Mortise Strike.

The International Door Closer 883P Series is a common closer we see on a lot of storefront aluminum framed doors.  This is one of the last closers out there to still have sizing.  By sizing I mean each door closer has a spring size of different tension so the closer is selected depending on door size and wether it is interior or exterior.  These days we usually use this door closer as a replacement of existing doors.   The closer features three adjustment valves for closing,latching speeds and one for back check.  The cylinder is constructed of precision cast aluminum.   It ships with a regular arm and parallel arm bracket.  This door closer is for use on doors up to 32” interior or 28” exterior doors.

Direct replacement for the older style Norton 1602 and 1603, and Yale 52 and 53

The Wall Door Holder/Stop 531 features cast brass or bronze finish which is then plated to the desired finish.  This is considered a manually operated door holder, because it does not latch automatically.  It features a 2-1/2" base with 3-5/8" projection, and ships complete with all of the needed fasteners.

The Adams Rite EX88 Interlocking Rim Exit Device is designed for heavy duty use on narrow stile aluminium door applications. The EX88 has a unique latch bolt design that interlocks with the frame of the door. Von Duprin 6114 24VDC Electric Strike

Von Duprin 6100 Series electric strikes are designed for use with Rim devices.  The 6114 has a 3/4” latch bolt throw, 7” face plate length, 1-7/8” width, and projects1-9/16”.  The lock retrofits the Folger Adams FD 310-5.  Other voltages and replacement parts are available. 

FSE - Fail-secure.  Requires power to be applied to unlock the strike lip.  On loss of power, the strike lip is locked-Fire Rated

FS - Fail-safe.  Requires power to be applied to lock the strike lip.  On loss of power, the strike lip is unlocked.  Non Fire-Rated.

The Von Duprin Panic Device 990NL Trim is known as a Night Latch Trim.  This plate mounts on the exterior of the door, and the welded on mounting studs line up with the 99 device on the interior of the building.  The key locks and unlocks the interior exit device.  If you have a different manufacture or a different Von Duprin series on the interior, it will not line up.  On the back of this plate we usually find the number 990 stamped on it.  The plate shown here is for the Rim and Surface Vertical Rod 99 and 98 devices.  If you have a Mortise or Concealed Vertical Rod, call us and we will order that model.  The plate measures 3" wide by 14-3/16" tall.   Order here for the 990NL-R&V.  The key cylinder is sold separately.

Von Duprin 6113 24 VDC Electric Strike

Von Duprin 6100 Series electric strikes are designed for use with Rim devices.  The 6113 has a 3/4” latch bolt throw, 6” face plate length, 1-5/8” width, and an 1-15/16” backbone depth.  The lock retrofits the VD 3011 and VD 3021.  Other voltages and replacement parts are available.

The Doromatic 1990 Panic Device has a long history of reliable performance.  Although it is now called the Falcon 1990, they are the same device.  This device is non handed, meaning it can go on left hand or right hand door.  The standard included 41" crossbar will work on doors up 3'8" wide, and the stardard rods will work on a 7' door.  It is equipped with hardened steel latches and adjustable strike to ensure safety, security and quiet operation.  The package includes all of the mounting screws and strikes.
