The Door Pull Handle 21 has a cross section dimension of 1/2" x 1" and is made of half round (underside is round) stock. The handle projects out 2-1/8" with a clearance of 1-5/8". This handle is available in 6" and 8" center to center mounting holes, but can be made in different Center to Center dimensions. This product is also known as a Door Handle or Door Grip. The handle ships with thru bolts and matching finish washers.

The Detex D Lever Trim is used on the 10, 20, 21 and 27 Series exit devices. The D Lever is designed to be as heavy duty as their exit devices. It features a break-away lever to prevent damage. The Von Duprin 22 Panic Only 22EO is part of the economy series.   Even though is it the least expensive Von Duprin, it is still a very heavy duty panic device.  It is for all types of single and double doors with mullion, for door stiles as narrow as 3-13/16”.   All 22 Series exit devices are UL listed for Panic Hardware or Fire Hardware, and are certified to ANSI A156.3, Grade 1.  The Von Duprin 22 ships with the 299 standard strike, dog key, and all of the needed mounting fasteners.  Even though it is the least expensive, they offer all the replacement parts, just like there other models.  We stock all of the replacement parts Von Duprin has to offer on the 22 and 2227 series.

Falcon/Monarch 19 Series Hex Dogging Assembly and Cover have been changed.  As of April 12, 2022 the kit now includes a new style dogging assembly also.

We know this kit will work on the 19/24/25 Series, and are not sure if it will work on the Monarch 17/18 Series Dogging Cover goes over the dogging mechanism on the hinge side of the exit device. Sometimes when the end cap goes missing, this cover plate also disappears.

This part is the weak link in this exit device. When the end cap falls off the Dogging Cover Plate falls out also! The end cap is 1-1/8" wide by 2-7/16" tall and projects out 1-7/8".

The function is Classroom, which means the key will lock or unlock the lever. The lever also incorporates a clutch function so the mechanism will not break when excessive force is applied to the lever.

The Jackson 1095 Panic Hardware was one of the first devices universally recognized as the standard for aluminum storefront hardware. Made of high tensile strength aluminum.  It ships complete with both housings, crossbar, all the fasteners, and the strike.  Comes with 45" cross bar that is easily cut in the field.

Cal-Royal 9000 Series Lever Trim HDESC is for use on the 9800 and 9800 Exit Devices. The Trim has a clutch mechanism to prevent breaking and two heavy duty springs to prevent sagging. Escutcheon measures 2-5/8 inches wide by 10-5/8 inches long.  The lever projects out 2-7/8 inches. Key locks or unlocks lever.

The Von Duprin ALK Alarm Kit converts the Von Duprin 22, 33A, 35A, 98 and 99 Devices to an alarmed exit device.   When you exit the 85 decibel alarm will sound.  Powered by a standard 9 volt battery and is controlled by a Mortise Cylinder with a straight cam.  When battery is low, the alarm will beep.

International 53K01 Lever Trim

The International 53K01 Lever Trim is for the 5000 Series International Door Closer exit device.  The rose diameter is 3-3/8", with a lever length of 4",  and the projection is 3".  Available in Aluminum or Dark Bronze colors.   Available in Dummy, Passage, Classroom and Storeroom functions.   Classroom function the  key locks and unlocks the Lever Handle, if you turn the key one way it is  only unlocked for that one passage, if you turn the key the other way, the Lever is unlocked until it is locked again.   Storeroom/Night Latch function the Lever is always locked. Passage the lever is always free to open the door, it is never locked.  Dummy the lever is stiff and only acts as a pull.

The Monarch / Falcon 912L Lever Trim is for use on the Monarch / Falcon 19 Series.  The 912L measures 7-1/4" high by 1-3/4" wide and the mounting plate is 5/8" thick.  We ship these with the Dane Lever, which projects out 2-7/8" in the Classroom function.  On the Classroom function the key locks and unlocks the lever handle, the Key Cylinder is not included.  We offer this Lever Trim in Painted Aluminum, Painted Dark Bronze, and Brushed Satin Nickel.

Available in a Rim, Concealed, and Surface Vertical Rod versions, this device is suitable for use with 1-3/4" (44.5 mm) narrow, medium, and wide stile aluminum, wood, or hollow metal doors. The base is easily trimmed for field sizing, and the vertical rods are shipped to fit up to 84" (2.13 m) tall doors. Extensions or longer rods for taller doors are available. This Exit Device features an easy-to-use dogging system, and is also available with keyed cylinder dogging.

The 1200 Series touch pad with "Soft-Touch" insert requires slight pressure anywhere on the bar insert for instant release of the locking mechanism.
