This Barn Door Pull Set features back to back handles that are thru-bolt mounted for a hassle-free setup.  The Grip is 6 inches on centers and is constructed of 3/4 inch round stock, and projects out 2-3/8 inch. The Door Push Plate 50 is the most common push plate we find out in industry today.  It does not matter what type of commercial building you go into, you will find this style and thickness plate.  The are offered in standard sizes, that are shown below, and can be made to custom sizes.  The plates are 16 gauge metal (.050 thick) and are shipped with 4 beveled edges.   The matching finiish screws are shipped with each plate.

The handle is constructed of aluminum, stainless steel or brass depending on the desired finish.  The handle is 1" solid diameter stock and the mounting posts are 3/4" diameter stock.  It measures 8" overall length and projects from the door 2".  It ships with thru bolts and finish washers. The Brushed Stainless Steel Door Kick Plate 14 Gauge .062 is the heaviest duty plate we offer .  Stainless steel offers one of the best material for commercial applications. They are very hard, and do not dent easily. The also offer the best corrosion resistances out there.  We use only type 304 stainless.

 Stainless Steel Kick Plates can be mounted by screws, two way tape, and they can be glued to the door. Our plates come standard with screw mounting. The manufacture sends #6 x 5/8″ Oval Phillips Undercut Stainless Steel screws. The number of holes on the screw mounted plates is determined by an industry wide standardize template. A height between 6-10″ will have 10 holes for plates up to 33″ and 12 holes for plates between 33 and 40″. 

 You can order these plates with tape mounting, but on larger plates and especially plates with a stainless steel base metal, it is not recommended. Stainless Steel plates are too heavy and they most likely will not stick. We can also ship them with no holes, if you want to drill your own holes.  Stainless Steel is very hard and a drill press would be recommended. You can glue them on, I would recommend liquid nails, and come C Clamps with the door on saw horses.

The Door Pull Handle 21 has a cross section dimension of 1/2" x 1" and is made of half round (underside is round) stock. The handle projects out 2-1/8" with a clearance of 1-5/8". This handle is available in 6" and 8" center to center mounting holes, but can be made in different Center to Center dimensions. This product is also known as a Door Handle or Door Grip. The Burns 617 Non-Locking Pocket Door Pull Set is 2-3/4 inches tall by 2-1/2 inches deep. The mortise dimensions are 2-5/16 inches tall by 1-7/8 inch deep. Base metal is Brass or Aluminum depending on the finish.

The Door Pull Offset #39 Handle is constructed of either solid aluminum, brass or stainless steel.  The handle is 1" diameter tubing with a 2-3/4" offset and 2-3/4" projection.  This is the most common type of handle you use today.  Just about every aluminum framed storefront door has a version of this handle.  This handle is available in 8", 10", 12" and 18" centers on the mounting holes.  If you have a 9" centered handle use the PH-4000.   It comes standard with thru bolts and finish washers, but can be special ordered if you would like the handle mounted back to back or surface mounted. With the Handicap Door Pull 119 you are able to get a closed fist behind the pull, which makes it a great ADA Door Pull. Also known as the Double Arm Pull it is constructed of aluminum, brass or stainless steel stock.   It measures 8-1/2" overall length and has 5-1/4" centers on the mounting screws.  The flat bar stock is 3/8" x 1", and the round mounting post is 3/4" diameter.  Shipped with screws and finish washers. Also known as a Handicap Grip, ADA Door Pull or Handle.

The Offset 60 degree Door Pull is available in 8, 10 and 12 inch centers. The handle is constructed of 1 inch solid material, with the base metal determined by the finish (color). It features 1-1/8 clearance, 2-1/8 projection and has a 2 inch offset. The fasteners are 5/16-18 thru bolts with a finish washer. Please specify the door thickness when ordering.

Back to Back mounted Off-Set Door Pull featuring 1-1/4 inch stock diameter stock. Handle has a 4 inch offset with a 2 inch clearance and 3 1/4" projection. Available in 12 or 18 inch centers. Sold as sets, 2 handles and 3/8-24 thread stud.

The Diamond Plate Aluminum Door Kick Plate are solid aluminum.   They are 1/8" thick and have a gloss or polished finish.  These plates have the Diamond pattern, and the diamonds are 1-1/8" long.  Custom sizes are available, they run about $0.39 per square inch.  The lead time on these plates is about 7-10 days.

The 460 ADA Flush Pull measures 5 inches by 5 inches  and is made of 1/8 inch material.  The opening size is 3-1/2 inches by 3 inches. The pull is fastened to the door with 10-24 by 5/8 inch security torx with barrel nuts.  The pull is designed for 1-3/4 thick doors, please specify if your door is thicker than 1-3/4 inches.  Available in Brushed and Polished Stainless Steel and also Powder Coated Flat Black and Dark Bronze.

The Door Push Plate 62 is constructed of 16 guage (.050") thick aluminum, stainless steel, brass or bronze depending on your finish.  They measure 7-1/2" by 15" tall.  This plate is handed left and right, the one shown on the website is a Left Hand.  Plate comes with matching finish mounting screws.

Lifetime Satin Nickel PVD Door Kick Plate

The Satin Nickel is a popular finish we have been seeing the last 15 years. These plates are 16 gauge or .050″ thick.
The Lifetime Satin Nickel Door Kick Plate has a 16 gauge (.050″ thick) base metal, that is then plated with a artificial satin finish that is then brushed. The process is called Poly Vapor Deposition or PVD, which is why we hear the name Lifetime Satin Nickel Kick Plate PVD. Because the finish is an artificial satin nickel, it does not have to be clear coated, so it will never tarnish.

The Gold Aluminum Door Kick Plate are constructed of .040" thick aluminum base material that is then anodized to a polished brass finish. These plates are a great alternative to the Solid Polished Brass and Lifetime Brass kick plates. The Lifetime Brushed Brass Door Kick Plates are the same as the Lifetime Polished Brass Door Kick Plates, solid stainless steel base metal, 16 gauge (.050" thick), but the surface is Satin or Brushed.  Because it is an artifical finish they will not tarnish.  Custom sizes available starting around $0.41 per square inch depending quantity.  Kick Plate comes with screws for mounting.  Please allow 1 week shipping time.

The offset door pull 44 is 5 inches by 12 inches.  It offers a 2 inch clearance with a 2-1/8 inch projection.  The mounting holes are 10 inches on centers.  The base block is 1 inch by 12 inches.

The Duranodic Aluminum (Dark Brown) Door Kick Plates are dark bronze or brown and match the Dark Brown color we find on Storefront doors.  These plates have an aluminum base metal, which is 18 gauge (.040") thick that is then Anodized in the Dark Brown Color.  These plates relatively inexpensive.  Custom sizes are available, they run about $0.25 per square inch.

The Burns Manufacturing 455 Adjustable Push/Push units consists of 2 454 push bars and and 1 453 pull bar. They are adustable up to 36". The tubes are 1 inch round and the bases are 2 inch diameter by 2-1/2 inch projection. The base metal is brass.

The 80 Series Push Plate is similar to the 70 series, but has a round bevel on the top and bottom of the plate. There is no bevel on the sides. These plates are  an 1/8 inch thick and are available many different finishes and size.  Custom sizes are available, and they ship with the matching finish mounting screws.

ADA Sliding and Barn Door Push/Pull Set. Pull handle is 3/4" round stock with 6" center to centers and 2-1/2 inch clearance.  The flush pull is 4" x 7" x 1-1/8 inch ADA.
