Jackson Exit Device 2085/2095 End Cap

The Jackson Exit Device 2085/2095 End Cap measures 3-1/8" high, by 1-1/8" wide, and has a projection of 1-15/16". The mounting lugs are 1-3/8" on center and project out 1".

The Jackson Panic Device Top Bolt Trip is for use on the 1085, 1285, and 2086 devices.  The 30-824 Trip Assembly mounts on the jamb stop and has a pin that sticks out of it (actually a threaded set screw).  The pin lines up with the release plate on the Top Bolt Guide Assembly, when the pin hits the top plate as the door closes, it releases the rods, so they can extend.

The Jackson Panic Device Crossbar is for use on the 1085 and 1095 hardware.  The bar is 45" long and can be cut in the field with a chop saw or hack saw.  There is a groove the entire length of the bar for added and strength and for the thread forming screws to thread into.  The Jackson part number is 30-733-PKG, and it ships with the cross bar screws.

The Jackson Door Closer Center Hung Arm 20-2085 is for double acting center hung doors for use with the 20-330 concealed closer.  The arm measures 9-1/2" long by 1-3/8" wide by 19/32" thick.

The Jackson Door Closer Offset Arm  20-900-LC is used with the 20-330 concealed closer for single acting offset mounted doors.  The arm measures 12-15/16" long by 1/2" thick with a 1.012" offset.  The track measures 25/32" deep by 29/32" wide by 14" long.  The track includes the nylon slide, pin and retaining clips.

Made of high tensile strength aluminum.  It ships complete with both housings, crossbar, all the fasteners, and the strike.  Comes with 45" cross bar that is easily cut in the field.

The Jackson 1085 30-1242 / 30-1243 Lever Arms are for use with the Jackson 1085 Housings, both sides.  And the Jackson 1095 Inactive (hinge side) Housings.  To determine hand, stand inside and look out the door, what is side is the arm on?  If it is on the Right then order Right.

The zipper tooth design allows the pile to easily snap into the extrusion slot from above rather than having to slide the pile in from the ends. The Jackson Panic Device 1085 And 1095 Dogging Pin is the piece that keeps the hardware in the open position during business hours.  It is activated by pressing the crossbar and then turning the flat head screw driver head.  The pin is held in the housings with a screw, which is located on the back of the housing.  This pin has been used since about 1988 or so, the old style are no longer made, but they had a roll pin that was used to hold it in place.  This package comes with a new spring, set screw and the pin.  The Jackson part number on this is 30-1115.

The Jackson 20330 Concealed Door Closer has been around since the late 1960's early 1970's.  They are used on aluminum framed storefront doors, that have a narrow stile (frame) around the glass.  The closer is tucked up in the header of the door frame.  Jackson has been a leader in this style of door closer for almost 50 years.   The closer is manufactured in the U.S.A. under strict ISO 9001 guidelines and is designed to give long lasting, maintenance-free performance.
