Sargent 2828 / 2838 Center Case Cam

The Sargent 2828 / 2838 Center Case Cam is the Cam that the key cylinder actuates to open the door.   The Cam is located in the middle of the Center Case.  We can no longer get the retaining ring to hold it in place.

Sargent 97-0300 8700 Top Latch Spring

The Sargent 97-0300 8700 Top Latch Spring is used on most of the new and older style Sargent Panic Devices.   The springs measures 1-5/8" overall length.

The Sargent 20/30/60/80 Connecting Arm Spring is the spring that pushes the touch pad back out after you push it in.   It is used on the 20, 30, 60 and 80 Series Panic Hardware.

The Sargent 20/60 Plastic End Cap Only 68-0434 will also work on the 30 Series Panic Hardware.   The cap has been manufactured for the last 40 years and is made of high impact plastic.  The end cap measures 1-5/8" wide by 2-3/8" tall and projects out 2-3/4".

Sargent 3828 Series Exit Device

The 3828 is a rugged exit device in a rim design. The 3828 Non Configured Rim Exit Device has 7 functions, 4 available trims and is easy to mix and match the device and trim. Aluminum finish only.

The Sargent Lever Return Spring 97-0425 is usually a green color, however we have seen them in blue and red.  The red spring has the same dimensions as the green, but the loop on the coil side of the spring was closed.  Sargent is using this spring as a replacement for all of those springs.  If you have a Sargent Panic Hardware, and the lever is sagging, or just hanging, this is most likely the problem.  The spring measures 2-1/8" long  by roughly 3/8" diameter.
