With the Handicap Door Pull 19 you are able to get a closed fist behind the pull, which makes it a great ADA Door Pull. The Handicap ADA Hands-Free Door Pull BM4511 is an ADA compliant. You can hook your forearm/wrist into the open end to open a non-latching door. The pull is constructed of stainless steel and is available in brushed stainless steel, powder coated flat black or powder coated dark bronze. The plate measures 4 x 16 inches and the grip is tack-welded to the plate and also has a 5/16-18 thread for thru bolting. The grip is 1-1/4 diameter by 8 inches. The Yale Door Closer 51 Series has been around since the early 1970's.  With the advent of the aluminum framed storefront doors, this door closer was a perfect fit.  The 50 series is a non-sized, non-handed closer that can be mounted on the push (parallel arm), pull (regular arm) or top jamb.   A Grade 1 closer certification, means it is one of the more heavy duty closers out there.  Older models may be stamped with Scoville or Eaton, which are the companies that used to own Yale.  We some times find 20-0054-4001 or 20-0254-4001 stamped on the back of the closer.   Ships with all mounting screws and a parallel arm bracket.  The hole spacing is 3/4" by 9-1/16".

3/4" x 9-1/16" Hole Spacing

In April of 2023 Norton Yale have discontinued the 2300 and 9300.  The Norton 1600 will be sent in place of the 2300.   Same Hole Spacing, but adjustable spring tension.

The Cal-Royal 9800 Rim Device is a grade 1 Heavy Duty Exit Device.   The 9800 has the same template as the 8800 and 9800 with escutcheon lever trim. The 36 inch device will be 32 inches wide and can be cut down an additional 2" to fit doors as narrow as 30 inches.  The 48 inch will be 44 inches wide and can be cut down to fit doors 36 inches wide. The device is non handed, meaning it will work on a left hand reverse or right hand reverse door. Strike and mounting screws are included.

The Door Pull Handle 23 features two closed ends. This Door Pull is also known as a Door Handle or Door Grip. The dimensions are 14" overall length, 8" centers, with a 3/8" by 1-1/4" handle cross section.   The mounting post has a 1" diameter, and the handle projects out 1-7/8".  The handle ships with thru bolts and finish washers.  It is constructed of aluminum, stainless steel or brass depending on the finish you are looking for.

The Sargent Door Closer 1331  is a standard template closer with the 3/4” x 12” hole spacing.  This closer is a great replacement for the Norton 8000 Series or Yale 3000 Series Door Closers.  The closer is constructed of a cast aluminum body and has a heat treated steel pinion and rack.  The 1331 has the ability to be mounted on the push, pull or top jamb, and is non handed.  We stock the aluminum finish, but also have the dark bronze finish, it just might take an extra day or so.  We ship the 1331-JUO.

4" Kickdown Door Holder Grand Standard

Frequently we are asked, “What is the heaviest duty kick down holder  you sell?”  The answer to that question is any of  Grand Specialty door holders.  These door stops are American made and simply the best out there.   They have a shoe that is held in place by a screw, a rivet instead of a roll pin for the hinging mechanism, and a “wedge” instead of a piece of spring steel to hold up the leg.  They are constructed of steel, and not cast like all of the other door holders made.

Another feature is their well constructed shoe can be adjusted down as the rubber wears making the holder last way longer than their competitors. Another use for them is as a door floor lock if mounted on the other side of the door. Once kicked down there's no entry possible unless you slide a flat item under the door to lift the door holder leg out of the way and push the door open. It can be opened from the inside as normal with your foot or hand. A very inexpensive security lock.

The Jackson 30-1345 Top Strike Package for the 2085-3185  is mounted on the frame of the door were the top latch can engage it.   The Package includes the Strike, Plate, Latch Adjusting Wrench and the Mounting Screws.   Jackson Part Number 30-1345.

The offset door pull 44 is 5 inches by 12 inches.  It offers a 2 inch clearance with a 2-1/8 inch projection.  The mounting holes are 10 inches on centers.  The base block is 1 inch by 12 inches.

The 9400 series is a slim-line, surface mounted electric strike designed to accommodate rim exit devices with a 1/2" throw Pullman latchbolt. All components are completely encased within its 1/2" thick stainless steel housing, so no cutting on the frame is required for installation. Simply place the electric strike on the surface of the frame, align it with the exit latchbolt, and install. An 1/8" spacer plate is provided to accommodate varying door gaps. The Norton Apollo Door Closer 7500 has been around for quite a long time, and was designed to replace the older 7700, which are still made. The beauty of the 7500 is that is can be mounted left or right, push, pull or top jamb, were as the 7700 you had to specify all those attributes, which made stocking them a head ache. This is a Grade 1 closer, and is extremely durable. If you are looking for a 7500BF, the barrier free version, the new 7500 is barrier free, and will do the trick. This closer has a 2-3/8" x 6-3/4" hole spacing.

The Yale Door Closer 3301 is constructed of a cast aluminum alloy.  It is considered a Grade 1 Closer, which is the highest grade possible.  The closer features an adjustable spring tension, and separate closing, latching and back check intensity valves.  The slim line plastic cover is standard on this closer.  This door closer replaces the older 3301BF closers. The new version is Barrier Free Complaint.  The hole spacing is 3/4" x 12", the cylinder is sometimes cast 20-3301-1001 on the back of the cast aluminum cylinder.  This closer ships with all of the mounting hardware and parallel arm bracket.

The BB84 Half Surface 4-1/2” Door Hinge is a specialty hinge.  The hinge leaf will mount on the door frame in the standard mortise position and the other leaf mounts on the door face.  These are five knuckle, two bearing with square edges.  They are constructed of 10 gauge (.134”) steel that is then plated to the desired finish.  We ship in boxes of 3 hinges with the wood and machine screw.

The Ives Plunger Door Holder / Stop FS1153 is manufactured by H.B. Ives and features a contemporary yet economical method of positive Hold-Open.  This was another one of the Glynn-Johnson door stops that was merged in the H.B. Iver product line in the 1990's, and went by the 1153 part number.  This door stop is constructed in sturdy cast aluminum for years of service.  The spring operated plunger activates with minimal pressure, releasing instantly with a light tap on the plat-form lever.  The stop has a 1-5/8" throw or projection for all types of doors.  The ribbed non-marring rubber shoe is securely fastened to unit with a screw and is easily replaced when worn.  These are sometimes called pop-up or push down stops.  Ships with mounting screws.

The LCN 4040SE Sentronic Door Closer is a heavy duty, non-handed, non-sized closer/holder designed to provide single point hold-open for fire and smoke barrier doors. The door is held open until current interruption releases the holding mechanism and the door closes. Single lever (track) arm closer is specifically designed for interior doors. Choice of finishes, track functions, and installation accessories meet virtually all life safety requirements.  The SE stands for Single Point Electronic, with this closer the hold open point can only be one point, so the closer has to be positioned on the door to get the proper hold open point.

This technology has been around since 1972, but back then you would order the 4110SE or 4010SE.  These were  application specific closers, so you had to specify the hand of the door, door size,  and the type of mounting.  If you do have an older version, the 4040SE will replace it.

The Door Pull Handle 21 has a cross section dimension of 1/2" x 1" and is made of half round (underside is round) stock. The handle projects out 2-1/8" with a clearance of 1-5/8". This handle is available in 6" and 8" center to center mounting holes, but can be made in different Center to Center dimensions. This product is also known as a Door Handle or Door Grip. The handle ships with thru bolts and matching finish washers.

The Russwin 2800, 2810 and 2820 are no longer available. They have been replaced by the Corbin Russwin DC6210, which has the same hole spacings and arm. You will not have to redrill or modify your door to make the DC6210 work in place of your existing 2800, 2810 or 2820 door closers. The Corbin Russwin DC6210 has a little bit larger body due to the increased functionality of this closer. This new closer will meet all the ADA requirements.
