The Von Duprin 55 Dog Screw-090053 is the newer version, meaning less then 25 years old.  It measures 3/8" diameter by 1/2" long with 14 threads per inch.  They did have an old style that was available up to a few years ago that had 15 threads per inch.  If you have any old style I would recommend the D100 Panic Bar Retainer.

This Barn Door Pull Set features back to back handles that are thru-bolt mounted for a hassle-free setup.  The Grip is 6 inches on centers and is constructed of 3/4 inch round stock, and projects out 2-3/8 inch. Norton New Style Replacement Door Closer Springs

This is the replacement door closer spring for the Norton 78, and Yale 1900 Door Closers. Spring measures 2-11/16" diameter by 2" tall. This spring is identifiable by the number stamped on the band that holds the spring together. The band will be stamped either B/D 2/4, or E/F 5/6.

The Door Pull Handle 22 features an opened end and a closed end pull. This Door Pull is also known as a Door Handle or Door Grip. The dimensions are 14" overall length, 8" centers, with a 3/8" by 1-1/4" handle cross section.   The mounting posts have a 1" diameter, and the handle projects out 1-7/8".  The handle ships with thru bolts and finish washers.  It is constructed of aluminum, stainless steel or brass depending on the finish you are looking for.

With the Handicap Door Pull 18 you are able to get a closed fist behind the pull, which makes it a great ADA Door Pull. Shipped with screws. Also known as a Single Arm Pull, Handicap Grip, ADA Door Pull or Handle.  The handle is constructed of cast aluminum, or brass and then plated. The Stop and Holder 536 is considered a manual door holder.   It is a manual door holder because you have to physically bend over and hook and unhook the holder.  This holder is constructed cast brass or cast bronze and then plated to your desired finish.  The stop measures 2-1/2" in diameter and 3-7/8" overall height, with a center line height of 2-1/2" from the base to the center of the rubber stop.  It ships with all of the fasteners.

The Offset 60 degree Door Pull is available in 12 and 18 inch centers. The handle is constructed of 1-1/4 inch solid material, with the base metal determined by the finish (color). The Ives Wall Door Stop / Holder WS20 is another door holder from Glynn-Johnson.  The Chicago based manufacture made these for 40 plus years.  When they were purchased from H.B Ives and merged into there line they became the WS20.  This holder is constructed of cast brass and then plated to your desired finish.  The hinged holding clip can be released by a gentle pushing on the door, which causes the clip to flip up and release the door.  The piece ships with wood screws and anchors.

The Door Sweep 1" Long Brush is 1-5/8" overall height including the 1" brush.  Constructed of extruded aluminum, with a nylon brush.  Holes are slotted for adjustment, and #6 x 3/4" stainless steel sheet metal screws are included.

The Detex ECL-230X Panic Device is a single point deadbolt device. One size fits 36 to 48 inch doors. The dead bolt has a 1 inch throw and is saw resistant. The Cal-Royal 9800 Rim Device is a grade 1 Heavy Duty Exit Device.   The 9800 has the same template as the 8800 and 9800 with escutcheon lever trim. The 36 inch device will be 32 inches wide and can be cut down an additional 2" to fit doors as narrow as 30 inches.  The 48 inch will be 44 inches wide and can be cut down to fit doors 36 inches wide. The device is non handed, meaning it will work on a left hand reverse or right hand reverse door. Strike and mounting screws are included.

The Door Sweep 1-9/16" Long Brush is one of the longest brush sweeps we offer.  The brush is 1-9/16" long, with the mounting strip being 1-3/16".  The mounting strip is constructed of extruded aluminum, and the holes are slotted for adjustment.  The mounting screws, which are #6 x 3/4" stainless steel sheet metal screws are included.  This product is easily cut down in the field.

The LCN 1370 was a door closer made in the late 1990's to 2006 or so. The closer had a special mounting plate that made installation very quick. Many people have this door closer in use and now they are starting to fail. The LCN 1370-18QF Quick Fix Plate converts the mounting holes of the 1370 to a standard template closer, which is 3/4" x 9-1/16". By using this plate you will not have to redrill holes in your door. The plate measures 2 by 10-1/4 inches with tapped holes that measure 3/4 x 9-1/16 inch.

The Ives COR9G has been around for at least 50 years.   In the old days before electrically activated door closers fire doors would have fusible link armed door closers.  When the lnk melted, the door closed, and if there was not a mullion between door, they would use this style of door coordinator so the door with the astragal would close first.

When active door is open, coordinator prevents active door from closing until inactive door bypasses. Closing of inactive door causes strike plate on top of door to contact cam and lift arm, allowing active door to close. As inactive door continues closing, roller rides over strike plate on to door bracket, holding arm above active door.

Gravity action arm and door bracket are adjustable on the job for ease of installation. Rubber roller provides quiet and efficient operation, and helps protect the astragal and doors from damage. Nylon roller on short arm glides smoothly over door bracket and strike, ensuring silent operation. Made of forged brass.

5" Kickdown Door Holder Grand Standard

Frequently we are asked, “What is the heaviest duty kick down holder  you sell?”  The answer to that question is any of  Grand Specialty door holders.  These door stops are American made and simply the best out there.   They have a shoe that is held in place by a screw, a rivet instead of a roll pin for the hinging mechanism, and a “wedge” instead of a piece of spring steel to hold up the leg.  They are constructed of steel, and not cast like all of the other door holders made.

Another feature is their well constructed shoe can be adjusted down as the rubber wears making the holder last way longer than their competitors. Another use for them is as a door floor lock if mounted on the other side of the door. Once kicked down there's no entry possible unless you slide a flat item under the door to lift the door holder leg out of the way and push the door open. It can be opened from the inside as normal with your foot or hand. A very inexpensive security lock.

The Lock Guard with Security Pin is ideal to cover the latchbolt area of the door, lock and frame, with the added protection of a security pin to prevent separation of the door and door frame.  The plate is through bolted with carriage bolts and nuts, which are included with the guard.  The plate is constructed of 13 gauge stainless steel.  The plate measures 3" wide and 11-1/2" high, with a center to center on the mounting bolts of 10-1/2".
