The Sargent 624 Bottom Surface Strike is used on the 20, 30, 60, 80 and 90 Series Surface Vertical Rod Panic Hardware.  The Strike is mounted on the floor and the bottom latch locks on to it.   Strike measures 9/16" x 2-1/2" with a 3/8" projection.   Strike features a black coated epoxy.

Frequently we are asked, “What is the heaviest duty kick down holder  you sell?”  The answer to that question is any of  Grand Specialty door holders.  These door stops are American made and simply the best out there.   They have a shoe that is held in place by a screw, a rivet instead of a roll pin for the hinging mechanism, and a “wedge” instead of a piece of spring steel to hold up the leg.  They are constructed of steel, and not cast like all of the other door holders made.

Another feature is their well constructed shoe can be adjusted down as the rubber wears making the holder last way longer than their competitors. Another use for them is as a door floor lock if mounted on the other side of the door. Once kicked down there's no entry possible unless you slide a flat item under the door to lift the door holder leg out of the way and push the door open. The Von Duprin 9927 Top Latch 050091 used on all the Von Duprin 9827 and 9927's. Replaces and updates all 9827 and 9927 bottom latches to the new style, if your device was installed before October 1998. If your device is newer then October 1998, then use the G050400.  This is usually the problem if your bottom rod is dragging on the floor. Latch measures:   1-1/16" wide x 4-5/16" long (less latch bolt) x 1-7/8" projection at the highest point.  Includes screws.

Falcon 299 Strike

The Falcon 299 Strike is used on the 25-R and 24-R Devices.  The 299 strike measures 1-1/4" wide by 2-7/8" high with a slotted hole spacing of 2-1/8". The roller projects out 13/16".  This strike is the same as the Von Duprin 299 Strike.

The Von Duprin Strike 385A is used on the floor for the Von Duprin 2227, 8827, 9827 and 9927 Surface Vertical Rods. Von Duprin recommends this strike if you are mounting the bottom strike in wood.  The strike face plate outside dimensions are 2-1/4" x 2-1/4" with an inside dimension of 1-1/8" by 1". This floor strike features a bolt that can be cemented into the floor.  This is an optional strike when added security is needed.  Zinc plated finish.

This Barn Door Pull Set features back to back handles that are thru-bolt mounted for a hassle-free setup.  The Grip is 6 inches on centers and is constructed of 3/4 inch round stock, and projects out 2-3/8 inch. The flush pull face dimensions are 2-1/2 by 7 inches. The mortise size of the flush pull are 2 x 7/8 deep x 1/4 inch.

The Door Pull Handle 15 features 7-1/2" centers on the mounting screws. With 2" diameter bases. The Grip has a 2-1/4" projection with a 1-5/8" clearance. Also known as a Door Handle or Door Grip. This handle ships with thru bolts and finish washers.

The Push Bar W/Offset Grip 422X39 is usually found aluminum framed glass store front doors.  It is constructed of 1" diameter solid aluminum, brass, bronze or stainless steel, depending on the finish.  The handle or grip will have either a 8", 10", 12" or 18" center to center screw spacing.  The push bar center to center length is determined by you, we can do any reasonable size.  Establish the center to center dimension by subtracting the width of one stile from the width of the door. On solid doors, subtract 5" from the width of the door.  All the fasteners are included, and are determined by the material your door is made of (wood or metal).   Please allow 3-4 weeks on the Dark Bronze and Aluminum, and 2 weeks on the other finishes.

Jackson Exit Device 2085 Dogging Assembly LH/RHRB

This Jackson Exit Device dogging assembly is used on the 2085 Device made after October 1, 1999. It will work on the previous version of this exit device, but you may have to use a file a remove some material from the catch.

The Von Duprin 338 Strike measures 1-5/8" by 1-7/8" with a 5/8" projection.   The screw mounting is 1-7/8".   This strike is used as a bottom strike on the Von Duprin surface and standard equipment there concealed vertical rod devices 3347, 3547, 5547 8847, 9847 and 9947.

Von Duprin 6112 24 VDC Electric Strike

Von Duprin 6100 Series electric strikes are designed for use with Rim devices.  The 6112 has a 3/4” latch bolt throw, 9” face plate length, 1-5/8” width, and an 1-3/4” backbone depth.  The lock retrofits the Folger Adams FA 310-4.  Other voltages and replacement parts are available. 

FSE - Fail-secure.  Requires power to be applied to unlock the strike lip.  On loss of power, the strike lip is locked-Fire Rated

FS - Fail-safe.  Requires power to be applied to lock the strike lip.  On loss of power, the strike lip is unlocked.  Non Fire-Rated.

Also used on Corbin Russwin and Yale Lever trims. The Blue Spring is for RHR or LH doors. The spring has an outside diameter of 1-1/4".

The Von Duprin Strike 299 is used on the 22, 88, 98, and 99 Rim Devices and also as a Top Strike on the 2227, 8827, 9927, and 9827 Surface Vertical Rod Panic Devices. The 299 strike measures 1-1/4" wide by 2-7/8" high with a slotted hole spacing of 2-1/8". The roller projects out 13/16".  Ships with shim and mounting screws.

The Adams Rite G86 Mounting Cap and Label with only work on the G86 Device.  The Cap measures 3-3/4" high by 1-1/8" with a 1-5/8" projection.

Doromatic 2390 Moving Pushbar End Cap

Doromatic 2390 Moving Pushbar End Cap is the piece that fits on the end of the pushbar. The Endcap is 3-3/8" high by 1/4" thick, with an 1-7/8" projection. The Pushbar End Cap is constructed of die cast metal that is painted black.

The Clear Plastic Corner Guards 312 are a good way to protect corners from hand carts and dollies.  If the area has a lot of traffic, like a warehouse, I would recommend the 310 or 311 which are made of metal. The are 2" by 2" and are usually 48" long, but we can do custom sizes.  They are constructed of .120" thick clear polycarbonate plastic.  Screws are included for mounting.

The Norton Door Closer 8501 is sometimes called the Omni Door Closer.  This door closer features a cast aluminum body, is a Grade 1 closer and has adjustable closing, latching, and back check speeds.  This closer is a non sized closer, meaning you adjust the spring tension to meet closing requirement for a ADA Barrier Free application all the way up to a 48” exterior door.  You cover might have 8501/8501BF 3501/3501BF, but the new version will cover the BF and non BF closers.  The difference between this closer and the 8301 is the size of the plastic cover.  The 8301 has a slim cover, and the 8501 has full cover.  The hole spacing on this door closer is 3/4” x 12”.

The Von Duprin 2227 Top Latch 050091 latch is used on devices shipped before October 1998, see related products for the new style latch if your device is newer. The Von Duprin Strike 1409 Blade Stop is used on just about every Von Duprin Rim Device when door frame protection is needed.  We see this strike on many Narrow Stile door setups.  The strike measures 1-7/8" by 1-3/4" outside dimension. The strike has a projection of 1/2".  The strike is constructed die cast metal and the blade is made of stainless steel.

The Burns 617 Non-Locking Pocket Door Pull Set is 2-3/4 inches tall by 2-1/2 inches deep. The mortise dimensions are 2-5/16 inches tall by 1-7/8 inch deep. Base metal is Brass or Aluminum depending on the finish.

The International Door Closer 8730S is designed for narrow stiles. The minimum stile width is 2-19/32 inches. It will not work on a true narrow stile door witch is usually 1-3/4 inch. The 36 inch version is 33-15/32 inches and the 48 inch version is 44-3/4 inches. The device is rated Grade 1, which is the highest rating. Rods are 1/2 inch diameter tubular with rod guides. The exit ships will all screws and strikes need for instillation.

The Von Duprin 5654 Aluminum Mullion 7'2" comes prepped for two of the 299 strikes.  The removable mullion also ships with the 154 Mullion Stabilizers.  Mullions are 11/16" wide on face closest to the door and 2-3/8" at the widest point. The depth is 3-1/8" with a wall thickness of 1/8 ́ ́.  The 5654 is constructed of aluminum.  Everything is included, except the the 299 strikes.  The taller ones are also available, please call for pricing.

The Panic Hex Key 7/32" is used on Dor-O-Matic Falcon and Sargent Panic Hardware to name a few.  The key measures 7/32" hex by 3-1/4" long.   Also known as a Hex Key, Dog Key, Allen Key or Dogging Key.

Von Duprin 6111 24VDC Electric Strike

Von Duprin 6100 Series electric strikes are designed for use with Rim devices. The model 6111 retrofits model number VD 3031, and measures 1-5/8” wide, 6” high and has a backbox depth of 1-3/4”.    Other voltages and replacement parts are available.
