The Jackson Panic Device Crossbar is for use on the 1085 and 1095 hardware.  The bar is 45" long and can be cut in the field with a chop saw or hack saw.  There is a groove the entire length of the bar for added and strength and for the thread forming screws to thread into.  The Jackson part number is 30-733-PKG, and it ships with the cross bar screws.

The Norton Door Closer Parallel Arm Bracket is the bracket shipped with the Norton 1600, 7500, 8301, 8501 and 9300 series closers.  This bracket is also used by Yale on there 2300, 50, 3301, 3501 and 4400 door closers.  The factory part number on this is 1618A for Norton and 289A for Yale.

The Sargent 624 Bottom Surface Strike is used on the 20, 30, 60, 80 and 90 Series Surface Vertical Rod Panic Hardware.  The Strike is mounted on the floor and the bottom latch locks on to it.   Strike measures 9/16" x 2-1/2" with a 3/8" projection.   Strike features a black coated epoxy.

Wood Door Automatic Flush Bolt FB41

H.B. Ives FB41 Series are sold has Top, Bottom or in Pairs (top and bottom). Fully automatic, inactive door is latched when active door closes, bolts retract when active door is opened. Top Bolt has no spring tension. They are non handed, but the top and bottom bolts are different. The body size is 1" wide, 8-1/2" tall and 2" deep, the bolts have a 3/4" throw with a 7/8" vertical adjustment.

Adams Rite 91-0993-IP 8700/8800 Strike is used on the rim devices that have the Star Wheel Latching System.  The strike measures 2-3/4" long by 1-3/4" wide and projects out approximately 1/2".   Kit comes with mounting screws and two shims.

The Door Push Plate 58 is the only plate we have that is a forged plate.  The forging process involves heat and pressure or pounding.  The result is a very heavy and durable metal.  This plate measures 3-1/2" wide by 15" tall, with a thickness of 7/32".  This is one of the thickest plate we offer, and is the most sturdy.

The 299 strike measures 1-1/4" wide by 2-7/8" high with a slotted hole spacing of 2-1/8". The roller projects out 13/16".  Ships with shim and mounting screws.

The Ives Wall Bumper Stop WS407-CVX our economically price convex wall bumper.  The metal ring is a wrought stainless steel, otherwise known as stamping.  It features a concealed tamper-proof mounting, and is shipped pre-assembled to the back plate is reduce installation time.   Installation is easy, just insert the screw driver through the pin hole in the rubber and tighten.  The bumper is 2-1/2" in diameter and projects out 1".

The 9400 series is a slim-line, surface mounted electric strike designed to accommodate rim exit devices with a 1/2" throw Pullman latchbolt. All components are completely encased within its 1/2" thick stainless steel housing, so no cutting on the frame is required for installation. Simply place the electric strike on the surface of the frame, align it with the exit latchbolt, and install. An 1/8" spacer plate is provided to accommodate varying door gaps. The 9400 exceeds Grade 1 standards for strength and performance. It is field selectable for fail secure or fail safe operation, and for 12 or 24 VDC. The 9400 features a smooth cover to conceal the mounting screws and provide a sleek surface for superior looks. Spacer Plate Included - the 9400 ships with one 1/8" spacer plate included in the box. This replacement Nylon Roller and Rivet Package is for the Ives RL32 Roller Latches.  The Roller measures 3/4" high by 5/8" diameter.  The Rivet measures 15/16" long and is threaded on one side.

The Plunger Door Holder / Stop 582 is constructed of cast aluminum.  The stop measures 6-1/4" by 1-1/2" with a 1-5/8" throw.  The rubber shoe is gray.  It will ship with matching finish screws.  These are sometimes called pop-up or push down door stops.
