The Falcon 600293 E Trim Solenoid PKG is used on the 25 Series Electrified Lever Trim.  The unit can be used for Fail Safe or Fail Secure applications, depending on how the unit is installed.  The piece measures 3/4" diameter by 1-1/2" long, with a 3/4" hole spacing.  We sometimes find the numbers 661375-00 and 610306-00 on a stick on this piece.  The package ships with two mounting screws.   This unit is called the FSA/FSE Solenoid Kit on their parts breakdowns and in their price book.  The Falcon/Monarch part number is 600293.

Zipper Pile Weatherstrip is a full density, high performance, water-resistant pile woven to a unique zipper tooth design polypropylene backing. The zipper tooth design allows the pile to easily snap into the extrusion slot from above rather than having to slide the pile in from the ends. The Barracuda Model DSO is for Out Swinging 36" Doors and provides up to 550 pounds of security.   It is constructed of heavy duty steel with a durable powder coated finish.  The bar goes across the door frame and grabs the lever or knob set with an adjustable clamp.  To secure the door, simply turn the handle until it is secured.  They currently offer two models, one for jambs up to 5-3/4" and one for jambs greater than 5-3/4".  This device ships with all of the hardware and a wall mounting rack for storage.

The Von Duprin 050390 Bottom Mullion Fitting is the Bottom Fitting for the 1654, 4754, 4854, and 4954 Von Duprin Mullions. The 050390 measures 5/8" thick by 2" wide and 3" long excluding the flange the projects out the one end.   We find the number 961040-70  ESE cast right in the fitting.  The mounting holes are 2-1/4" on center.  Mounting Screws included.

The Von Duprin 090076 Spring is located in top latch of the Surface Vertical Rod.  It is used on the 2227, 3327A, 3427A, 9827 and 9927 models. It is number 18 in the attached diagram. They are sold in packages of 10.

Floor Door Stop / Holder FS40

This floor mounted door holder has been around since the 1960's. It used to go by the name Glynn Johnson GJF40A or F40A, and was brought over to the H.B. Ives line in the 1990's. Many schools and hospitals have this door holder in use today. It features: Automatic door holders ideal for heavy-traffic situations that require a simple, fool-proof, Hold-Open device. The Von Duprin Strike 385A is used on the floor for the Von Duprin 2227, 8827, 9827 and 9927 Surface Vertical Rods. Von Duprin recommends this strike if you are mounting the bottom strike in wood.  The strike face plate outside dimensions are 2-1/4" x 2-1/4" with an inside dimension of 1-1/8" by 1". This floor strike features a bolt that can be cemented into the floor.  This is an optional strike when added security is needed.  Zinc plated finish.

The Dorma Surface Vertical Rod Top Strike 426 is used on the 8400, 8400F, 9400 and 9400F devices. Shims and mounting screws included.

The Von Duprin 8827-F/47-F Soffit Latch Kit 114141 fits in the header of the door frame and is used on the Von Duprin 5547-F, 8827-F and 8847-F.  The plunger is spring loaded.

The Von Duprin 9927 Top Vertical Rod 110573 is the standard top rod for door heights up to 7'1".  The length of this rod is 35", less the fittings.  For larger doors you can order a Rod Extension Kit, which at this point we do not have online.  The rod is field adjustable if your doors are less then 7'1".  The Old Von Duprin part # is 110573, and the Newer Von Duprin part # is 050512.

The Jackson 1095 30-1247 / 30-1248 Lever Arm.  Replacement Lever Arm for the Jackson 1095 Active Housings.   This arm will only work on the 1095 Active Case!  The difference between this arm and the 1085 arm is the Pin in in the top of the arm.   The pin fits into the triangular linkage clip, which actuates the latch bolt.  Handing is determined by standing inside and looking out, if the arm in on the right hand side of the door, it is a right hand lever that you would order.

The Von Duprin 5654 Aluminum Mullion 7'2" comes prepped for two of the 299 strikes.  The removable mullion also ships with the 154 Mullion Stabilizers.  Mullions are 11/16" wide on face closest to the door and 2-3/8" at the widest point. The depth is 3-1/8" with a wall thickness of 1/8 ́ ́.  The 5654 is constructed of aluminum.  Everything is included, except the the 299 strikes.  The taller ones are also available, please call for pricing.
