Kickdown Door Holder Rubber Shoe For The GJ6A

This shoe is for replacement of the 4" Kick Down Door Holder Deluxe, made by Grand Specialties.

The shoe has a 9/16" wide slot, included the screw.

The Corbin 100, 110 and 120 Door Closer are no longer available. They have been replaced by the DC6210, which has the same hole spacings and arm. You will not have to redrill or modify your door to make the DC6210 work in place of your existing 100, 110 or 120 door closers. The DC6210 has a little bit larger body due to the increased functionality of this closer. This new closer will meet all the ADA requirements.

The Plunger Type Door Holder / Stop 583 is constructed of solid cast brass, that is then plated to the desired finish.  It measures 5-3/8" by 2-1/4" base with a 1-1/4" projection.   The throw is 1-1/4".   These are sometimes called pop-up or push down stops.   This piece will ship with matching finish mounting screws.

The Norton PPTO PowerTrack for P7705 is a replacement piece for the P7705PTO Door Closer.  The Track includes the Slider, Soleniod and new mounting screws.  The PPTO Track is for the Push Side of the door, also known as the Stop Side because the track mounts on the jamb stop. The Barracuda DSO-PB is for use on Out Swinging 36" Doors with Exit Devices.  It is constructed of heavy duty steel with a durable powder coated finish.  The bar goes across the door frame and grabs the mounting cleat with an adjustable clamp.  To secure the door, simply turn the handle until it is secured.  They currently offer two models, one for jambs up to 5-3/4" and one for jambs greater than 5-3/4".  This device ships with all of the hardware and a wall mounting rack for storage.

The Von Duprin 9927 Top Vertical Rod 110573 is the standard top rod for door heights up to 7'1".  The length of this rod is 35", less the fittings.  For larger doors you can order a Rod Extension Kit, which at this point we do not have online.  The rod is field adjustable if your doors are less then 7'1".  The Old Von Duprin part # is 110573, and the Newer Von Duprin part # is 050512.

The International FG-1200 Flushbolt Guide is the piece that fits into the top or bottom of the door and acts as a guide for the Flushbolt Rod.  The piece measures 1-3/8" x 1-1/2".  The square hole in the piece is a 1/2" square.  The manufacture part number is FG-1200.

Intermediate Hinge IP-1901 and IP-1902

Cast aluminum construction with steel bearings. The hinge measures 5" high by 2-1/2" wide. This hinge has a 3/4" offset. The Jackson 1085 Panic Device is one of a few original manufactures of Panic Hardware for aluminum framed glass doors, or storefront doors.  The 1085, 1095 along with their door closer the 20-330 were installed on about half of these doors in the 1970's and 1980's.  They were installed on Vistawall and Kawneer doors just to name a few.  Universally recognized as the standard for aluminum storefront hardware it is made of high tensile strength aluminum.  The device is Non Handed, Comes with 45" cross bar that is easily cut in the field.  Also includes the Concealed Vertical Rods, Screws and Strikes.

The Sargent Door Closer 1431 is also known as the Powerglide.  This closer meets ADA requirements and has a capability to be mounted on the push, pull or top jamb, and is non handed.  This closer can be used as a direct replacement for the older version 1230 or 1231 Sargent Closers without having to re drill the mounting holes.  This closer has been the replacement for the 1230 since about 2000.  It is manufactured of an aluminum alloy.

The Foot Pull is a device for public restroom doors that allows one the option of opening the door using their foot instead of their clean hands. The Adams Rite 8800EL Electric Latch Retraction Panic Hardware is the same as the 8800, but with an internal solenoid to retract the latch-bolt.   This is a very popular device in the Hotel Industry and is usually used in conjunction with a card reader. 

The 8800 features the Starwheel locking bolt that interlocks door to the door frame.  The 36" version is in stock, we can also get the 30", 42" and 48" devices, lead time is 2-3 weeks.  This device is used exclusively on aluminum framed glass storefront doors.  Replacement parts are available.

The Burns 617 Non-Locking Pocket Door Pull Set is 2-3/4 inches tall by 2-1/2 inches deep. The mortise dimensions are 2-5/16 inches tall by 1-7/8 inch deep. Base metal is Brass or Aluminum depending on the finish.

The Falcon / Doromatic Door Closer SC61 is an affordable, higher quality, standard template closer.  This closer offers adjustable closing, latching and back check speeds, along with adjustable spring tension.  It has the ability to be mounted on the push, pull or top jamb and is non handed.  This closer is considered a Grade 1 closer, which is the highest grade you can get.  The hole spacing is 3/4” x 9-1/16”, which is the most common mounting template out in industry today.  They used to be know as the Doromatic SC60, but in about 2008, they changed it to the Falcon SC61.  We ship the SC61 Rw/PA.
