Dorma 8835 Top Arm for RTS88
The Dorma 8835 Top Arm for RTS88 is for use on Double or Single Acting doors that have a 1" top rail. This arm is used on aluminum framed glass storefront doors. The arm is 10-7/8" long and 1-3/8" wide. The spindle lug 1" thick. This is the standard arm on the RST07 and RST10 packages.

Von Duprin EL99 Panic Device Only
This is the same trusted Von Duprin 99 with Electric Latch Retraction, also known as EL.
The EL feature allows for the remote unlatching of exit devices. A control station operator can flip a switch to retract the latch bolt and immediately change an exit door to push-pull operation. A powerful, continuous duty solenoid retracts the latch bolt, either for momentary unlatching, or for extended periods of time. The EL feature is an alternative to manual dogging.
EL devices are also useful with automatic door operators, and may be applied to fire-rated applications when under the control of an automatic fire alarm system.
UL approved for Class II circuit applications.
The EL option does not include the power transfer from door to frame, the power supply, or the control operator. Refer to EPT-2 power transfer and the PS914 power supply.
The PS914 with the 9002RS option card is the minimum option card required. Other option cards available for other functions, see PS914 power supply for additional information.
Ships with all the mounting screws and the 299 Strike.

The Dorma 8832 Top Arm with Channel for RTS88 is for use on Double and Single Acting Doors. We usually find this arm on wood doors. This arm is 10-5/8" long by 1-1/2" wide at the widest point, and is 5/8" thick. It is the standard arm in the RST04, RST05 and RST06 packages.

The Cal-Royal 6600 Rim Device is a Grade 1 exit device. It is designed for doors that have at least a 4-1/2 inch stile width. The 36 inch device has a 32 inch actual length and can cut down 6" (24 inch actual). The 48 inch device has an actual length of 44 inches and can be cut down 12 inch (34 inch actual). Devices ships with 938 Strike and all the mounting screws.

The International Door Closer 1804BC-P - Fixed Spring Closer is one of the heaviest duty closers in the International product line. It offers a 10 year warranty, and is Grade 1 rated, which is the highest rating you can have. The closer features three adjustment valves for closing,latching speeds and one for back check. The cylinder is constructed of precision cast aluminum. It ships with a regular arm and parallel arm bracket. This is one of the last closers out there to still have sizing. The Von Duprin 8827 Top Latch Case 050460 is for non fire rated doors. A non fire rated device is one that has to positively latch every time it closes, you can usually tell, because a non fire rated device has the hex key dogging. This is the part that may be causing your bottom latch to drag on the floor. The Top Latch does all the work on the Von Duprin 8827. When the Top Latch is retracted, it holds the rods in the retracted position.

Cal Royal 2000 Alarmed Exit Device
Alarm units has an internal horn. When the push rail is depressed, the horn sounds to provide an audible means of signaling that the door has been opened and violated. The unit has changeable 2 minute alarm cutoff or manual reset. Preset at factory for 2 minute alarm cut off. Jumper cable is provided to swich to continuous alarm. The key switch to turn the alarm off is a standard 1” cylinder with “C” keyway. The alarm operates on one standard 9 volt transistor battery. When battery is weak the horn will emit an intermittent signal. Alarmed units are supplied with two switches. One switch monitors the push rail and the other switch monitors the latch bolt for full proof security.

The Cal-Royal 9800 Rim Device is a grade 1 Heavy Duty Exit Device. The 9800 has the same template as the 8800 and 9800 with escutcheon lever trim. The 36 inch device will be 32 inches wide and can be cut down an additional 2" to fit doors as narrow as 30 inches. The 48 inch will be 44 inches wide and can be cut down to fit doors 36 inches wide. The device is non handed, meaning it will work on a left hand reverse or right hand reverse door. Strike and mounting screws are included.
