The Von Duprin Dogging Hook 090044 is the piece that grabs the push bar mechanism and keeps it in the dogged position.  The does wear out, but it takes a long time.  This piece is used on the 22, 33A, 35A, 98 and 99 series devices made after 1997.  We sell this part individually and it is #5 on the diagram.

The Dorma Rim Device Strike 463 is used on the 8300, 8300F, 9300 and 9300F exit devices. Mounting screws included.

The Detex V40 ValueSeries Rim Device is their economical exit device.  The device only comes in powder coated aluminum or black. The standard 36 inch model measures 32-7/8 inches wide.  The unit ships with strike all the mounting screws and a hex dog key.

The Von Duprin Dogging Adapter 090043 is the piece that the 090042 and 090040 fit through and lock in place.  These piece very rarely has to be replaced.  The Shaft 090040 is usually the part you need to replace.  We sell these individually.

The Von Duprin 55 Dog Screw-090053 is the newer version, meaning less then 25 years old.  It measures 3/8" diameter by 1/2" long with 14 threads per inch.  They did have an old style that was available up to a few years ago that had 15 threads per inch.  If you have any old style I would recommend the D100 Panic Bar Retainer.

The Von Duprin 55 Hinge Case Spring 090052 is the spring in the inactive case.  This spring does all of the lifting of the cross bar, and is used on the 55 Rim, 5547 Concealed Vertical Rod and 5575 Mortise Device.  It measures 1-5/8" long by 5/8" diameter.

The Von Duprin 55 Rim Latch Bolt Spring 967502 is only used on the 55 Rim Panic Hardware.  This spring just keeps pressure on the latch bolt, it does not lift the arm.  If your arm is sagging, they you need to tighten the crossbar wedge tite screws and check and make sure the 55R200 55 Hinge Case Spring is not broken.  It measures 1-1/2" long by 3/8" diameter.

The Dorma 8835 Top Arm for RTS88 is for use on Double or Single Acting doors that have a 1" top rail.  This arm is used on aluminum framed glass storefront doors. The arm is 10-7/8" long and 1-3/8" wide.  The spindle lug 1" thick.  This is the standard arm on the RST07 and RST10 packages.

The Dorma 8832 Top Arm with Channel for RTS88 is for use on Double and Single Acting Doors.   We usually find this arm on wood doors.  This arm is 10-5/8" long by 1-1/2" wide at the widest point, and is 5/8" thick.  It is the standard arm in the RST04, RST05 and RST06 packages.

The Handicap ADA Hands-Free Door Pull BM4511 is an ADA compliant. You can hook your forearm/wrist into the open end to open a non-latching door. The pull is constructed of stainless steel and is available in brushed stainless steel, powder coated flat black or powder coated dark bronze. The plate measures 4 x 16 inches and the grip is tack-welded to the plate and also has a 5/16-18 thread for thru bolting. The grip is 1-1/4 diameter by 8 inches. Ships with 6 mounting screws and one 5/16-18 thru bolt with finished washer in matching finish.

The Von Duprin 090039 is used in the push bar assembly to return the latch. It is known as the Base Plate Latch Return Spring or Latch Return Spring. It is used on the 22, 33A, 35A, 98 and 99 Devices. The spring is 2-1/4 inch long with a 3/8 inch diameter.

The Hands-Free/Foot Door Pull BM46 can be used as a ADA compliant hands-free door pull when mounted 42" above the finished floor. Or as foot pull when mounted at the bottom of the door. The Pull is 4" x 5" and is made of .090 thick stainless steel. Ships with sex bolts and screws for 1-3/4" door. The International Door Closer 1804BC-P - Fixed Spring Closer is one of the heaviest duty closers in the International product line.   It offers a 10 year warranty, and is Grade 1 rated, which is the highest rating you can have.  The closer features three adjustment valves for closing,latching speeds and one for back check.  The cylinder is constructed of precision cast aluminum.   It ships with a regular arm and parallel arm bracket.   This is one of the last closers out there to still have sizing.  By sizing I mean each door closer has a spring size of different tension so the closer is selected depending on door size and wether it is interior or exterior.  These days we usually use this door closer as a replacement of existing doors.   This door closer is for use on doors up to 48” interior or 36” exterior doors.

The Von Duprin 090076 Spring is located in top latch of the Surface Vertical Rod.  It is used on the 2227, 3327A, 3427A, 9827 and 9927 models. It is number 18 in the attached diagram. They are sold in packages of 10.

The Jackson Panic Device 1085 and 1095 Thumb Piece Dogging Pin 30-1117 is a replacement for the Screw Driver Headed Dogging Pin.  Now instead of using a screw driver you can use the handy thumb piece instead.   The package comes with new set screw, spring, and of course the pin.  Jackson part number 30-1117.

The Von Duprin 99 Cover Plate 050114 is for use on the  33A, 35A, 98 and 99 devices.  Covers the dogging assembly on the hinge side of the door. The usually fall off when the End Cap is not on the exit device.  Von Duprin is only shipping a 20-1/2" cover plate now, which will work on 3' and 4' doors, you will have to cut more off if you have a 3' device with a hack saw or chop saw.
