International 5510S Rim Device-Light Duty

The Norton Door Closer 7700 Series Power Track combine the functions of a single point electromechanical door holder with the proven reliability of a 7700 Series Door Closer. The track assembly contains an arm slide and solenoid operated hold open mechanism and is available with or without an integral smoke detector. The closer is mounted on the door. The Power Track and hook-up box are mounted to the frame face for pull side installations or the frame soffit for push side installations.
Two versions, the Master Unit (PTDO) and the Support Unit (PTO). The PTDO has an integral smoke detector. The PTO can be plugged into the PTDO or into your existing fire alarm system. Both units can be mount pull side of the closed door, or the push side, please specify when ordering. Specify voltage (24 volt or 120 volt) and color (aluminum or dark brown). The BB84 Half Surface 4-1/2” Door Hinge is a specialty hinge.  The hinge leaf will mount on the door frame in the standard mortise position and the other leaf mounts on the door face.  These are five knuckle, two bearing with square edges.  They are constructed of 10 gauge (.134”) steel that is then plated to the desired finish.  We ship in boxes of 3 hinges with the wood and machine screw.

The Ives Wall Mounted Door Stop WS33 is another hold back part from the Glynn-Johnson door stop era.  I can not remember the Glynn-Johnson part #, but when Ives purchased them, they changed it to WS33.  This stop is constructed of cast brass that is then plated to a brushed chrome finish.  It features a replaceable rubber bumper with offset shoulder screws into cavity on body to prevent loss or theft.  And a sloping design that discourages vandalism.The base height is 3" with a width of 2-1/4", and a projection of 3-3/4",  WS33 is furnished with wood screws for drywall mounting.

Doromatic Exit Device 1790 Parts Breakdown

The Yale Door Closer 4400 has been around for quite a long time, and was designed to replace the older 400, which are still made. The beauty of the 4400 is that is can be mounted left or right, push, pull or top jamb, were as the 4200 you had to specify all those attributes, which made stocking them a head ache. This is a Grade 1 closer, and is extremely durable. If you are looking for a 4400BF, the barrier free version, the new 4400 is barrier free, and will do the trick. This closer has a 2-3/8" x 6-3/4" hole spacing.

The Plunger Door Holder / Stop 582 is constructed of cast aluminum.  The stop measures 6-1/4" by 1-1/2" with a 1-5/8" throw.  The rubber shoe is gray.  It will ship with matching finish screws.  These are sometimes called pop-up or push down door stops.

The WS11X door stop used to be under the Glynn-Johnson product line as the WB11X until they merged with H.B. Ives.  At that point they became the WS11X.  This stop only is constructed of cast brass and then plated to your desired finish.  The stop has a 2" diameter base and projects from the wall 3-3/4".  This particular model is the same as the WS11, except that it is designed for a masonry type mounting and ships with an expansion sheild.

The LCN Head and Tube 78H and 78HL comes in two versions.  One is 5-3/4" long and the other is 8-5/8".  The square hole is 5/8".  The head and tube usually breaks where the cast ring attaches to the tube.  This part usually goes by the part number 4040-78H, 4040-78HL, 4040XP-78H, 4040XP-78HL, 1260-78H, 1260-78HL, ect.,.
