Zipper Pile Weatherstrip .187" Backing - .250" Pile Height - 100' Roll
Zipper Pile Weatherstrip is a full density, high performance, water-resistant pile woven to a unique zipper tooth design polypropylene backing. The zipper tooth design allows the pile to easily snap into the extrusion slot from above rather than having to slide the pile in from the ends. Whether it's being used in manufacturing or retrofitted, the application is much easier and faster. It even works if the slot is slightly off size. Zipper Pile can be used to retrofit aluminum, vinyl, fiberglass or wood T-slots without the need to take the complete window or door sash apart. The double center fin provides a true weather seal, compared to other piles without a fin suited for vibration reduction and pest control only.

Dor-o-Matic 1690/1990 Top Rod Latch Assembly PB130
The Dor-o-Matic 1690/1990 Top Rod Latch Assembly PB130 is also used on the 1390, 1490 and 2390. This latch has been around since the 1970's, and is usually the issue if your bottom rod is dragging on the floor. Although we are calling it Dor-o-Matic, it is actually known as a Falcon SU Top Latch due to a name change 5 or 6 years ago. This latch rolls over when the device is pressed in and then locks in that position. When the door closes, the 'U" channel of the latch flips over to a vertical postion and drops the rods. This latch always uses the PB48 Strike, our part # G199034. The Dor-o-Matic Panic Devices have been around since the late 1960’s, but have most recently been known as the Falcon Panic Device from a name change they had in about 2008. They are basically the same device, with the same parts, just a different name plate. Falcon part # PB130 or 4270101806.

The 9400 exceeds Grade 1 standards for strength and performance. It is field selectable for fail secure or fail safe operation, and for 12 or 24 VDC. The 9400 features a smooth cover to conceal the mounting screws and provide a sleek surface for superior looks. Spacer Plate Included - the 9400 ships with one 1/8" spacer plate included in the box. Units ordered in a 630 finish are stainless steel. All other finishes have a black stainless steel spacer. Additional black spacer plates can be ordered as an accessory.

Von Duprin Panic Device 990TP Trim
The Von Duprin 990TP Trim is known as a Thump Piece Trim. The key cylinder locks and unlocks the thumb piece, key cylinder sold separately. This plate mounts on the exterior of the door, and the welded on mounting studs line up with the 99 device on the interior of the building. The plate shown here is for the Rim and Surface Vertical Rod 99 and 98 devices. If you have a Mortise or Concealed Vertical Rod, call us and we will order that model. Dor-o-Matic 1790 Panic Device
The Doromatic 1790 rim device is typically used in applications where maintenance is a concern because the rim device has fewer parts and pieces than current exit devices. The result is less maintenance and adjustment. The streamlined design has no openings for chains, reducing the risk for code infringements and offering increased building security by eliminating the possibility of tampering and forced entry through the use of coat hangers and other tools. The Doromatic 1790 may also be used to retrofit a Doromatic 2090 series crossbar device.
Replacement parts are also available
Shipped with all screws and strikes. If you wish to use a key cylinder on the exterior, you will need the 1790 NL/HB Cylinder Assembly, 179CA.
