Adams Rite 41-0902-04-IP Metal End Cap Assembly is used on the 3100, 8100, and 8200 which are their Surface Vertical Rod devices.  Replaces the 41-0901-04, which is the plastic version.  We find the number 23-0601 cast into the cap.

The SEM7840 LCN Electro Magnetic Door Holder features a metal die cast housing that is surface wall mounted. Tri-voltage design works with 12, 24 or 120 volts, with 35 lbs. of holding force. The magnet housing measures 2-13/16" wide by 4-5/8" high. The armature (door mount part) is 1-11/16" wide by 2-3/8" high with a 1-7/8" diameter. The armature projects out 1-5/8". The total projection of both pieces is 2-5/8". The LCN Door Closer 4041XP-CUSH is the same cylinder as the 4040XP, but with a CUSH arm (4040XP-3077CNS).  This closer can only be mounted in the parallel arm configuration.  With this closer you get the XP heavy duty cylinder with the heavy duty CUSH arm.

The Adams Rite EL8800 Solenoid is the mechanism that retracts, or in this case turns the wheel to unlock the panic device.  There are two versions one for 12 volt systems 31-0735-IP, and the 24 volt system 31-0736-IP.

The 12 Volt Solenoid is wrapped in red tape, the 24 volt is wrapped in white tape.

The LCN Door Closer 1461 series closer ships with regular arm, a slim line plastic cover, and self reaming and tapping screws. Non-sized (1-6) cylinder is adjustable for interior doors to 5’0” and exterior doors to 4’0”. The concealed LCN Door Closer 2031 -2035 Pacer® is a heavy duty closer designed to fit in a narrow, minimum 1 3/4” aluminum transom.  It is considered an application specific closer, due to the cylinder spring sizing and handing.  The standard 2030 series closer shipped with standard arm, standard track, mounting/finish plate, and wood and machine screw pack.  Aluminum frame requires minimum 1 3/4”  x 4”  tube.

The Adams Rite 4580 cam is used on the the 4500 and 4900 Dead Latch Paddles.  The 4580-500 is for Left Hand, and the 4580-600 is for Right Hand Doors.

The Adams Rite 8600EL Electric latch Retraction Concealed Vertical Rod is designed for narrow stile aluminum framed glass doors.  The device will fit on stile widths of 2" or more.   The EL version We recommend this device for replacement or upgrading your current 8600 to Latch Retraction, modifying your existing door to this exit device will be labor intensive.  The 8611EL would be for the aluminum finish and the 8622EL would be or the dark bronze finish.

The LCN 1250 Rw/PA Door Closer is a direct replacement for the Norton 1600, Yale 50, Falcon/Dor-o-Matic SC60, LCN 1260 and International 8050 Series Door Closers.  It is  ideal for low frequency and low abusive traffic areas, such as store front doors and interior doors.  It features, a cast aluminum cylinder, 15 year warranty, powder coated finishes, and stick on mounting template.  This door closer comes with the ability to mount on the push, pull or top jamb and is non handed.   The door closer meets Grade 1-ANSI A156.4, UL/cUL, ADA and the Buy American Act certifications.
Hole Spacing 3/4” x 9-16”

The Door Pull Handle 21 has a cross section dimension of 1/2" x 1" and is made of half round (underside is round) stock. The handle projects out 2-1/8" with a clearance of 1-5/8". This handle is available in 6" and 8" center to center mounting holes, but can be made in different Center to Center dimensions. This product is also known as a Door Handle or Door Grip. The handle ships with thru bolts and matching finish washers.

These standard metal extensions can be used with the LCN SEM magnet door holders to increase the holder projection. The treads on this piece are 3/8-16.

The Adams Rite P8800 is the same device as the 8800 Star Wheel exit device, except it has a Pullman Latch, which is more popular.  Push bar Length Standard sizes: dimensioned for 30, 36, 42, and 48 inch openings. Standard width bars can be field cut to the next smallest opening width.

The Adams Rite Metal End Cap is for the hinge side of the door and replaces the plastic version (25-0471).  This cap can be used on the 3100, 3300, 3600, 3700, 3900, 8100, 8200, 8300, 8400, 8500, 8600, 8700, 8800 and 8900.  We find the number 23-0600 cast in to the end cap.

The 1261 is the door closer I would recommend if you are tired of replacing your store front door closers because of leakage.  The 1261 is the most heavy duty standard template closer that is made.  This door closer will work on the push, pull or top jamb, and is non handed.  The 1261 is adjustable spring sizes 1-5 and mounts to the most common commercial footprint. The 1261 also features a complete line of regular and extra duty arms, LCN’s peel-n-stick installation templates, a convenient spring adjust pointer.  The hole spacing is 3/4" x 9-1/16", so it is considered a standard template closer.  LCN also offers a 20 year warranty on this closer. The Von Duprin Pull Handle 972466/972467 replacement Grip/Handle only, screws not included. Cast bronze construction, and then plated to the selected finish. The Grip measures 15/16" wide by 6" long. The center to center hole spacing is 5-1/2". This handle works on the Von Duprin 608, 696, 880, and 990 outside trim plates.

The SEM7830-516 LCN Magnet Core Assembly is just the Tri Voltage Magnet Core. This core is used on the Floor Mounted SEM7830.  It has 35 pounds of holding force at nominal input voltage. Maximum current draw is .020 A @ 24 volt and 120 volt, and .030 A @ 12VDC.

The Jackson 1085 Panic Device is one of a few original manufactures of Panic Hardware for aluminum framed glass doors, or storefront doors.  The 1085, 1095 along with their door closer the 20-330 were installed on about half of these doors in the 1970's and 1980's.  They were installed on Vistawall and Kawneer doors just to name a few.  Universally recognized as the standard for aluminum storefront hardware it is made of high tensile strength aluminum.  The device is Non Handed, Comes with 45" cross bar that is easily cut in the field.  Also includes the Concealed Vertical Rods, Screws and Strikes.

The LCN Door Closer 4011 is known as the Smoothee.  The door closer ships with regular arm, standard plastic cover, and self reaming and tapping screws.  This is considered an application specific closer, meaning you have to specify left and right swing door, and it can only be mounted as a regular armed closer.  A regular armed closer is a closer that is mounted on the pull side of the door.  The non sized clinder will work on doors from 30" to 60" interior doors, or 26" to 48" exterior doors, and can be adjusted to meet ADA specifications.  This door closer is ideal for areas of high traffic and abuse, like schools or any other areas of extreme use.  We ship the 4011 REG.

The 914KIL Lever Trim is for use on the Monarch / Falcon 19 Series.  This lever trim is shipped with a standard Schlage C Keyway, that are keyed different if you are ordering multiple levers.  The key locks and unlocks the Lever handle.

The LCN 4040SE Sentronic Door Closer is a heavy duty, non-handed, non-sized closer/holder designed to provide single point hold-open for fire and smoke barrier doors. The door is held open until current interruption releases the holding mechanism and the door closes. Single lever (track) arm closer is specifically designed for interior doors. Choice of finishes, track functions, and installation accessories meet virtually all life safety requirements.  The SE stands for Single Point Electronic, with this closer the hold open point can only be one point, so the closer has to be positioned on the door to get the proper hold open point.

This technology has been around since 1972, but back then you would order the 4110SE or 4010SE.  These were  application specific closers, so you had to specify the hand of the door, door size,  and the type of mounting.  If you do have an older version, the 4040SE will replace it.

The Adams Rite EL8600 Solenoid 31-0833-IP is used on their Concealed Vertical Rod.  It uses 28 VDC.  If your Solenoid is Red or White, then you would need the EL8800 Solenoid.
