6" Kickdown Door Holder Grand Standard
6" Kickdown Door Holder Grand Standard
Frequently we are asked, “What is the heaviest duty kick down holder you sell?” The answer to that question is any of Grand Specialty door holders. These door stops are American made and simply the best out there. They have a shoe that is held in place by a screw, a rivet instead of a roll pin for the hinging mechanism, and a “wedge” instead of a piece of spring steel to hold up the leg. They are constructed of steel, and not cast like all of the other door holders made.
Another feature is their well constructed shoe can be adjusted down as the rubber wears making the holder last way longer than their competitors. Another use for them is as a door floor lock if mounted on the other side of the door. Once kicked down there's no entry possible unless you slide a flat item under the door to lift the door holder leg out of the way and push the door open. It can be opened from the inside as normal with your foot or hand. A very inexpensive security lock.

Continuous Full Surface Geared Hinge
The Ives 157XY Continuous Full Surface Geared Hinge is an ideal solution for the replacement or worn or broken storefront door pivots, which we run across quite often. I our opinion this is the best solution if you can not find a compatable replacement pivot. The geared hinge will not allow the door to twist, which makes your door more sturdy in the frame. This hinge measures 83" long and is 3-7/16" wide included the cover which hides the screw mounting. A patented easy to install, heavy duty hinge which offers lateral and vertical adjustablility whle the door is still hanging. The hinge is non handed, will mount on a narrow frame, can be cut down in the field and will work on doors up to 550 pounds. 12-24 x 1/2" steel self drilling and tapping screws are included.GFS102- -

Wall Door Stop / Holder WS45
The Ives Wall Door Stop / Holder WS45 was introduced about 50 years ago as the Glynn-Johnson W45A or GJW45A. When they were purchased by H.B. Ives, it became the WS45. They are constructed of cast Brass or Bronze and then plated to the desired finish. This door stop is unique because the wall does not have to be parallel to the door for it to latch and hold the door open. Spring loaded roller rides up the face of the strike, seating itself on the strike, holding the door firmly in the open position. A heavy rubber pad cushions the shock and absorbs the sound. With unit mounted on door and the strike on wall, vertical adjustment is available on body. The strike is adjustable 45 degrees left or right, both adjustments easily accomplished at time of installation or at a later date. WS45 strike is furnished with wood screws for drywall mounting.
