The Von Duprin 55 Rim Latch Bolt Spring 967502 is only used on the 55 Rim Panic Hardware.  This spring just keeps pressure on the latch bolt, it does not lift the arm.  If your arm is sagging, they you need to tighten the crossbar wedge tite screws and check and make sure the 55R200 55 Hinge Case Spring is not broken.  It measures 1-1/2" long by 3/8" diameter.

The Norton Door Closer 1601 has been around for the past 40 years.  With the advent of aluminum framed glass doors, Norton was on for the first manufactures to come up with a narrow stile door closer.  Because of this, it is still one of the most popular door closer model out there.  It is a Grade 1 closer and has adjustable closing, latching, and back check speeds.  The model we ship also has adjustable spring tension to work on a wider range of doors.  The hole spacing is 3/4” x 9-1/16”.

Older models may be stamped with Scoville or Eaton, which are the companies that used to own Norton.  We sometimes find 20-1624-4001, or 20-1604-4001 stamped on the back of the closer. If your door closer is stamped 20-1603-4001 or 20-1623-4001, you might want to double check the hole spacing. The 20-1603-4001 usually has a hole spacing of 3/4" x 8-3/16", you could use the International Door Closer 853 as a replacement.

The Von Duprin 990K Trim is known as a Knob Trim.  This plate mounts on the exterior of the door, and the welded on mounting studs line up with the 99 device on the interior of the building.  If you have a different manufacture or a different Von Duprin series on the interior, it will not line up.  On the back of this plate we usually find the number 990 stamped on it.  The key locks and unlocks the knob.  The plate shown here is for the Rim and Surface Vertical Rod 99 and 98 devices.  If you have a Mortise or Concealed Vertical Rod, call us and we will order that model.  The plate measures 3" wide by 14-3/16" tall.   Order here for the 990K-R&V.

The LCN Door Closer Cush-n-Stop Arm 3077CNS is a Non-handed parallel arm that features solid forged steel main arm and forearm with stop in soffit shoe.  Specify your current closers model number when ordering. The International Door Closer Main Arm 520 is a replacement arms used on the 640, 650, 850 and 880 series.  This arm is probably used on other International Closers also.  The arm measures 12" overall length, and fits a 7/16" square shaft.

International 8052-TP Delayed Action Door Closer

The International 8052-TP Delayed Action Door Closer is same  as the 8050 Series or 8051-TP, but with Delayed Action. Delayed Action is a function of the Door Closer hydraulic cylinder. The Cal Royal Products 900 Series Door Closer is a unique one, it is the only closer that has the 3/4" x 11-1/8" hole spacing.  We have seen a few versions of this closer, some have 6 mounting holes, and some have 4.  If your closer has a spacing of 11-1/8", and has 3 holes on each size, this is the only closer I know of that is like that.  The 900 Series is a Grade 1 closer, the heaviest duty rating possible.  The door closer has adjustable spring tension, closing, latching and back check valves and is Barrier Free rated.  The package comes with all of the  mounting screws and a parallel arm bracket, so it can be mounted on the left, right, push, pull or top jamb for mounting.

The International Door Closer 44CI Adjustable Spring Power is one of there heaver duty closers.   It is designed to line up with the LCN 4040 hole spacing at more than half the price.  It features a rugged cast iron body with a forged steel arm.  It also uses all weather fluid, is non handed and is non sized, meaning you can adjust the door for any size door.  The door closer we are selling here come with a regular arm and parallel arm bracket, so the closer can be mounted on the left or right, push, pull or top jamp.  The closer has 4 adjustments, closing, latching, and back check valves, a long with a spring power adjustment.

The Norton Door Closer 1601BF Barrier Free has been around for about 10 years. Because of this, it is still one of the most popular door closer models out there. It is a Grade 1 closer and has adjustable closing, latching, and back check speeds. The Barrier Free version just means you can turn the spring tension down to a size 1 spring, which will meet the ADA codes (less than 5 pounds of resistance). The model we ship also has adjustable spring tension to work on a wider range of doors. The hole spacing is 3/4” x 9-1/16”.

Norton 1600 Installation Instructions

The Ives Surface Bolt 8" SB453 has a 1-3/16" throw.  The bar has a cross section measurement of 3/4" wide by 1/4" thick.  It features a strong tension springs to prevent the bolt from creeping.  The bolt is shipped with all of the fasteners and a universal top and a standard mortise strike.  It is constructed of heavy duty steel that is then cadmium plated.

The LCN Door Closer 4041XP-CUSH is the same cylinder as the 4040XP, but with a CUSH arm (4040XP-3077CNS).  This closer can only be mounted in the parallel arm configuration.  With this closer you get the XP heavy duty cylinder with the heavy duty CUSH arm.
