Floor Door Stop / Holder FS41

This floor mounted door holder has been around since the 1960's. It used to go by the name Glynn Johnson GJF41A or F41A, and was brought over to the H.B. Ives line in the 1990's and now goes by the part # FS41. Many schools and hospitals have this door holder in use today. It features: Automatic door holders ideal for heavy-traffic situations that require a simple, fool-proof, Hold-Open device. Forged from brass. Unit is activated automatically when door is opened. A firm pull on door releases the mechanism. Strikes accommodate different door to floor clearances. Model numbers are determined by strike/door-to-floor clearances. The LCN Sentronic Overhead Concealed Door Closer 3130SE is shipped with a standard arm, 24V or 120V SE track (please specify), track roller, and wood and machine screw pack. Sized cylinders for interior doors to 4’0”. Functions as full rack and pinion door closer when hold-open is not engaged or current is interrupted. Handed for right or left swinging door. The LCN 79 Door Closer Rod And Shoe  piece fits into the female part of all LCN Regular Arms. The old style had two concave set screws and a ball pressed into the rod. If the door over rotated the ball would pull out of the concave set screws. The new version has a pin holding the rod to the shoe which is designed to fail if the door is over rotated. This piece will work on the LCN 1260, 1460, 4010, 4020, 4030 and 4040 door closers with regular arms. Some of the really old models have multiple threaded holes, so you might have to drill a hole in the female tube. Part #'s 4040-79, 4040-79LR and 4040-79ELR. The 1260, 1460, 4010, or 4020 could replace the 4040 in those part numbers, they are the same.

The F20 or GJF20 was a mainstay of Glynn-Johnson for years.  When the Glynn-Johnson door stop line merged with H.B. Ives it became the FS20.  This door stop has been discontinued from Ives, but we have been able find a large stock.   This Floor Mounted Door Stop also holds the door open, when in the latched position you can push the door and the holding latch will flip up and unlock thee holding clip.   It is constructed of cast bronze or brass and then plated to your desired finish.   This stop has a 2-1/2" long base that is 1-1/2" wide.  The overall height is 3-1/8" with a 2-5/16" floor to rubber stop centerline.    For use with door undercut up to 2-1/2".

The Anodized Aluminum Neoprene Door Shoe is an aluminum U channel to mount on the bottom of doors.  The channel is 1 inch deep with a 1/2 inch neoprene seal on the bottom.  Fits over the bottom of 1-3/4 inch thick doors.  Ships in 36 or 48 inch lengths and comes with #6 x 3/4 inch stainless steel screws.

The Door Pull 26 is made of 1" round stock in either solid, aluminum, brass or stainless steel. The handle has a projection of 2-3/4", and clearance of 1-3/4". It comes standard with thru bolts and finish washers, but can be special ordered if you would like the handle mounted back to back or surface mounted. Also known as a Door Handle or Door Grip.

The Door Pull Handle 23 features two closed ends. This Door Pull is also known as a Door Handle or Door Grip. The dimensions are 14" overall length, 8" centers, with a 3/8" by 1-1/4" handle cross section.   The mounting post has a 1" diameter, and the handle projects out 1-7/8".  The handle ships with thru bolts and finish washers.  It is constructed of aluminum, stainless steel or brass depending on the finish you are looking for.

The Plunger Door Holder / Stop DH6000 is one of the most common plunger style door stops we offer.   They are constructed of a cast zinc alloy that is then electro statically painted to either an aluminum or dark brown color.   It features a non marring rubber tip that is replaceable, and we keep in stock.  The body measures approximately 7" long and is 1-5/8" wide.  The throw on this stop is 1-1/8".  These are sometimes called pop-up or push down door stops.  This product ships with the mounting screws.

Norton / Yale Door Closer Arm Shoe Assembly

Replacement Shoe Assembly for Norton 1600, 9300, 7500 and 8000 series door closers. And Yale 50, 2300, 8000 and 4400 series.
Base measures 11/16" x 2-1/4" with 1-3/4" center to center screw hole mounting. Bracket projects out 15/16". The pin is 3/8" diameter.

The International Door Closer Main Arm 520 is a replacement arms used on the 640, 650, 850 and 880 series.  This arm is probably used on other International Closers also.  The arm measures 12" overall length, and fits a 7/16" square shaft.

The LCN Door Closer Hold Open Arm 3049 has an adjustable nut that allows the door closer arm to lock when they reach a pre select position.  This arm can be used on most LCN Door Closers because the Hold Open function is in the arm.   If you have a regular armed LCN Closer currently, you can use this arm to make them have the Hold Open function.  Two words of warning, they can not be used on an interior fire rated door, and Hold Open arms usually break.   The manufactures sell more door closers with regular arms, but we tend to sell more Hold Open arms, meaning they wear out or break a lot easier then Regular Arms.

Not all of the LCN closers have the same shape spindle on the door closer cylinder. The LCN Part #'s on this Regular Arm is: 1260-3049 (non handed), 1460-3049 (non handed), 4010-3049 (handed), 4020-3049 (handed), 4040-3049 (non handed).   The fitting for the 4040 is a six sided, the 4010, 4020 and 4110 have a flat sided oval, and the 1260 and 1460 have an eight sided star.

We recommend this closer because it will fit any size door, and you can adjust the spring tension to make it easier for the elderly, smaller children and the handicapped. Floor Door Stop FS442

This Floor Mounted Door Stop used to go by the name Glynn Johnson GJFB19 or FB19. When Ingersoll Rand purchased H. B. Ives in the 1990's they brought it over under the Ives Floor Mounted Door Stop FS442. Features: Designed to blend well with all types of construction and provide a minimum of hindrance to cleaning efforts. Accommodates door undercut up to 2". Heavy-Duty cast brass or aluminum construction. Non-marring rubber bumper. This door stop has an overall height 2-7/8". Mounted shield and screws included.

The Door Pull Offset 1" Diameter PH-4000 is usually used on aluminum frame glass doors. This handle offers three different mounting options, one is surface mounted, where the handle is mounted over a mounting stud and then you tighten the set screw to hold the handle in place. The second method is thru bolted, the bolt goes all the way thru the door. And the third is back to were you have two handles mounted back to back.  This handle projects 3-1/4", has a 2-1/4" door clearance, comes in 9", 10" and 12" centers.  One of the most popular handles we sell.

The Ives Wall Door Stop / Holder WS45 was introduced about 50 years ago as the Glynn-Johnson W45A or GJW45A.  When they were purchased by H.B. Ives, it became the WS45.  They are constructed of cast Brass or Bronze and then plated to the desired finish.  This door stop is unique because the wall does not have to be parallel to the door for it to latch and hold the door open.  Spring loaded roller rides up the face of the strike, seating itself on the strike, holding the door firmly in the open position.  A heavy rubber pad cushions the shock and absorbs the sound.  With unit mounted on door and the strike on wall, vertical adjustment is available on body.  The strike is adjustable 45 degrees left or right, both adjustments easily accomplished at time of installation or at a later date.  WS45 strike is furnished with wood screws for drywall mounting.

The Norton Door Closer Parallel Arm Bracket is the bracket shipped with the Norton 1600, 7500, 8301, 8501 and 9300 series closers.  This bracket is also used by Yale on there 2300, 50, 3301, 3501 and 4400 door closers.  The factory part number on this is 1618A for Norton and 289A for Yale.

For us to do that we would need to know which model you have (4110SE, 4010SE, ect..) and the hand of the door, see diagram. This arm is for a discontinued LCN Door Closer. We can not allow returns, each arm is specail ordered.

The ALREX hinge is a full function hydraulic door closer hinge. It contains all the features of a door closer, closing and latching speed control, power adjustment, and optional hold open feature. 4" Kickdown Door Holder FS455

The H.B. Ives FS455 is what people think about when they say Kick Down Door Stop.  This design has been around for almost 50 years and is try and true.   Durable and ascetically pleasing to look at.  This door holder features a simple hold and release, activated with a touch of the foot.  They are constructed of cast brass or aluminum depending on the finish that you are looking for.  The rubber tip is a non-marring and is corrugated on the bottom so it will not slide on the floor, and is easily replaceable, look under related products for the replacement shoe.  This holder is for door to floor clearances of less than 2".  This is an ideal door holder for the home, office, church or school.

The Ives Wall Door Stop / Holder WS20 is another door holder from Glynn-Johnson.  The Chicago based manufacture made these for 40 plus years.  When they were purchased from H.B Ives and merged into there line they became the WS20.  This holder is constructed of cast brass and then plated to your desired finish.  The hinged holding clip can be released by a gentle pushing on the door, which causes the clip to flip up and release the door.  The piece ships with wood screws and anchors.
