The Brushed Stainless Steel Door Kick Plate 16 Gauge .050 is the most popular.  Stainless steel offers one of the best material for commercial applications. They are very hard, and do not dent easily. The also offer the best corrosion resistances out there.  We use type 304 stainless

Stainless Steel Kick Plates can be mounted by screws, two way tape, and they can be glued to the door. Our plates come standard with screw mounting. The manufacture sends #6 x 5/8″ Oval Phillips Undercut Stainless Steel screws. The number of holes on the screw mounted plates is determined by an industry wide standardize template. A height between 6-10″ will have 10 holes for plates up to 33″ and 12 holes for plates between 33 and 40″. 

You can order these plates with tape mounting, but on larger plates and especially plates with a stainless steel base metal, it is not recommended. Stainless Steel plates are too heavy and they most likely will not stick. We can also ship them with no holes, if you want to drill your own holes.  Stainless Steel is very hard and a drill press would be recommended. You can glue them on, I would recommend liquid nails, and come C Clamps with the door on saw horses.

Adams Rite 41-0902-04-IP Metal End Cap Assembly is used on the 3100, 8100, and 8200 which are their Surface Vertical Rod devices.  Replaces the 41-0901-04, which is the plastic version.  We find the number 23-0601 cast into the cap.

The Adams Rite Metal End Cap is for the hinge side of the door and replaces the plastic version (25-0471).  This cap can be used on the 3100, 3300, 3600, 3700, 3900, 8100, 8200, 8300, 8400, 8500, 8600, 8700, 8800 and 8900.  We find the number 23-0600 cast in to the end cap.

The Push Bar W/Offset Grip PP-2000 is what we usually find on most aluminum framed glass store front doors.  This particular set can usually ship within 24 hours, and comes in grip sizes of 9", 10" and 12" centers.  The push bar has 33-1/16" centers.   It is constructed of 1" solid aluminum that is anodize clear (aluminum) or dark brown.  It ships with all of the hardware needed for an 1-3/4" thick door.  At this time we are not able to sell the fasteners separately.

Falcon 24 / 25 Series 650294 Channel End Cap Kit

This end cap is used on the Falcon 24 and 25 series devices.  Used to go by then number 600270, but the factory is now using the number 650294.  Includes bracket, screws and end cap.

On this Adams Rite End Cap we sometimes find the number HX0471 cast into the Black Plastic construction.  It measures 2-3/8" high by 1" deep, with a projection of 1-1/4". It is used on the 8099, 8100, 8200, 8300, 8400, 8500, 8600, 8700, 8800 and 8900.

Door Finger Protector - Exterior Push Side

This model is specifically designed for exterior doors on the push side of the door. This patented Finger-Gard product is designed for both exterior and interior doors and thus will operator in very cold and very hot tempetures. Flexible to minus 40 degrees. They are made of a special rubber that is resistant to harsh sunlight. They will allow the door to swing up to 180 degrees. This product is available in Brown or White, 78" or 83" lenghts

Our part # on this is GFG5 for the 78" length, and GFG5+ for the 83" length.

The 4412HSA SENTRONIC® is an electrically controlled closer/holder designed to provide easy passage for groups of pedestrians through high traffic doors. Pedestrians, moving through the doorway, trigger the built-in scanner. When the door is opened to 80° or more, the door is electrically held open to minimize wear and tear on applied door hardware. After the last pedestrian in a group passes through the doorway, the system timer releases the hold-open, closing the door under control of the heavy duty closer. The Diamond Plate Aluminum Door Kick Plate are solid aluminum.   They are 1/8" thick and have a gloss or polished finish.  These plates have the Diamond pattern, and the diamonds are 1-1/8" long.  Custom sizes are available, they run about $0.39 per square inch.  The lead time on these plates is about 7-10 days.
