The Door Pull 25 is made of 3/4" round stock in either solid, Aluminum, Brass or Stainless Steel. The handle has a 2-3/8" projection from the door, and 1-5/8" clearance from the door to the back of the handle.  It comes standard with thru bolts and finish washers, but can be special ordered if you would like the handle mounted back to back or surface mounted. Also known as a Door Handle or Door Grip.

The LCN Door Closer 4111 is known as the Smoothee, and is one of the heaviest duty door closers made. Floor Door Stop / Holder FS446

The Ives FS446 Door Stop and Holder is a modification of the FS444, which is the non holder version.   It is considered a manual type floor holder, because you have to manually latch the holder for it to hold the door open.  It is constructed of cast bronze or brass, and is no longer available in a cast aluminum.  It is designed for doors with up to 2-1/2" of undercut, meaning the distance between the finished floor and the bottom of the door. It measures 3-3/4" overall height with a 2-1/2" diameter, and the distance from the base to the center line of the rubber non-marring stop is 2-1/2".  This stop is packed with expansion shield and lead shield.

The Von Duprin 9927 Top Vertical Rod 110573 is the standard top rod for door heights up to 7'1".  The length of this rod is 35", less the fittings.  For larger doors you can order a Rod Extension Kit, which at this point we do not have online.  The rod is field adjustable if your doors are less then 7'1".  The Old Von Duprin part # is 110573, and the Newer Von Duprin part # is 050512.

The Falcon OHC100 and OHC101 Door Closer Body Only are designed for a wide variety of Doors.   The OHC100 is for use on larger exterior doors and has spring size adjustments of 3-5.   The OHC101 is designed for smaller or interior vestibule doors, with an adjustable spring size of 1-3.

The SEM7840 LCN Electro Magnetic Door Holder features a metal die cast housing that is surface wall mounted. Tri-voltage design works with 12, 24 or 120 volts, with 35 lbs. of holding force. The magnet housing measures 2-13/16" wide by 4-5/8" high. The armature (door mount part) is 1-11/16" wide by 2-3/8" high with a 1-7/8" diameter. The armature projects out 1-5/8". The total projection of both pieces is 2-5/8". The Corbin Russwin 651F62 Blue Lever Spring is same part as the Yale Lever Trim Spring. Used on Yale and Corbin Russwin RHR or LH Doors outside trim lever handles. The spring has an 1-1/4" OD and 1-1/8" ID.

The Von Duprin 050390 Bottom Mullion Fitting is the Bottom Fitting for the 1654, 4754, 4854, and 4954 Von Duprin Mullions. The 050390 measures 5/8" thick by 2" wide and 3" long excluding the flange the projects out the one end.   We find the number 961040-70  ESE cast right in the fitting.  The mounting holes are 2-1/4" on center.  Mounting Screws included.

The Plunger Type Door Holder / Stop 583 is constructed of solid cast brass, that is then plated to the desired finish.  It measures 5-3/8" by 2-1/4" base with a 1-1/4" projection.   The throw is 1-1/4".   These are sometimes called pop-up or push down stops.   This piece will ship with matching finish mounting screws.

The SEM7800 LCN Electro Magnetic Door Holder Metal Cover is constructed of a metal die cast. This cover will work on the SEM7830, SEM7840 and SEM7850. Available in aluminum and dark bronze finishes.

The new Series 2670 Exit Alarm Lock provides secure protection through a large stainless steel deadbolt, which is 2" x 1/2" (51mm x 13mm) and has over a 3/4" (19mm) throw. The Von Duprin 9927 Rod Guide Assembly 112063 works on all of the Von Duprin 98 and 9927's. The guide keeps the rods from bowing or getting bent by hand carts, or rowdy patrons.  Replaces the old style which had the cover and springs.

The 460 ADA Flush Pull measures 5 inches by 5 inches  and is made of 1/8 inch material.  The opening size is 3-1/2 inches by 3 inches. The pull is fastened to the door with 10-24 by 5/8 inch security torx with barrel nuts.  The pull is designed for 1-3/4 thick doors, please specify if your door is thicker than 1-3/4 inches.  Available in Brushed and Polished Stainless Steel and also Powder Coated Flat Black and Dark Bronze.

This shoe is for replacement of the 4" Kick Down Door Holder Deluxe, made by Grand Specialties.

The shoe has a 9/16" wide slot, included the screw.

Full Mortise Double Swinging Spring Hinge

Used mainly for commercial kitchen doors,  or any commercial double swinging door.   Sold in sets of 2 hinges, they will handle doors up to 75 lbs that are 1-3/4" thick.   If you door weighs between 75 and 107 lbs, you should use 3 hinges.  The door flange is designed for a standard 4-1/2" x 4-1/2" template mortise.   Hinges ship with wood and metal mounting screws. They come in a standard Painted Primed Finish Gray.

The jamb flange is .100" thick, the door flange is .134" thick and the barrel diameter is 1.18".

The Falcon SC71 Door Closer used to go by the Doromatic SC71. This is a higher quality door closer at a more affordable price. This closer offers adjustable closing, latching and back check speeds, along with adjustable spring tension. It has the ability to be mounted on the push, pull or top jamb and is non handed. This closer is considered a Grade 1 closer, which is the highest grade you can get. The hole spacing is 2-3/8” x 6-3/4”, which is the same hole spacing as the Norton 7500 and Yale 4400 door closers. Von Duprin 050500 88 Latch Tail Kit

The Von Duprin Part # 050500 includes the 1 Latch Tail, 2 Latch Tail Rivets, and 2 Latch Tail Springs.  This product is used on the Von Duprin 88 Rim Device, for the EO, NL, TP and DT functions.  This is not the Latch Tail Kit used on the Fire Rated Von Duprin 88-F Devices.

The Monarch / Dor-O-Matic / Falcon 600339 NL Spring Package converts the 179L , 712L, 712K, 912l and 911K to an NL function.   The NL function is  one were the Lever Handle can not be unlocked and left in the unlocked position when the key is removed.   Spring has a 5/8" diameter.  See attached instructions.

The concealed LCN Door Closer 2031 -2035 Pacer® is a heavy duty closer designed to fit in a narrow, minimum 1 3/4” aluminum transom.  It is considered an application specific closer, due to the cylinder spring sizing and handing.  The standard 2030 series closer shipped with standard arm, standard track, mounting/finish plate, and wood and machine screw pack.  Aluminum frame requires minimum 1 3/4”  x 4”  tube.
