The Von Duprin Panic Device 880K Trim is for use with the 88 series devices only.  Plate measures 3" wide by 14-3/16" long with an 1-5/8" diameter bore for cylinder. Knob projects out 2-3/4".  We do not sell many of these anymore, due to ADA requirements, but they are still available.

The Von Duprin Panic Device 996L Lever Trim has an escutcheon plate that measures 2-3/4" wide by 10-3/4" high and projects out 27/32". The handle projection is 2-7/8". The Von Duprin Panic Device Keyed Mullion Retrofit Kit KR54 is used to convert the 1654 and 4954.  Keyed Removable Steel Mullions makes removal faster and easier by a single operation of the mortise cylinder. Once mullion is removed, large equipment or furniture can freely pass through the opening. The unit will self lock when re-installed, without use of the cylinder key. The International Door Closer 5001P Series Adjustable Spring Power is a great closer to use as a replacement for the many 3/4" by 12" mounting holed closers.  This door closer is fully adjustable with sweep, latching and back check adjustments, a long with an adjustable spring tensoin control.  This closer can be adjusted to less then 8-1/2" pounds of resistance to meet ADA standards.  You can install this closer on the push, pull or top jamb, we ship the regular arm and a parallel arm bracket.  This closer has the same mounting holes as the Norton 8000 and Yale 3000 door closers.

The Cal-Royal CRCODE204 is for use with the 2200, 7700 and 9800 Rim and Surface Vertical Rod Devices. The Lever Mechanism features a Break Away Lever, for use with 1-3/4 inch to 2 inch thick doors, non-handed, Single Code User, Key Override, easy on the door code change, weather resistant, and more than 8000 non-sequential possible code combinations.

Installation and Programming Instructions

The Clear Plastic Door Kick Plates are constructed of .125" thick acrylic.  We recommend screw mounting on these  plate, because you can see right through them, and would be able to see the Tape Mount or Glue.  We have the more common sizes listed, but If you need a custom size they run about $0.22 per square inch.

The Corbin Russwin ED4000/5000 Rim Strike 650F29 is used on the ED4200 and ED5200 Rim Panic Hardware.  A Rim device is an exit device that has the latch bolt protruding from the center case.

The Cal-Royal 6600 Rim Device is a Grade 1 exit device.  It is designed for doors that have at least a 4-1/2 inch stile width. The 36 inch device has a 32 inch actual length and can cut down 6" (24 inch actual). The 48 inch device has an actual length of 44 inches and can be cut down 12 inch (34 inch actual).  Devices ships with 938 Strike and all the mounting screws.

The Von Duprin 88 and 55 Cross Bar 967738 has been in use since the 1950's.  The bar is 1" in diameter and is 42" long and can be cut down in the field.  One side of the bar will be cut for the wedge tite screw opening.
