Falcon/Monarch 19 Series Hex Dogging Assembly and Cover have been changed.  As of April 12, 2022 the kit now includes a new style dogging assembly also.

We know this kit will work on the 19/24/25 Series, and are not sure if it will work on the Monarch 17/18 Series Dogging Cover goes over the dogging mechanism on the hinge side of the exit device. Sometimes when the end cap goes missing, this cover plate also disappears.

The Glynn-Johnson 81 Series Overhead Door Holder Surface Mounted provide rugged, heavy-duty door control. The jointed-arm design provides the most effective stop mechanism available. The shock absorber bracket is surface mounted, usually with sex bolts. The jamb bracket is mounted to the stop of the frame, so a minimum of door and frame preparation is required.

Floor Door Stop / Holder FS41

This floor mounted door holder has been around since the 1960's. It used to go by the name Glynn Johnson GJF41A or F41A, and was brought over to the H.B. Ives line in the 1990's and now goes by the part # FS41. Many schools and hospitals have this door holder in use today. It features: Automatic door holders ideal for heavy-traffic situations that require a simple, fool-proof, Hold-Open device. Forged from brass. Unit is activated automatically when door is opened. Detex Advantex 10 Series Rim Device

The Detex 10 Series is a Super-Heavy-Duty panic device, built to with stand 1,000,000 cycles, twice the standard for Grade 1 rated devices.  Designed for high-use and high-abuse environments.  Non Handed with 1/4 turn hex dogging.

The Yale Door Closer 51 Series has been around since the early 1970's.  With the advent of the aluminum framed storefront doors, this door closer was a perfect fit.  The 50 series is a non-sized, non-handed closer that can be mounted on the push (parallel arm), pull (regular arm) or top jamb.   A Grade 1 closer certification, means it is one of the more heavy duty closers out there.  Older models may be stamped with Scoville or Eaton, which are the companies that used to own Yale.  We some times find 20-0054-4001 or 20-0254-4001 stamped on the back of the closer.   Ships with all mounting screws and a parallel arm bracket.  The hole spacing is 3/4" by 9-1/16".

The LCN Door Closer 4041XP-CUSH is the same cylinder as the 4040XP, but with a CUSH arm (4040XP-3077CNS).  This closer can only be mounted in the parallel arm configuration.  With this closer you get the XP heavy duty cylinder with the heavy duty CUSH arm.

The LCN Door Closer 1261 Series combines the best features from the previous 1070 and 1370 into a single versatile and economical cast iron closer, with Tri mounting capability. The 1261 is the door closer I would recommend if you are tired of replacing your store front door closers because of leakage.  The 1261 is the most heavy duty standard template closer that is made.  This door closer will work on the push, pull or top jamb, and is non handed.  The 1261 is adjustable spring sizes 1-5 and mounts to the most common commercial footprint. The Ives Wall Door Stop / Holder WS20 is another door holder from Glynn-Johnson.  The Chicago based manufacture made these for 40 plus years.  When they were purchased from H.B Ives and merged into there line they became the WS20.  This holder is constructed of cast brass and then plated to your desired finish.  The hinged holding clip can be released by a gentle pushing on the door, which causes the clip to flip up and release the door.  The piece ships with wood screws and anchors.

CG-20 Vinyl Corner Guard 2” x 2”

The Ives Wall Door Stop / Holder WS40 is a door holder that has some history.  We see this product in many schools, hospitals and churches that were built in the 50's, 60's and 70's.   The WS40 was originally made and designed by Glynn-Johnson out of Chicago, Illinois, and was called the W40 or GJW40.   H.B. Ives purchased Glynn-Johnson in 1990's and mergered this product into there offering, and changed the part # to WS40.  The holder is made of cast brass or bronze and plated to your desired finish.  The holding mechanism has a rubber bumper inside it to act as a door stop, and a brass spring loaded roller to act as a holder.   The product ships with a universal screw package to mount on all types of walls.   For the best results with this stop/holder the door and wall should be about 3-1/2" apart in the open position.

The Von Duprin 5547 Concealed Vertical Rod Exit Device is used primarily on aluminum framed glass doors, otherwise known as Narrow Stile Doors.   It is one of the most heavy duty cross bar devices made, and has been in production since at least the 1970's.  It will fit on Stile widths of 1-3/4", and ships with all the mounting screws, dog key and all the necessary strikes.  The device is also non handed.

The heavy-duty 8900 Series non-handed surface applied closer
with adjustable spring power and backcheck positioning adjustment.

that will take effect at approximately 65º. The 8900 has two
independent, noncritical adjustment valves to control sweep and

2-1/8" x 5" hole spacing

The F20 or GJF20 was a mainstay of Glynn-Johnson for years.  When the Glynn-Johnson door stop line merged with H.B. Ives it became the FS20.  This door stop has been discontinued from Ives, but we have been able find a large stock.   This Floor Mounted Door Stop also holds the door open, when in the latched position you can push the door and the holding latch will flip up and unlock thee holding clip.   It is constructed of cast bronze or brass and then plated to your desired finish.   This stop has a 2-1/2" long base that is 1-1/2" wide.  The overall height is 3-1/8" with a 2-5/16" floor to rubber stop centerline.    For use with door undercut up to 2-1/2".

Cal-Royal 9000 Series Lever Trim HDESC is for use on the 9800 and 9800 Exit Devices. The Trim has a clutch mechanism to prevent breaking and two heavy duty springs to prevent sagging. Escutcheon measures 2-5/8 inches wide by 10-5/8 inches long.  The lever projects out 2-7/8 inches. Key locks or unlocks lever.

The Cal-Royal 9800 Rim Device is a grade 1 Heavy Duty Exit Device.   The 9800 has the same template as the 8800 and 9800 with escutcheon lever trim. The 36 inch device will be 32 inches wide and can be cut down an additional 2" to fit doors as narrow as 30 inches.  The 48 inch will be 44 inches wide and can be cut down to fit doors 36 inches wide. The device is non handed, meaning it will work on a left hand reverse or right hand reverse door. Strike and mounting screws are included.
