The Door Pull Handle 21 has a cross section dimension of 1/2" x 1" and is made of half round (underside is round) stock. The handle projects out 2-1/8" with a clearance of 1-5/8". This handle is available in 6" and 8" center to center mounting holes, but can be made in different Center to Center dimensions. This product is also known as a Door Handle or Door Grip. Frequently we are asked, “What is the heaviest duty kick down holder  you sell?”  The answer to that question is any of  Grand Specialty door holders.  These door stops are American made and simply the best out there.   They have a shoe that is held in place by a screw, a rivet instead of a roll pin for the hinging mechanism, and a “wedge” instead of a piece of spring steel to hold up the leg.  They are constructed of steel, and not cast like all of the other door holders made.

Another feature is their well constructed shoe can be adjusted down as the rubber wears making the holder last way longer than their competitors. Another use for them is as a door floor lock if mounted on the other side of the door. Once kicked down there's no entry possible unless you slide a flat item under the door to lift the door holder leg out of the way and push the door open. The Floor Door Stop FS434 is another one the old Ives parts that has been around for about 40 plus years.   The FS434 is constructed of burnished wrought steel, with a soft, resilient gray rubber shoe.  The shoe is replaceable and is under related products.  The stop measures 2-5/8" overall height, and the base measures 1-1/2" wide by 2-3/4" long.  This door stop ships with all the fasteners and anchors needed.

The Von Duprin 22 Mechanism Metal End Cap 900397 is new for 2016.  This new kit replaces the 900397 with a metal end cap, which is has always been a weak link of the 22 series.  The package includes the End Cap, Bracket and the Mounting Screws.  This cap and bracket will work on all of the 22 and 2227 series.

With the Handicap Door Pull 119 you are able to get a closed fist behind the pull, which makes it a great ADA Door Pull. Also known as the Double Arm Pull it is constructed of aluminum, brass or stainless steel stock.   It measures 8-1/2" overall length and has 5-1/4" centers on the mounting screws.  The flat bar stock is 3/8" x 1", and the round mounting post is 3/4" diameter.  Shipped with screws and finish washers. Also known as a Handicap Grip, ADA Door Pull or Handle.

The Von Duprin 8827-F Top Latch Cover Kit 050465 the Top Latch Cover for the Von Duprin 8827-F. The 8827-F is the Fire Rated Surface Vertical Rod device usually used on interior doors to contain a fire. The Fire Rated version would not have dog screws to lock the device in the retracted position.
