The Von Duprin QEL Baseplate Conversion Kit is for use on the 33A, 35A, 98, and 99 exit devices. The size is the size of the exit device.  The 98/99 device 36" would be 33" wide device and the 48" would be for the 45" device.  The 33A/35A the 36" would be for the 35-3/8" wide device and the 48" would be for the 47-3/8" wide device.

The Von Dupin 1439 Strike measures 1-7/8 horizontal x 1-3/4 inches vertically.  The strike has a projection of 1/2 inch.  We find this strike used on the 33A and 35A exit devices.

5" Kickdown Door Holder FS555

The H.B. Ives FS555 Kick Down Door Holder has been a staple in schools for many years due to its heavy duty construction and inexpensive price.  It is constructed of durable cast iron, which has great strength characteristics.  The shoe is made of a non-marring rubber, which is replaceable.  The shoe is also held in place with a screw, which makes it a great option in schools and area of high vandalism.  This holder will work on door to floor clearances of 3" or less.  The hole spacing is 7/8" x 1-9/16".

The Cal Royal GLSRIM9800 is an Entrance Function Lever Handle for the GLS7700 and GLS9800 Narrow Stile Rim Exits.  The Base measures 1-3/4 inches wide by 8 inch tall, with a 2-3/8 inch thick base.

The Door Pull Handle 22 features an opened end and a closed end pull. This Door Pull is also known as a Door Handle or Door Grip. The dimensions are 14" overall length, 8" centers, with a 3/8" by 1-1/4" handle cross section.   The mounting posts have a 1" diameter, and the handle projects out 1-7/8".  The handle ships with thru bolts and finish washers.  It is constructed of aluminum, stainless steel or brass depending on the finish you are looking for.

The Von Duprin 5654 Aluminum Mullion 7'2" comes prepped for two of the 299 strikes.  The removable mullion also ships with the 154 Mullion Stabilizers.  Mullions are 11/16" wide on face closest to the door and 2-3/8" at the widest point. Floor Door Stop / Holder FS40

This floor mounted door holder has been around since the 1960's. It used to go by the name Glynn Johnson GJF40A or F40A, and was brought over to the H.B. Ives line in the 1990's. Many schools and hospitals have this door holder in use today. It features: Automatic door holders ideal for heavy-traffic situations that require a simple, fool-proof, Hold-Open device. Forged from brass. Unit is activated automatically when door is opened. A firm pull on door releases the mechanism. Strikes accommodate different door to floor clearances. The Jackson Exit Device 2085/2095 End Cap measures 3-1/8" high, by 1-1/8" wide, and has a projection of 1-15/16". The mounting lugs are 1-3/8" on center and project out 1".

With the Handicap Door Pull 19 you are able to get a closed fist behind the pull, which makes it a great ADA Door Pull. The Dor-O-Matic STK170 are the strikes used on their RM170.  The are sold as a kit and include both plates, enough for one mullion.  They 2-7/8 inches tall by 1-3/4 inches wide and 1 inch thick.

The Door Pull Handle 10 has 5-1/2" center to center screw spacing. The base is 3/4" diameter, the overall lenght is 6-1/4". The projection is 2" and the clearance is 1-1/2". Also known as a Door Handle or Door Grip. This handle ships with thru bolts and finish washers.

Adams Rite 91-0993-IP 8700/8800 Strike is used on the rim devices that have the Star Wheel Latching System.  The strike measures 2-3/4" long by 1-3/4" wide and projects out approximately 1/2".   Kit comes with mounting screws and two shims.

The Dorma 8835 Top Arm for RTS88 is for use on Double or Single Acting doors that have a 1" top rail.  This arm is used on aluminum framed glass storefront doors. The arm is 10-7/8" long and 1-3/8" wide.  The spindle lug 1" thick.  This is the standard arm on the RST07 and RST10 packages.

The Door Push Plate 58 is the only plate we have that is a forged plate.  The forging process involves heat and pressure or pounding.  The result is a very heavy and durable metal.  This plate measures 3-1/2" wide by 15" tall, with a thickness of 7/32".  This is one of the thickest plate we offer, and is the most sturdy.

Finishes

The SEM7820 LCN Electro Magnetic Door Holder features a metal die cast housing that is surface mounted on the floor. Tri-voltage design works with 12, 24 or 120 volts, with 35 lbs. of holding force. The magnet housing measures 5-1/8" long x 4-9/16" wide and 3-7/16" high. The armature (door mount part) is 1-11/16" wide by 2-3/8" high with a 1-7/8" diameter. The armature projects out 1-5/8". The total projection of both pieces is 6-3/4". Available in an aluminum or dark bronze color.  Armature extensions are available, along with replacement covers, magnets, and armatures.

The Yale 2701 is a non handed door closer that can be mounted push, pull or top jamb. The closer is adjustable 1-6 sizing, so it will work on any size door, interior or exterior.  The closer ships with a full cover, and all the mounting screws. This a Grade 1 closer, which is the highest rating possible. The mounting is 3/4 x 12 inches on centers.

The Von Duprin 248L-4 Strike is used as a Bottom Surface Mounted Strike on the 2227, 8827, 9927, and 9827 Surface Vertical Rod Panic Devices. The 248L-4 strike measures 9/16" wide by 2-1/2" high with a hole spacing of 1-7/8. The strike projects out 3/8".  Ships with shim and mounting screws.  Burnished steel construction.

The Jackson Door Closer Center Hung Arm - 20-2010 is used with the 20-330 concealed closer.  The arm measures 9-1/2" long by 1-3/8" wide at the hub by 13/16" thick at the hub.

The Falcon / Doromatic Door Closer SC61 is an affordable, higher quality, standard template closer.  This closer offers adjustable closing, latching and back check speeds, along with adjustable spring tension.  It has the ability to be mounted on the push, pull or top jamb and is non handed.  This closer is considered a Grade 1 closer, which is the highest grade you can get.  The hole spacing is 3/4” x 9-1/16”, which is the most common mounting template out in industry today.  They used to be know as the Doromatic SC60, but in about 2008, they changed it to the Falcon SC61.  We ship the SC61 Rw/PA.
