The Falcon / Doromatic Door Closer SC91 is an affordable, high quality closer for residential or light commercial applications.  They used to be know as the Doromatic SC90, but in about 2008, they changed it to the Falcon SC91.  This closer offers adjustable closing, latching and back check speeds, along with adjustable spring tension.  It has the ability to be mounted on the push, pull or top jamb and is non handed.  This closer is considered a Grade 3 closer, which is the lightest grade you can get.   The hole spacing is 3/4” x 6-3/8”.  We ship the SC91 Rw/PA.

The Yale 2701 is a non handed door closer that can be mounted push, pull or top jamb. The closer is adjustable 1-6 sizing, so it will work on any size door, interior or exterior.  The closer ships with a full cover, and all the mounting screws. This a Grade 1 closer, which is the highest rating possible. The mounting is 3/4 x 12 inches on centers.

The Norton PPTO PowerTrack for P7705 is a replacement piece for the P7705PTO Door Closer.  The Track includes the Slider, Soleniod and new mounting screws.  The PPTO Track is for the Push Side of the door, also known as the Stop Side because the track mounts on the jamb stop. The pull is constructed of stainless steel and is available in brushed stainless steel, powder coated flat black or powder coated dark bronze. The plate measures 4 x 16 inches and the grip is tack-welded to the plate and also has a 5/16-18 thread for thru bolting. The grip is 1-1/4 diameter by 8 inches. The 9400 series is a slim-line, surface mounted electric strike designed to accommodate rim exit devices with a 1/2" throw Pullman latchbolt. All components are completely encased within its 1/2" thick stainless steel housing, so no cutting on the frame is required for installation. Simply place the electric strike on the surface of the frame, align it with the exit latchbolt, and install. An 1/8" spacer plate is provided to accommodate varying door gaps. The 9400 exceeds Grade 1 standards for strength and performance. It is field selectable for fail secure or fail safe operation, and for 12 or 24 VDC. The 9400 features a smooth cover to conceal the mounting screws and provide a sleek surface for superior looks. Spacer Plate Included - the 9400 ships with one 1/8" spacer plate included in the box. Units ordered in a 630 finish are stainless steel. All other finishes have a black stainless steel spacer. Additional black spacer plates can be ordered as an accessory.

The 4311HSA SENTRONIC is an electrically controlled closer/holder designed to provide easy passage for groups of pedestrians through high traffic doors. Pedestrians, moving through the doorway, trigger the built-in scanner. When the door is opened to 80° or more, the door is electrically held open to minimize wear and tear on applied door hardware. After the last pedestrian in a group passes through the doorway, the system timer releases the hold-open, closing the door under control of the heavy duty closer. Single lever (track) arm closer is specifically designed for pull side mounting. Choice of finishes and accessories meet virtually all high traffic installation requirements.

The Falcon SWITCH.1006 Request to Exit is for use on the Falcon and Dor-O-Matic 1690, 1790 and 2390 devices, produced after June 2002.  The Request to Exit Switch allows you to cut the current to various devices when the push bar in depressed.

Installation Instructions

The Lock Guard with Security Pin is ideal to cover the latchbolt area of the door, lock and frame, with the added protection of a security pin to prevent separation of the door and door frame.  The plate is through bolted with carriage bolts and nuts, which are included with the guard.  The plate is constructed of 13 gauge stainless steel.  The plate measures 3" wide and 11-1/2" high, with a center to center on the mounting bolts of 10-1/2".

Norton 7700/7705PT Hook-Up Boxes come in two voltages, 24 and 120, and two configurations Hinge Side and Stop Side. Hinge Side means the track is on the side of the door that you can see the Hinges, also know as the pull side.   Stop Side means the track is on the push side of the door.

The Jackson Panic Device Top Bolt Trip is for use on the 1085, 1285, and 2086 devices.  The 30-824 Trip Assembly mounts on the jamb stop and has a pin that sticks out of it (actually a threaded set screw).  The pin lines up with the release plate on the Top Bolt Guide Assembly, when the pin hits the top plate as the door closes, it releases the rods, so they can extend.

Ives RL30 Roller Latch

The Ives Roller Latch RL30 is constructed of Forged Brass and Plated to your finish.   Furnished with a Nylon Roller.   Body measures 1" wide by 3-3/8" high by 1-11/16" deep. The roller has a maximum projection of 3/8" and is easily adjustable.

The Von Duprin 990TP Trim is known as a Thump Piece Trim.  The key cylinder locks and unlocks the thumb piece, key cylinder sold separately.  This plate mounts on the exterior of the door, and the welded on mounting studs line up with the 99 device on the interior of the building.  If you have a different manufacture or a different Von Duprin series on the interior, it will not line up.  On the back of this plate we usually find the number 990 stamped on it.  The plate shown here is for the Rim and Surface Vertical Rod 99 and 98 devices.  If you have a Mortise or Concealed Vertical Rod, call us and we will order that model.  The plate measures 3" wide by 14-3/16" tall.   Order here for the 990TP-R&V.

The Von Duprin Pull Handle 972466/972467 replacement Grip/Handle only, screws not included. Cast bronze construction, and then plated to the selected finish. The Grip measures 15/16" wide by 6" long. The center to center hole spacing is 5-1/2". This handle works on the Von Duprin 608, 696, 880, and 990 outside trim plates.

The concealed LCN Door Closer 2031 -2035 Pacer® is a heavy duty closer designed to fit in a narrow, minimum 1 3/4” aluminum transom.  It is considered an application specific closer, due to the cylinder spring sizing and handing.  The standard 2030 series closer shipped with standard arm, standard track, mounting/finish plate, and wood and machine screw pack.  Aluminum frame requires minimum 1 3/4”  x 4”  tube.

Dor-o-matic 1390 PB43 Spring

The Dor-o-matic 1390 Spring PB43 is also known as Part # 4270106635.   This spring was used on the obsolete 1390 exit device to push out the touch pad.  Spring measures 15/16" long by 5/16" by 3/8".

Von Duprin 386NL Dummy Trim

This Von Duprin 386NL Night Latch Trim is just a pull handle. The bolt pattern of the trim plate lines up with the Von Duprin 33A on the inside so they are on cohesive unit. The base plate measures 7-15/16" by 1-5/8". The grip measures 8-1/2" by 4-5/16" with a 2-7/16" projection. This 386NL Night Latch Trim is handed. Uses a standard Rim Cylinder.

Ives RL32 Roller Latch

The Ives RL32 Roller Latch is constructed of Brass and Plated to your desired finish.  The body measures 1-1/8" wide by 2-1/4" high and 2-1/4" deep.  The roller is constructed of Nylon, and has an adjustable projection up to 1/2".  Fits a standard heavy-duty cylindrical lock cutout.

Von Duprin 050531 EL Dogging Rod 3'

The EL Dogging Rod connects the Solenoid to the Push Bar Bracket. The 3' designates the model it is used on. The 3' model is used on doors 36" or under. The Rod measures roughly 11" long. This rod is used on the 33A, 35A, 98 and 99 Exit Devices

The Von Duprin Dogging Hook 090044 is the piece that grabs the push bar mechanism and keeps it in the dogged position.  The does wear out, but it takes a long time.  This piece is used on the 22, 33A, 35A, 98 and 99 series devices made after 1997.  We sell this part individually and it is #5 on the diagram.

The Adams Rite P8800 is the same device as the 8800 Star Wheel exit device, except it has a Pullman Latch, which is more popular.  Push bar Length Standard sizes: dimensioned for 30, 36, 42, and 48 inch openings. Standard width bars can be field cut to the next smallest opening width.

The Sargent Parallel Arm Bracket 125-P is for use with the 25-O regular arm, to convert it to a parallel arm mount.   A parallel arm mount is when the door closer is mounted on the push side of the door and the arm is parallel to the door when in the closed position.

The Dor-o-Matic 2090 Backplate Assembly PB89 has been around since the early 1970's.  It is now called the Falcon 2090 Back Plate Sub Assembly, but it is the same thing, just different owners of the company.  This piece includes the plate casting, latch bolt, pinion gear, and retractor.

The Jackson 30-1345 Top Strike Package for the 2085-3185  is mounted on the frame of the door were the top latch can engage it.   The Package includes the Strike, Plate, Latch Adjusting Wrench and the Mounting Screws.   Jackson Part Number 30-1345.

The LCN Door Closer 4021 FL is shipped with fusible link arm, standard plastic cover, and self reaming and tapping screws. This closer is designed to hold open fire doors, when the fusible link melts, it releases the hold open arm, so the door will close.  Sized cylinders for interior doors to 5’0” and exterior doors to 4’0”. Non-sized cylinder adjustable for interior doors to 4’6” and exterior doors to 3’6”. Included arm has a fusible link that melts at 120 degrees, allowing to door to close. Door can be closed any time with a gentle pull.  Closer mounts top jamb (push side), specify right or left swinging door. 4021 cylinder meets ADA requirements.
