The new Series 2670 Exit Alarm Lock provides secure protection through a large stainless steel deadbolt, which is 2" x 1/2" (51mm x 13mm) and has over a 3/4" (19mm) throw. The engagement area into the strike is over 1 1/4" (32mm) square inches. The cast aluminum latch case protects the internal mechanism and resists tampering or vandalism from inside the door. This unit has been tested to withstand up to 1600 pounds of static load force against the door.

The Barracuda Model DSO is for Out Swinging 36" Doors and provides up to 550 pounds of security.   It is constructed of heavy duty steel with a durable powder coated finish.  The bar goes across the door frame and grabs the lever or knob set with an adjustable clamp.  To secure the door, simply turn the handle until it is secured.  They currently offer two models, one for jambs up to 5-3/4" and one for jambs greater than 5-3/4".  This device ships with all of the hardware and a wall mounting rack for storage.

The Cal Royal 4400 Rim Exit Device has a Grade 2 rating. The device features a 3/4" Latchbolt, Roller Strike and a 1" diameter Crossbar. The device comes in a brushed chrome and dark bronze finish, and comes with either a 36" or 48" crossbar. You would need a 4-1/2" minimum stile width. 

The Barracuda DSI is designed for In Swinging 36" Doors.  The user places the deive on the floor and slides the metal plates under the door.   Then pushing outward on the handles engages the plates to the exterior door jamb.   Then you simply install the locking pin to barracade the door.   The device is manufactured of heavy-duty steel that is then coated in a durable powder coat paint.   It will work on just about any door and comes in 6 different versions depending on your jamb width.   It is lightweight and comes with a storage mounting rack, along with all the the needed hardware for installation.

Detex Advantex 10 Series Rim Device

The Detex 10 Series is a Super-Heavy-Duty panic device, built to with stand 1,000,000 cycles, twice the standard for Grade 1 rated devices.  Designed for high-use and high-abuse environments.  Non Handed with 1/4 turn hex dogging.

The Jackson Door Closer Offset Arm - 20-1312-LC is the replacement arm and track for the Jackson 20-330 Door Closer.  The track measures 12-7/8" long by 1/2" thick, and the arm has an overall length of 12-15/16" long with an offset of .826".  This set is for use with single acting doors with a 3/4" offset.  Package includes the arm and track.

The Von Duprin 22 Panic Only 22EO is part of the economy series.   Even though is it the least expensive Von Duprin, it is still a very heavy duty panic device.  It is for all types of single and double doors with mullion, for door stiles as narrow as 3-13/16”.   All 22 Series exit devices are UL listed for Panic Hardware or Fire Hardware, and are certified to ANSI A156.3, Grade 1.  The Von Duprin 22 ships with the 299 standard strike, dog key, and all of the needed mounting fasteners.  Even though it is the least expensive, they offer all the replacement parts, just like there other models.  We stock all of the replacement parts Von Duprin has to offer on the 22 and 2227 series.

Cal Royal 2000 Alarmed Exit Device
Alarm units has an internal horn. When the push rail is depressed, the horn sounds to provide an audible means of signaling that the door has been opened and violated. The unit has changeable 2 minute alarm cutoff or manual reset. Preset at factory for 2 minute alarm cut off. Jumper cable is provided to swich to continuous alarm. The key switch to turn the alarm off is a standard 1” cylinder with “C” keyway. The alarm operates on one standard 9 volt transistor battery. When battery is weak the horn will emit an intermittent signal. Alarmed units are supplied with two switches. One switch monitors the push rail and the other switch monitors the latch bolt for full proof security.

Unit includes “EMERGENCY EXIT ONLY. ALARM WILL SOUND” decal for application on door or unit.

The Jackson Door Closer Center Hung Arm 20-2085 is for double acting center hung doors for use with the 20-330 concealed closer.  The arm measures 9-1/2" long by 1-3/8" wide by 19/32" thick.

The Falcon SC71 Door Closer used to go by the Doromatic SC71. This is a higher quality door closer at a more affordable price. This closer offers adjustable closing, latching and back check speeds, along with adjustable spring tension. It has the ability to be mounted on the push, pull or top jamb and is non handed. This closer is considered a Grade 1 closer, which is the highest grade you can get. The hole spacing is 2-3/8” x 6-3/4”, which is the same hole spacing as the Norton 7500 and Yale 4400 door closers. The LCN Door Closer Cover is the standard plastic cover that ships with LCN Door Closers.   Specify your current closers model number when ordering. Not all of the LCN closers have the same shape cover on the door closer cylinder.  The part number is the Series Number followed by -72.   So, the part number would be 1460-72, 4010-72, 4020-742, 4030-72, 4040-72 and 4110-72.   We have access to all the covers, if yours is not here call us and we will quote you a price.

The Door Sweep 1" Long Rubber has an over height of 1-7/8", with 1" of it being the gray rubber seal.  The mounting rail is constructed of extruded aluminum and is available in aluminum or dark brown finishes.  This sweep ships with screws.

The SEM-7800-825 Armature for LCN Electro Magnetic Door Holder is the door mounted piece for th LCN SEM7820-825 / SEM7830-825 / SEM7840-825 / SEM7870-825 series.  It features a metal die cast construction armature. The armature (door mount part) is 1-11/16" wide by 2-3/8" high with a 1-7/8" diameter. The armature projects out 1-5/8". The Dorma Rim Device Strike 463 is used on the 8300, 8300F, 9300 and 9300F exit devices. Mounting screws included.

The Von Duprin 990K Trim is known as a Knob Trim.  This plate mounts on the exterior of the door, and the welded on mounting studs line up with the 99 device on the interior of the building.  If you have a different manufacture or a different Von Duprin series on the interior, it will not line up.  On the back of this plate we usually find the number 990 stamped on it.  The key locks and unlocks the knob.  The plate shown here is for the Rim and Surface Vertical Rod 99 and 98 devices.  If you have a Mortise or Concealed Vertical Rod, call us and we will order that model.  The plate measures 3" wide by 14-3/16" tall.   Order here for the 990K-R&V.
