The Von Duprin 22 Mechanism Metal End Cap 900397 is new for 2016.  This new kit replaces the 900397 with a metal end cap, which is has always been a weak link of the 22 series.  The package includes the End Cap, Bracket and the Mounting Screws.  This cap and bracket will work on all of the 22 and 2227 series.

The SEM7840 LCN Electro Magnetic Door Holder features a metal die cast housing that is surface wall mounted. Tri-voltage design works with 12, 24 or 120 volts, with 35 lbs. of holding force. The magnet housing measures 2-13/16" wide by 4-5/8" high. The armature (door mount part) is 1-11/16" wide by 2-3/8" high with a 1-7/8" diameter. The armature projects out 1-5/8". The total projection of both pieces is 2-5/8". The Von Duprin 050709 Dogging Assembly is used to update the Von Duprin 22, 33, 35, 98 and 99 device shipped before 1997.  The dogging key on this assembly is 5/32", and you would want to use the longer version of our 88R60 dog key.

The size is the size of the exit device.  The 98/99 device 36" would be 33" wide device and the 48" would be for the 45" device.  The 33A/35A the 36" would be for the 35-3/8" wide device and the 48" would be for the 47-3/8" wide device.

The Von Duprin 88 Wedge Ring 090020 is also used on the Von Duprin 55's.  The Wedge Tite Screw applies pressure on the Wedge which expands the Tube Attaching Ring to grip the Cross Bar. Measures 5/8" on the flat edge.

The Von Duprin Panic Device Keyed Mullion Retrofit Kit KR54 is used to convert the 1654 and 4954.  Keyed Removable Steel Mullions makes removal faster and easier by a single operation of the mortise cylinder. Once mullion is removed, large equipment or furniture can freely pass through the opening. The unit will self lock when re-installed, without use of the cylinder key. Uses a 1-1/4´´mortise cylinder with a straight cam (Schlage cam reference B502-191). Cylinders are sold separately.

The Von Duprin Strike 299F is used on the 22, 88, 98, and 99 Fire Rated Rim Devices (no hex or cylinder dogging). The 299F strike measures 1-1/4" wide by 2-7/8" high with a slotted hole spacing of 2-1/8". The roller projects out 13/16". The Von Duprin 100316 is used on the 5547 on the top of the door.   The top rod goes through the square hole on the plate.  The plate shown in the Picture has both sides or LHR and RHR doors.  One side of the strike is usually broken off depending on the hand of the door.

This Von Duprin 386NL Night Latch Trim is just a pull handle. The bolt pattern of the trim plate lines up with the Von Duprin 33A on the inside so they are on cohesive unit. The base plate measures 7-15/16" by 1-5/8". The grip measures 8-1/2" by 4-5/16" with a 2-7/16" projection. This 386NL Night Latch Trim is handed. Uses a standard Rim Cylinder.

The Von Duprin 55 Arm Brushing 050333 takes up the slack between the lever arms and the housing.  It measures 13/16" outside diameter by 5/16" high.

The Von Duprin 9927 Bottom Vertical Rod 110574 is the replacement rod for broken or bent vertical rods.  All of the 9927 bottom rods are the same length, this is set by Federal Building Codes, so the center line of the Panic Hardware is a certain height from the finished floor. The length of the rod is 31-1/4" long, less the fittings.  The old part number on this was 110574, and the newer one is 050514.
