Ives FB458 Metal Door Flush Bolt

The Ives FB458 is a UL Listed Flush Bolt for use on Fire Doors. The face plate measures 1" wide by 6-3/4" long with a depth of 1-1/8". Hole spacing is 1/2 inch by 6-1/4 inches on centers. The bolt has a 3/4" throw and is 1/2" diameter. This Flush Bolt is available in Polished Brass, Oil Rubbed Bronze (dark brown) and Brushed Chrome. The LCN Door Closer Regular Arm 3077 ships with 95 percent of there door closers.   This is the standard regular.   Specify your current closers model number when ordering. Not all of the LCN closers have the same shape spindle on the door closer cylinder. Automatic Floor Type Holder and Stop

A replacement holder and stop that has been around for many years.   This style of Holder can be found in many of the schools, churches and hospitals that were built in the 1960's and 1970's.  Cast brass construction, and then chrome plated. Measures 3-11/16" high by 3" wide with a 1-15/16" projection. The strike is 1-3/16" high. Spring loaded brass roller, rolls over the the strike to lock the door in the open position. To release, just give the door a tug.  Designed for doors with a door to floor clearance of less than a 1/2".

The Von Duprin Strike 385A is used on the floor for the Von Duprin 2227, 8827, 9827 and 9927 Surface Vertical Rods. Von Duprin recommends this strike if you are mounting the bottom strike in wood.  The strike face plate outside dimensions are 2-1/4" x 2-1/4" with an inside dimension of 1-1/8" by 1". This floor strike features a bolt that can be cemented into the floor.  This is an optional strike when added security is needed.  Zinc plated finish.

Dor-o-Matic 1390 Dogging Assembly. If you have a 1390 and the dogging is stripped, this is the part you need. The Von Duprin Panic Device 210DT Trim is part of there economy series trims.  This trim is just a pull, but will line up with the chassis mounting holes of the 22 and 2227 devices.  The plate measures 5-3/8" x 4-25/32" x 3/32", with a projection of 1-31/32".

The Dorma 8835 Top Arm for RTS88 is for use on Double or Single Acting doors that have a 1" top rail.  This arm is used on aluminum framed glass storefront doors. The arm is 10-7/8" long and 1-3/8" wide.  The spindle lug 1" thick.  This is the standard arm on the RST07 and RST10 packages.

Wood Door Automatic Flush Bolt FB41

H.B. Ives FB41 Series are sold has Top, Bottom or in Pairs (top and bottom). Fully automatic, inactive door is latched when active door closes, bolts retract when active door is opened. Top Bolt has no spring tension. They are non handed, but the top and bottom bolts are different. The body size is 1" wide, 8-1/2" tall and 2" deep, the bolts have a 3/4" throw with a 7/8" vertical adjustment.

The Von Duprin 8827-F Top Latch Kit 050462 is the Top Latch Kit for the Von Duprin 8827-F. The 8827-F is the Fire Rated Surface Vertical Rod device usually used on interior doors to contain a fire. The Fire Rated version would not have dog screws to lock the device in the retracted postion.

5" Kickdown Door Holder FS452

The H.B. Ives FS452 is another classic kick down door stop.  It features a simple hold and release, activated with a touch of the foot, and is constructed of cast bronze or brass depending on the finish you are ordering.  A simple stainless steel spring clip holds the stop in the up position.  The non-marring rubber shoe is replaceable, and they have a corrugated bottom to prevent sliding on the floor and a secure grip.  This stop is shipped with matching finish sheet metal screws.   The 5" model is for door to floor clearances of 3" or less.  The hole spacing is 19/32" by 1-47/64".

The Clear Plastic Corner Guards 312 are a good way to protect corners from hand carts and dollies.  If the area has a lot of traffic, like a warehouse, I would recommend the 310 or 311 which are made of metal. The are 2" by 2" and are usually 48" long, but we can do custom sizes.  They are constructed of .120" thick clear polycarbonate plastic.  Screws are included for mounting.

The Jackson 1095P Paddle Panic Hardware is an alternative to the cross bar or push pad style panic hardware.  The device is the same as the Jackson 1095, but with a paddle instead of the cross bar.   This device is for use on aluminum or steel doors only.   The device is mounted on surface studs that are tapped into the door.  On a wood door they will pull out.

The LCN Sentronic Door Closer 4040SE-168 Slider used to be just the slider, the metal part.   In October of 2015 they changed the part so the roller is now included and they are held together by a snap ring or E-clip.

The slider is not longer sold separately, it is sold with the roller.  You have to take the Assembly apart to get just the slider.
