The Offset 60 degree Door Pull is available in 8, 10 and 12 inch centers. The handle is constructed of 1 inch solid material, with the base metal determined by the finish (color). It features 1-1/8 clearance, 2-1/8 projection and has a 2 inch offset. The fasteners are 5/16-18 thru bolts with a finish washer. Please specify the door thickness when ordering.

The Door Pull Offset 3/4" Diameter #29 is constructed of either solid, Aluminum, Brass or Stainless Steel. The handle 3/4" diameter tubing with a 2-1/2" projection and 2-1/2" offset.  We find these on narrow stile aluminum framed glass storefront doors.  It comes standard with thru bolts and finish washers, but can be special ordered if you would like the handle mounted back to back or surface mounted. Also known as a Door Handle or Door Grip.

Anodized Aluminum Door Kick Plates are the most cost effective, least expensive. The aluminum plates are 16 gauge, or .050″ thick and have a brushed or satin finish. They have an anodized finish to resist corrosion and we find these in many commercial buildings through out the United States.

Our plates come standard with screw mounting. The manufacture sends #6 x 5/8″ Oval Phillips Undercut Stainless Steel screws. The number of holes on the screw mounted plates is determined by an industry wide standardize template. A height between 6-10″ will have 10 holes for plates up to 33″ and 12 holes for plates between 33 and 40″.   You can order these plates with tape mounting, but on larger plates, it is not recommended, the plates are too heavy and they most likely will not stick. The Anodized Black Aluminum Door Kick Plate 315AN are a flat black and match the black color we find on Storefront doors.  These plates have an aluminum base metal, which is 18 gauge (.040") thick that is then Anodized in the Black Color.  These plates relatively inexpensive.  Custom sizes are available, they run about $0.25 per square inch.

You can order these plates with tape mounting, but on larger plates and especially plates with a stainless steel base metal, it is not recommended.  Stainless Steel plates are too heavy and they most likely will not stick.  We can also ship them with no holes, if you want to drill your own holes.  This is fine on the Brass and Aluminum base metals, but again Stainless Steel is very hard and a drill press would be recommended.   You can glue them on, I would recommend liquid nails, and come C Clamps with the door on saw horses.

The Diamond Plate Aluminum Door Kick Plate are solid aluminum.   They are 1/8" thick and have a gloss or polished finish.  These plates have the Diamond pattern, and the diamonds are 1-1/8" long.  Custom sizes are available, they run about $0.39 per square inch.  The lead time on these plates is about 7-10 days.

The Gold Aluminum Door Kick Plate are constructed of .040" thick aluminum base material that is then anodized to a polished brass finish. These plates are a great alternative to the Solid Polished Brass and Lifetime Brass kick plates. The Polished Stainless Steel Door Kick Plate is 16 gauge, or .050″ thick. Stainless steel offers one of the best material for commercial applications. They are very hard, and do not dent easily. The also offer the best corrosion resistances out there.  We often have people looking for Brushed Chrome or Polished Chrome, but the appearance of the two finishes next to each other is very difficult to tell which is which. Also a brushed chrome or polished chrome kick plate would be a brass plate which is then chrome plated and brushed or polished depending on the plate. Brass is a soft metal that dents easily, and also does not offer the corrosion resistance that stainless steel does. Since stainless steel is stable in any environment, they do not have to clear coat the plate.

The Brushed Stainless Steel Door Kick Plate 18 Gauge .037 is the lightest duty stainless steel plate we offer .  Stainless steel offers one of the best material for commercial applications. They are very hard, and do not dent easily. The also offer the best corrosion resistances out there.  This plate is ideal as a replacement for Brushed Chrome kick plates. Brushed Chrome Kick Plates are usually a bronze plate that is chrome plated. The problem with bronze is it is a soft metal and dents easily. The stainless steel plates are a lot harder and more resistant to dents. Brushed chrome looks identical to brushed stainless steel.  We only use type 304 stainless.

The Lifetime Polished Brass Door Kick Plate has a 16 gauge (.050″ thick) base metal, that is then plated with a artificial brass finish that is then polished. The process is called Poly Vapor Deposition or PVD, which is why we hear the name Lifetime Polished Brass Kick Plate PVD. Because the finish is an artificial brass, it does not have to be clear coated, so it will never tarnish. The Lifetime Polished Brass finish cost the same as the Solid Brass Polished Kick Plates.

The Clear Plastic Door Kick Plates are constructed of .125" thick acrylic.  We recommend screw mounting on these  plate, because you can see right through them, and would be able to see the Tape Mount or Glue.  We have the more common sizes listed, but If you need a custom size they run about $0.22 per square inch.

Our Dark Bronze Oil Rubbed Bronze Door Kick Plates (US10B) are a baked on powder coat on brass base metal. We switched to this finish 5 years ago due to color variations in the US10B Oil Rubbed Bronze finishes. The US version was much lighter than the Asian version, which is where most the door hardware is made these days. The cost of Oil Rubbing was going through the roof and many platers were having issue with the environmental impact and EPA regulations in the United States. Our Oil Rubbed Kick Plates are 16 gauge (.050″) thick.

Lifetime Satin Nickel PVD Door Kick Plate

The Satin Nickel is a popular finish we have been seeing the last 15 years. These plates are 16 gauge or .050″ thick.

The Brushed Bronze Door Kick Plates are solid bronze plates that are finished in a Satin or Brushed finish and then clear coated.  The Bronze Kick Plates are similar to the Brass Kick Plates, but they have more of an orange hue, were as the brass plates have a yellow hue.  This was a very popular finish in the 1950's, 60's and early 70's.  Custom sizes are available starting around $0.49 per square inch depending quantity.  Kick Plates come pre drilled with screws.  Please allow 2 week shipping time.

The Stainless Steel Engraved Push Plate is newer to our product line, but has been a very good seller.  This plate is constructed of 16 gauge (.050") thick stainless steel, and comes in two different sizes, the 3-1/2" x 15", and the 4" x 16".  The black engraved "PUSH" is 3/4" tall.  We can only get this is stainless steel at this time, and the mounting screws are included.

The Door Push Plate 50 is the most common push plate we find out in industry today.  It does not matter what type of commercial building you go into, you will find this style and thickness plate.  The are offered in standard sizes, that are shown below, and can be made to custom sizes.  The plates are 16 gauge metal (.050 thick) and are shipped with 4 beveled edges.   The matching finiish screws are shipped with each plate.

The Door Push Plate 58 is the only plate we have that is a forged plate.  The forging process involves heat and pressure or pounding.  The result is a very heavy and durable metal.  This plate measures 3-1/2" wide by 15" tall, with a thickness of 7/32".  This is one of the thickest plate we offer, and is the most sturdy.

The Door Push Plate 59 has the classic half round design.  The plate measure 7-1/2" wide and 15" tall, and is constructed of 16 gauge metal, which is .050" thick.  This plate is similar to the GPH60 (Push Plate 59), but is a 1/2" more narrow and 1" shorter.  This plate ships with the matching finish screws.
