Full Mortise Two Bearing Shim Hinge

Putting cardboard or wood shims on fire doors is prohibited, so they have come up with a solution where one of the leaves are drilled tapped and a set screw is inserted. These hinges are only available in 4.5 x 4.5 sizes in brushed chrome finish. They are sold in boxes of three hinges and come with wood and machine screws. The base metal is steel.
