Dor-O-Matic

The Dor-o-Matic 1990/2090 Cross Bar CBAR is used on the 990, 1090, 1990 and 2090 Dor-o-Matic and Falcon panic hardware.  The bar is 41" and 48" long and is easily cut in the field with a chop or hack saw.  The bar is constructed of extruded aluminum and then anodized to the correct finish.  The slot where the screw threads in is not threaded, but the screws, sold separately, are thread forming screws. The 41" bars are in stock, the 48" bars have a 3 week lead time

The Dark Bronze Cross Bars are a very dark bronze and will be closer to black.

For use on the Doromatic 1790 exit devices only. It will not work on the other Doromatic exit devices.  This Lever Trim is now reversible.   To change the hand all you have to do is remove the shear pin, rotate the handle and reinsert the shear pin.

Doromatic Door Closer Hold Open Arm Only

Doromatic Door Closer Hold Open Arm. Includes everything is the image. Can be used to convert you regular non hold arm to a Hold Open Door Closer. Arm holds the door open when door is rotated open. The hold open postion is adjustable. This is the hold open arm for the SC61 Hw/PA, SC71 Hw/PA, and the SC81 Hw/PA.

The Doromatic 1790 rim device is typically used in applications where maintenance is a concern because the rim device has fewer parts and pieces than current exit devices. The result is less maintenance and adjustment. The streamlined design has no openings for chains, reducing the risk for code infringements and offering increased building security by eliminating the possibility of tampering and forced entry through the use of coat hangers and other tools. The Doromatic 1790 may also be used to retrofit a Doromatic 2090 series crossbar device.

Shipped with all screws and strikes. If you wish to use a key cylinder on the exterior, you will need the 1790 NL/HB Cylinder Assembly, 179CA.

The design of the Doromatic 1690 is ideal for demanding, high-traffic applications. The vertical rods and latch mechanisms are concealed in the vertical door stile, ensuring trouble-free operation. Cast metal cover plates and end caps hold up to rigorous use. A quick, singlepoint dogging feature in the housing deactivates the device, permitting unrestricted traffic flow. The Doromatic 1690 may also be used to retrofit a Doromatic 1990 Series crossbar device.

The Dor-O-Matic 2090 Panic Device has been around since the early 1970's.   Even though it is now called the Falcon 2090 Panic Hardware, it is the same exact device.  The 2090 provides balanced appearance, dependable performance and economical pricing, making it a popular choice where rim exit devices are required.  The package includes both housings, 41" crossbar (that can be cut in the field), mounting screws and strike.

The Falcon SC71 Door Closer used to go by the Doromatic SC71. This is a higher quality door closer at a more affordable price. This closer offers adjustable closing, latching and back check speeds, along with adjustable spring tension. It has the ability to be mounted on the push, pull or top jamb and is non handed. This closer is considered a Grade 1 closer, which is the highest grade you can get. The hole spacing is 2-3/8” x 6-3/4”, which is the same hole spacing as the Norton 7500 and Yale 4400 door closers. The Dor-O-Matic 2390 231CA Cylinder Kit converts your 2390 exit only to a Night Latch or Hold Back function key lock.  All the hardware is included in the package to convert your device, except for the Mortise Cylinder.  Housing measures 4-1/2" tall by 1-11/16" wide with a 1-1/8" projection.  We send the 231CA which includes the Schlage B502-191 Cam.   The 239CA is the same kit, but without the Schlage Cam.

The Falcon Dor-o-Matic 3049DS Dead Stop Hold Open Arm is used on their SC60, SC70 and SC80 Door closers only. This arm is non-hnaded, stamped, heavy duty, hold-opn parallel arm includes a positive mechanical stop and non-adjustable forearm assembly for high volume traffic and harsh conditions.
