Jackson 2085 Panic Device

Certified ANSI 156.3 Grade 1. Made of extruded aluminum, with stainless steel and hardened steel mechanical components.  This device is for 36" doors.

Von Duprin 9875/9975 mortise lock device for all types of single or double doors, UL listed for Panic Exit Hardware. Devices are ANSI A156.3 – 2001 Grade 1. Fits stock hollow metal doors with 86 cutout and door stiles as narrow as 4-3/4" (121mm). The Von Duprin 9875 device has a smooth mechanism case and the Von Duprin 9975 device has a grooved case. The Von Duprin 99 Rim Panic device has been around since the late 1970's and has gone through a couple of improvements.  One of the great things about the 99 is the availability of replacement parts.  Even when the device is upgraded, the upgraded parts will work with the older versions that can be close to 40 years old.  This device is for all types of single and double doors with mullions.  The device is UL Listed for Panic Exit Hardware and is considered Grade 1, the heaviest duty rating possible.  The Von Duprin 98 device has a smooth mechanism case and the Von Duprin 99 device has a grooved case. The rim device is non-handed, meaning it will work on Left and Right hand doors.   Ships with all the mounting screws and the 299 Strike.

 

Yale 2000 Lever Trim

The Adams Rite EX88 Interlocking Rim Exit Device is designed for heavy duty use on narrow stile aluminium door applications. The EX88 has a unique latch bolt design that interlocks with the frame of the door. This device is non handed, requires a minimum stile width of 2" and will work on aluminum, hollow metal or wood doors.The device is constructed of extruded aluminum with matching metal angled end caps. The Von Duprin 990DT Trim is known as a Dummy Trim.  This plate mounts on the exterior of the door, and the welded on mounting studs line up with the 99 device on the interior of the building.  If you have a different manufacture or a different Von Duprin series on the interior, it will not line up.  On the back of this plate we usually find the number 990 stamped on it.  The plate shown here is for the Rim and Surface Vertical Rod 99 and 98 devices.  If you have a Mortise or Concealed Vertical Rod, call us and we will order that model.  The plate measures 3" wide by 14-3/16" tall.  Order here for the 990DT-R&V.

The Von Duprin Panic Device 996L Lever Trim has an escutcheon plate that measures 2-3/4" wide by 10-3/4" high and projects out 27/32". The handle projection is 2-7/8". The key cylinder, not included, locks and unlocks the lever.  This lever handle is handed, but is field reversible. Key lock and unlocks lever.  We ship the 996L-R&V

The Falcon/Monarch 25 Series Lever Trim 510L is used on the 25 Series Devices.  The Escutcheon measures 2-3/4" x 9-3/4.  The Lever is field reversible.

The Falcon Doromatic 2390 231CA Cylinder Kit converts your 2390 exit only to a Night Latch or Hold Back function key lock.  All the hardware is included in the package to convert your device, except for the Mortise Cylinder.  Housing measures 4-1/2" tall by 1-11/16" wide with a 1-1/8" projection.  We send the 231CA which includes the Schlage B502-191 Cam.   The 239CA is the same kit, but without the Schlage Cam.

Dor-O-Matic 1690/1790/2390 Dogging Assembly PBX-16

Falcon Doromatic 1690, 1790, and 2390 replacement dogging assy. The dogging assembly is used to dog the door in the open position, so people can enter the building without having to unlatch the door for the inside or with a key on the outside.  The KIT.1197 comes complete with mounting screws.   Some of the earlier version where riveted into the rail, so you might need to drill out the rivets, the screws shipped with KIT.1197 have self tapping thread forming screws.

The Sargent 20/30/60/80 Dogging Kit 68-2596 is used on the Sargent 20, Sargent 30, Sargent 60, and Sargent 80 Series Panic Hardware. This dogging assembly kit has been around since the 1980's.  We only sell the dogging assembly parts as a complete set.

Sargent 60/80 Push Bar Pins-Long Pin

Also known as the channel axle or pin. This is the pin you see on the exit device channel, the wider of the two pins.

Sargent part # 01-0098

The Sargent Lever Return Spring 97-0425 is usually a green color, however we have seen them in blue and red.  The red spring has the same dimensions as the green, but the loop on the coil side of the spring was closed.  Sargent is using this spring as a replacement for all of those springs.  If you have a Sargent Panic Hardware, and the lever is sagging, or just hanging, this is most likely the problem.  The spring measures 2-1/8" long  by roughly 3/8" diameter.

The Sargent 20/30/60/80 Connecting Arm Spring is the spring that pushes the touch pad back out after you push it in.   It is used on the 20, 30, 60 and 80 Series Panic Hardware.

The Jackson Panic Device Top Bolt Guide Assembly is used on the 1085, 1285, and 2086 hardware.  The piece works by sliding over the top rod when the device is opened. This keeps the rods retracted until the Plunger hits the Trip Assembly when it is closing.  Upon hitting the Trip Assy, the plate slides over and the rods retract.  It measures 1-1/2” deep x 1-1/16” wide x  15/16” tall, with a hole spacing of 3/4" on the mounting screws.   Assembly includes the mounting screws.  The Jackson Part number is 30-934.

The Jackson Panic Device 1085, 1285, and 2086 Bottom Bolt Guide Assembly is the piece that fits in the bottom of the door.  It is there to take up slack in rod, so the door can not be shaken open.  Jackson part number 30-320.

The Jackson Panic Device 1085 And 1095 Dogging Pin is the piece that keeps the hardware in the open position during business hours.  It is activated by pressing the crossbar and then turning the flat head screw driver head.  The pin is held in the housings with a screw, which is located on the back of the housing.  This pin has been used since about 1988 or so, the old style are no longer made, but they had a roll pin that was used to hold it in place.  This package comes with a new spring, set screw and the pin.  The Jackson part number on this is 30-1115.

The Jackson Panic Device 1085 Body Package includes 4 mounting studs, 3 housing set screws, 2 lever arm springs, 2 lever arm pins, and an actuator link.  Jackson part # 30-1409

The Jackson Panic Device Mounting Stud is for use on the 1085 and 1095 panic hardware. Each door would have 2 on the left and 2 on the right, so a total of 4 studs per door. The housings fit over these studs and are held in place by an 1/8" set screw, there are two of these set screws at the top and one on the bottom. The threaded part has a 1/4-20 thread.

Cal Royal 2000 Alarmed Exit Device
Alarm units has an internal horn. When the push rail is depressed, the horn sounds to provide an audible means of signaling that the door has been opened and violated. The unit has changeable 2 minute alarm cutoff or manual reset. Preset at factory for 2 minute alarm cut off. Jumper cable is provided to swich to continuous alarm. The key switch to turn the alarm off is a standard 1” cylinder with “C” keyway. The alarm operates on one standard 9 volt transistor battery. When battery is weak the horn will emit an intermittent signal. Alarmed units are supplied with two switches. One switch monitors the push rail and the other switch monitors the latch bolt for full proof security.

Unit includes “EMERGENCY EXIT ONLY. ALARM WILL SOUND” decal for application on door or unit.

Sargent Exit Device 80 Series Plastic End Cap

This part is the weak link in this exit device. When the end cap falls off the Dogging Cover Plate falls out also! The end cap is 1-1/8" wide by 2-7/16" tall and projects out 1-7/8".

Yale 7000 Exit Device Thumb Piece Trim

The Jackson Panic Device Crossbar is for use on the 1085 and 1095 hardware.  The bar is 45" long and can be cut in the field with a chop saw or hack saw.  There is a groove the entire length of the bar for added and strength and for the thread forming screws to thread into.  The Jackson part number is 30-733-PKG, and it ships with the cross bar screws.
