The LCN Door Closer Cush-n-Stop Arm 3077CNS is a Non-handed parallel arm that features solid forged steel main arm and forearm with stop in soffit shoe.  Specify your current closers model number when ordering. The LCN Door Closer Hold Open Arm 3049 has an adjustable nut that allows the door closer arm to lock when they reach a pre select position.  This arm can be used on most LCN Door Closers because the Hold Open function is in the arm.   If you have a regular armed LCN Closer currently, you can use this arm to make them have the Hold Open function.  Two words of warning, they can not be used on an interior fire rated door, and Hold Open arms usually break.   The manufactures sell more door closers with regular arms, but we tend to sell more Hold Open arms, meaning they wear out or break a lot easier then Regular Arms.
