The LCN Concealed Door Closer 3031 is mortised into the top of the door.  Standard 3030 series closer shipped with regular arm and wood and machine screw pack. Sized cylinders for interior doors to 4’0”.  Handed for right or left swinging doors.  Closers to meet ADA requirements.

The Jackson 1095 30-1247 / 30-1248 Lever Arm.  Replacement Lever Arm for the Jackson 1095 Active Housings.   This arm will only work on the 1095 Active Case!  The difference between this arm and the 1085 arm is the Pin in in the top of the arm.   The pin fits into the triangular linkage clip, which actuates the latch bolt.  Handing is determined by standing inside and looking out, if the arm in on the right hand side of the door, it is a right hand lever that you would order.

The Von Duprin 55 End Case is the housing on the hinge side of the door.   The function of this housing is to lift the cross bar, and support the function of the Active Case.  If your housing is on the right side when standing inside looking out, then you would order the Right Hand Case.  The package includes the housing, springs and back plate, the arm is not included.  The current part number on this part is 050196 and 050197, the old part number is 111931 and 111932.

The concealed LCN Door Closer 2031 -2035 Pacer® is a heavy duty closer designed to fit in a narrow, minimum 1 3/4” aluminum transom.  It is considered an application specific closer, due to the cylinder spring sizing and handing.  The standard 2030 series closer shipped with standard arm, standard track, mounting/finish plate, and wood and machine screw pack.  Aluminum frame requires minimum 1 3/4”  x 4”  tube.

The LCN Door Closer 4111 is known as the Smoothee, and is one of the heaviest duty door closers made. If you have a building were you have a high traffic and abusive, especially exterior doors, then this is the closer. The 4111 is an application specific closer, meaning it will only work when mounted on the door, on the push side. This is known as a parallel arm application. Standard 4110 series closer shipped with HOLD OPEN CUSH N STOP arm, standard plastic cover, 4110-201 FIFTH SCREW SPACER and self reaming and tapping screws. Sized cylinders adjustable for interior doors to 5’0” and exterior doors to 4’0”. Non-sized cylinder adjustable for interior doors to 4’6” and exterior doors to 3’6”. Closer mounts parallel arm, specify right or left swinging door. 4111 cylinder meets ADA requirements. The cush hold open arm allows for a stop and hold open positions up to 110 degrees. "T" handle on arm will release door for closing, locking pin can be retracted for normal door closing operation.

The ALREX hinge is a full function hydraulic door closer hinge. It contains all the features of a door closer, closing and latching speed control, power adjustment, and optional hold open feature. The LCN Door Closer 4021 is also known as the Smoothee.  The 4021 ships with regular arm, standard plastic cover, and self reaming and tapping screws.  The 4021 is considered an application specific closer.  Meaning you have to specify left and right swing door, and can only be mounted top jamb.  A top jamb mount is when the closer is mounted on the top rail of the door frame and the arms hangs down and attaches to the door.  Top Jamb door closers are also mounted on the pull side of the door.  The Non sized cylinder will work on just about any size interior or exterior door and meets ADA requirements.  We ship the 4021 REG.

The LCN Door Closer 4011 is known as the Smoothee.  The door closer ships with regular arm, standard plastic cover, and self reaming and tapping screws.  This is considered an application specific closer, meaning you have to specify left and right swing door, and it can only be mounted as a regular armed closer.  A regular armed closer is a closer that is mounted on the pull side of the door.  The non sized clinder will work on doors from 30" to 60" interior doors, or 26" to 48" exterior doors, and can be adjusted to meet ADA specifications.  This door closer is ideal for areas of high traffic and abuse, like schools or any other areas of extreme use.  We ship the 4011 REG.
