The Push Bar With Offset Grip M422XM39 is usually found aluminum framed glass store front doors.  It is constructed of 1-1/4" diameter solid aluminum, brass, bronze or stainless steel, depending on the finish.  The handle or grip will have either a 12" or 18" center to center screw spacing.  The push bar center to center length is determined by you, we can do any reasonable size.  Establish the center to center dimension by subtracting the width of one stile from the width of the door. On solid doors, subtract 5" from the width of the door.  All the fasteners are included, and are determined by the material your door is made of (wood or metal).   Please allow 3-4 weeks on the Dark Bronze and Aluminum, and 2 weeks on the other finishes.

Finishes

The Clear Plastic Corner Guards 312 are a good way to protect corners from hand carts and dollies.  If the area has a lot of traffic, like a warehouse, I would recommend the 310 or 311 which are made of metal. The are 2" by 2" and are usually 48" long, but we can do custom sizes.  They are constructed of .120" thick clear polycarbonate plastic.  Screws are included for mounting.

The Burns 617 Non-Locking Pocket Door Pull Set is 2-3/4 inches tall by 2-1/2 inches deep. The mortise dimensions are 2-5/16 inches tall by 1-7/8 inch deep. Base metal is Brass or Aluminum depending on the finish.

Back to Back mounted handles constructed of 3/4 inch round stock.  One handle will be threaded and the other will have a stud mounting that is secured by a set screw. With the Handicap Door Pull 119 you are able to get a closed fist behind the pull, which makes it a great ADA Door Pull. Also known as the Double Arm Pull it is constructed of aluminum, brass or stainless steel stock.   It measures 8-1/2" overall length and has 5-1/4" centers on the mounting screws.  The flat bar stock is 3/8" x 1", and the round mounting post is 3/4" diameter.  Shipped with screws and finish washers. Also known as a Handicap Grip, ADA Door Pull or Handle.

The Diamond Plate Aluminum Door Kick Plate are solid aluminum.   They are 1/8" thick and have a gloss or polished finish.  These plates have the Diamond pattern, and the diamonds are 1-1/8" long.  Custom sizes are available, they run about $0.39 per square inch.  The lead time on these plates is about 7-10 days.

The Door Pull Plate 5810 is 7/32" thick forged plate made of solid aluminum, brass or stainless steel depending on the finish. The Door Pull GHE10, handles come with thru bolts and finish washers. The plate has counter sunk holes and sheet metal screws for mounting. 3-1/2 x 15 inch plate only.

Finishes

The Door Push Plate 58 is the only plate we have that is a forged plate.  The forging process involves heat and pressure or pounding.  The result is a very heavy and durable metal.  This plate measures 3-1/2" wide by 15" tall, with a thickness of 7/32".  This is one of the thickest plate we offer, and is the most sturdy.

Finishes

The Door Pull Handle 24 features a 6" center to center screw spacing. The handle is constructed of aluminum, stainless steel or brass depending on the desired finish.  The handle is 1" solid diameter stock and the mounting posts are 3/4" diameter stock.  It measures 8" overall length and projects from the door 2".  It ships with thru bolts and finish washers. Also known as a Door Handle or Door Grip.

The Door Push Plate 89 is drop forged plate that is .125" thick, and is made of Aluminum, Stainless Steel, Bronze or Brass, depending on the finish.  The plate measures 3-1/2" wide by 15-3/4" long with a 1" projection.  This plate is considered a combination push pull plate.    Package ships with matching mounting screws.

Finishes

The Door Pull Offset #39 Handle is constructed of either solid aluminum, brass or stainless steel. The handle is 1" diameter tubing with a 2-3/4" offset and 2-3/4" projection. This is the most common type of handle you use today.  Just about every aluminum framed storefront door has a version of this handle. This handle is available in 8", 10", 12" and 18" centers on the mounting holes. The back to back mounting is for Metal or Wood Doors that are 1-3/4 thick. Included fastener is threaded into one of the handles, and the Stud End has fits into the inside handle and is held in place by a set screw on the handle.

Package includes two offset pull handles and fastening hardware. Shown in Polished Stainless Steel with 12 inch centers.

The Door Pull Plate 5026 is a solid .050" wought plate of solid aluminum, brass or stainless steel depending on the finish. The Door Pull GHE26 has 8" centers and is constructed of solid aluminum, brass or stainless steel, and is 1" in diameter, handles come with thru bolts. The plate come predrilled with counter sunk holes and sheet metal screws in matching finiish.

Finishes

Anodized Aluminum Door Kick Plates are the most cost effective, least expensive. The aluminum plates are 16 gauge, or .050″ thick and have a brushed or satin finish. They have an anodized finish to resist corrosion and we find these in many commercial buildings through out the United States.

Our plates come standard with screw mounting. The manufacture sends #6 x 5/8″ Oval Phillips Undercut Stainless Steel screws. The number of holes on the screw mounted plates is determined by an industry wide standardize template. A height between 6-10″ will have 10 holes for plates up to 33″ and 12 holes for plates between 33 and 40″.   You can order these plates with tape mounting, but on larger plates, it is not recommended, the plates are too heavy and they most likely will not stick. We can also ship them with no holes, if you want to drill your own holes. You can glue them on, I would recommend liquid nails, and come C Clamps with the door on saw horses.

The Offset 60 degree Door Pull is available in 8, 10 and 12 inch centers. The handle is constructed of 1 inch solid material, with the base metal determined by the finish (color). It features 1-1/8 clearance, 2-1/8 projection and has a 2 inch offset. The fasteners are 5/16-18 thru bolts with a finish washer. Please specify the door thickness when ordering.

The process is called Poly Vapor Deposition or PVD, which is why we hear the name Lifetime Polished Brass Kick Plate PVD. Because the finish is an artificial brass, it does not have to be clear coated, so it will never tarnish. The Lifetime Polished Brass finish cost the same as the Solid Brass Polished Kick Plates.

The handle 3/4" diameter tubing with a 2-1/2" projection and 2-1/2" offset.  We find these on narrow stile aluminum framed glass storefront doors.  It comes standard with thru bolts and finish washers, but can be special ordered if you would like the handle mounted back to back or surface mounted. Also known as a Door Handle or Door Grip.

The Corner Guard 310 are a great way to protect corners in areas of high traffic and high abuse, such as warehouses and hospitals.  Fabricated from 16 gauge (.050") thick metal they measure 3-1/2" on both arms, and can come in any length.  Standard lengths are 36", 42" and 48", but we have the capability to modify to your specifications. They come standard with screw mounting, but other options are available.

Lifetime Satin Nickel PVD Door Kick Plate

The Satin Nickel is a popular finish we have been seeing the last 15 years. These plates are 16 gauge or .050″ thick.

The Brushed Stainless Steel Door Kick Plate 14 Gauge .062 is the heaviest duty plate we offer .  Stainless steel offers one of the best material for commercial applications. They are very hard, and do not dent easily. The also offer the best corrosion resistances out there.  We use only type 304 stainless.

 Stainless Steel Kick Plates can be mounted by screws, two way tape, and they can be glued to the door. Our plates come standard with screw mounting. The Plunger Type Door Holder / Stop 583 is constructed of solid cast brass, that is then plated to the desired finish.  It measures 5-3/8" by 2-1/4" base with a 1-1/4" projection.   The throw is 1-1/4".   These are sometimes called pop-up or push down stops.   This piece will ship with matching finish mounting screws.

The Door Pull Handle 10 has 5-1/2" center to center screw spacing. The base is 3/4" diameter, the overall lenght is 6-1/4". The projection is 2" and the clearance is 1-1/2". Also known as a Door Handle or Door Grip. This handle ships with thru bolts and finish washers.

The 459 Flush Door Pull measures 3-3/8 x 4-3/4 x 1/8 inch.  The opening size is 1-3/4 by 3-1/2 inches.  The mortised pocket would need to be 3-3/4 by 2-13/16 and 11/16 deep. The flush pull ships with mounting screws in the matching finish.

The Burns Manufacturing 455 Adjustable Push/Push units consists of 2 454 push bars and and 1 453 pull bar. They are adustable up to 36". The tubes are 1 inch round and the bases are 2 inch diameter by 2-1/2 inch projection. The base metal is brass.

The 460 ADA Flush Pull measures 5 inches by 5 inches  and is made of 1/8 inch material.  The opening size is 3-1/2 inches by 3 inches. The pull is fastened to the door with 10-24 by 5/8 inch security torx with barrel nuts.  The pull is designed for 1-3/4 thick doors, please specify if your door is thicker than 1-3/4 inches.  Available in Brushed and Polished Stainless Steel and also Powder Coated Flat Black and Dark Bronze.
