Automatic Floor Type Holder and Stop

A replacement holder and stop that has been around for many years.   This style of Holder can be found in many of the schools, churches and hospitals that were built in the 1960's and 1970's.  Cast brass construction, and then chrome plated. Measures 3-11/16" high by 3" wide with a 1-15/16" projection. The strike is 1-3/16" high. Spring loaded brass roller, rolls over the the strike to lock the door in the open position. To release, just give the door a tug.  Designed for doors with a door to floor clearance of less than a 1/2".

The 594 is constructed of solid brass. The latch bolt is 5/8 inch half round with a 9/16 inch throw.  The bolt ships with mounting screws and strike. The latch bolt has a chamfered end to draw the door in.

The Door Pull Offset 3/4" Diameter #29 is constructed of either solid, Aluminum, Brass or Stainless Steel. The handle 3/4" diameter tubing with a 2-1/2" projection and 2-1/2" offset.  We find these on narrow stile aluminum framed glass storefront doors.  It comes standard with thru bolts and finish washers, but can be special ordered if you would like the handle mounted back to back or surface mounted. This Barn Door Pull Set features back to back handles that are thru-bolt mounted for a hassle-free setup.  The Grip is 6 inches on centers and is constructed of 3/4 inch round stock, and projects out 2-3/8 inch. The 533 Automatic Wall Type Holder and Stop is a commercial grade door holder.  The holder is mounted on the wall and strike is mounted on the door. It is constructed of cast brass, and measures 2 x 2-1/2 base and 2-1/8 inch high. Currently it is only available in brushed chrome.

Back to Back mounted 1 inch diameter stock.  One handle will be threaded and the other will be a female fitting that snugs the handle with a set screw.  The standard Stud that ships with the handle is for an 1-3/4 thick door.
