Von Duprin 3327A Exit Device Only

The Von Duprin 4954 7' 6" Steel Mullion  is the standard mullion used on most double doors with the Von Duprin Exit Devices.  Mullions are easily removed by loosening bottom set screw and removing top fitting cover.  The steel mullions are 2" wide and 3" deep, with an 1/8" thickness construction.  We ship the 7'6" mullion, if you need the 8'6" or 10'6", please call.  Package includes the 050390 and 050335 top and bottom brackets.

The Von Duprin 2227 Top Vertical Rod 109361 will work on all 2227's up to door heights of 7'1".  The actual length of the rod is 37-3/8", less the fittings.  If your door is taller you will need a rod extension.  Call 1-800-642-2403 for longer top rods or rod extensions.

The Von Duprin Strike 1609 strike is used when we have a double door application without a center post. By using this strike we can have one door with a surface vertical rod and one door a rim device, which will save money because vertical rods are usually expensive. This strike can be used with the Von Duprin 22/2227, 88/8827, 98/9827 and 99/9927 combinations. The strike base measures 1-1/16" wide by 3-1/4" high, the lip projects out 7/8". The three slots are 1-1/4" on center. This strike ships with the mounting screws.   This Strike is not rated for Fire Doors, which are usually interior corridor doors.

The Von Duprin Mullion Stabilizer Package are used with Von Duprin Mullions to stop any deflection on the mullion, which may cause the exit devices to release.  We run into issues where people are able to shake the door, and the door opens.   The package includes two sets of stabilizers and all the mounting screws.

The EPT-10 Von Duprin Power Transfer is a 10 wire, 24 gauge, means to transfer power from the door frame to the door.   The kit includes everything that is need to complete the installation.

Used on all the Von Duprin 33A, 35A, 99 and 98's.  For doors 30" to 36" order the 36" size. The Von Duprin Strike 1409 Blade Stop is used on just about every Von Duprin Rim Device when door frame protection is needed.  We see this strike on many Narrow Stile door setups.  The strike measures 1-7/8" by 1-3/4" outside dimension. The strike has a projection of 1/2".  The strike is constructed die cast metal and the blade is made of stainless steel.

Von Duprin 050532 EL Dogging Rod 4'

The EL Dogging Rod connects the Solenoid to the Push Bar Bracket. The 4' designates the model it is used on. The 4' model is used on doors 48" down to 36". The Rod measures roughly 17" long. This rod is used on the 33A, 35A, 98 and 99 Exit Devices. Use part # G050531 if your door is equal or under 36".

The new Series 2670 Exit Alarm Lock provides secure protection through a large stainless steel deadbolt, which is 2" x 1/2" (51mm x 13mm) and has over a 3/4" (19mm) throw. The engagement area into the strike is over 1 1/4" (32mm) square inches. The cast aluminum latch case protects the internal mechanism and resists tampering or vandalism from inside the door. The Von Duprin 88 Tube Attaching Ring 090021 is also used on the Von Duprin 55.  The ring fits over the device lever arm, and is expanded by the Wedge (88R90) and the Wedge Tite Screw (88R100).  When the Wedge Tite Screw is tightened the Ring expands and keeps the crossbar parallel to the door.  Measures 15/16" long by 13/16" diameter.

The Von Duprin 8827 Top Latch Case 050460 is for non fire rated doors. A non fire rated device is one that has to positively latch every time it closes, you can usually tell, because a non fire rated device has the hex key dogging.  This is the part that may be causing your bottom latch to drag on the floor. The Top Latch does all the work on the Von Duprin 8827. When the Top Latch is retracted, it holds the rods in the retracted position.

The Von Duprin 5654 Aluminum Mullion 7'2" comes prepped for two of the 299 strikes.  The removable mullion also ships with the 154 Mullion Stabilizers.  Mullions are 11/16" wide on face closest to the door and 2-3/8" at the widest point. The depth is 3-1/8" with a wall thickness of 1/8 ́ ́.  The 5654 is constructed of aluminum.  Everything is included, except the the 299 strikes.  The taller ones are also available, please call for pricing.

Von Duprin NL Drive Screw 090074

The 090074 NL Drive Screw is used on the Von Duprin 22, 98 and 99 Exit Devices to control the rotation of the key cylinder cam. This small set screw, screws into the back of the chassis assembly next to the receptor for the Rim Key Cylinder. The set screw measures 5/16" long by 3/16" diameter. Note: When the NL drive screw is left in back of device, the outside cylinder will function only as a Night Latch. The Night Latch function means the door can only be opened, but not dogged open with the key cylinder.
