The Doromatic 1990 Panic Device has a long history of reliable performance.  Although it is now called the Falcon 1990, they are the same device.  This device is non handed, meaning it can go on left hand or right hand door.  The standard included 41" crossbar will work on doors up 3'8" wide, and the stardard rods will work on a 7' door.  It is equipped with hardened steel latches and adjustable strike to ensure safety, security and quiet operation.  The package includes all of the mounting screws and strikes.

The new Series 2670 Exit Alarm Lock provides secure protection through a large stainless steel deadbolt, which is 2" x 1/2" (51mm x 13mm) and has over a 3/4" (19mm) throw. The engagement area into the strike is over 1 1/4" (32mm) square inches. The cast aluminum latch case protects the internal mechanism and resists tampering or vandalism from inside the door. The Dor-o-Matic 1690/1990 Top Rod Latch Assembly PB130 is also used on the 1390, 1490 and 2390.  This latch has been around since the 1970's,  and is usually the issue if your bottom rod is dragging on the floor.  Although we are calling it Dor-o-Matic, it is actually known as a Falcon SU Top Latch due to a name change 5 or 6 years ago.  This latch rolls over when the device is pressed in and then locks in that position.  When the door closes, the 'U" channel of the latch flips over to a vertical postion and drops the rods.  This latch always uses the PB48 Strike, our part # G199034.  The Dor-o-Matic Panic Devices have been around since the late 1960’s, but have most recently been known as the Falcon Panic Device from a name change they had in about 2008.  They are basically the same device, with the same parts, just a different name plate.  Falcon part # PB130 or 4270101806.

The Handicap ADA Hands-Free Door Pull BM4511 is an ADA compliant. You can hook your forearm/wrist into the open end to open a non-latching door. The pull is constructed of stainless steel and is available in brushed stainless steel, powder coated flat black or powder coated dark bronze. The plate measures 4 x 16 inches and the grip is tack-welded to the plate and also has a 5/16-18 thread for thru bolting. The grip is 1-1/4 diameter by 8 inches. Ships with 6 mounting screws and one 5/16-18 thru bolt with finished washer in matching finish.

The offset door pull 44 is 5 inches by 12 inches.  It offers a 2 inch clearance with a 2-1/8 inch projection.  The mounting holes are 10 inches on centers.  The base block is 1 inch by 12 inches.

The Yale Door Closer 51 Series has been around since the early 1970's.  With the advent of the aluminum framed storefront doors, this door closer was a perfect fit.  The 50 series is a non-sized, non-handed closer that can be mounted on the push (parallel arm), pull (regular arm) or top jamb.   A Grade 1 closer certification, means it is one of the more heavy duty closers out there.  Older models may be stamped with Scoville or Eaton, which are the companies that used to own Yale.  We some times find 20-0054-4001 or 20-0254-4001 stamped on the back of the closer.   Ships with all mounting screws and a parallel arm bracket.  The hole spacing is 3/4" by 9-1/16".
