Von Duprin 55 End Case Kit 050196 and 050197
The Von Duprin 55 End Case is the housing on the hinge side of the door. The function of this housing is to lift the cross bar, and support the function of the Active Case. If your housing is on the right side when standing inside looking out, then you would order the Right Hand Case. The package includes the housing, springs and back plate, the arm is not included. The current part number on this part is 050196 and 050197, the old part number is 111931 and 111932.
Other finishes are available upon request.

Falcon Doromatic 1690, 1790, and 2390 replacement dogging assy. The dogging assembly is used to dog the door in the open position, so people can enter the building without having to unlatch the door for the inside or with a key on the outside. The KIT.1197 comes complete with mounting screws. Some of the earlier version where riveted into the rail, so you might need to drill out the rivets, the screws shipped with KIT.1197 have self tapping thread forming screws.

The Von Duprin 050400 Top Latch is used on the 2227, 3327A, 3427A, 9827 and 9927 exit devices. It is used the Fire-Rated along with the standard Panic Devices. The 050400 is sold without the the Mounting Bracket, if you need the Mounting Bracket you can order the 050546, or order the G99VR10 (050091) which will come with the Bracket. This latch is for use on devices shipped after October 1998. This is usually the problem if your bottom rod is dragging on the floor. Includes screws.

The Von Duprin 88 and 55 Cross Bar 967738 has been in use since the 1950's. The bar is 1" in diameter and is 42" long and can be cut down in the field. One side of the bar will be cut for the wedge tite screw opening.

Dor-o-Matic 1690/1990 Top Rod Latch Assembly PB130
The Dor-o-Matic 1690/1990 Top Rod Latch Assembly PB130 is also used on the 1390, 1490 and 2390. This latch has been around since the 1970's, and is usually the issue if your bottom rod is dragging on the floor. Although we are calling it Dor-o-Matic, it is actually known as a Falcon SU Top Latch due to a name change 5 or 6 years ago. This latch rolls over when the device is pressed in and then locks in that position. When the door closes, the 'U" channel of the latch flips over to a vertical postion and drops the rods. This latch always uses the PB48 Strike, our part # G199034. The Dor-o-Matic Panic Devices have been around since the late 1960’s, but have most recently been known as the Falcon Panic Device from a name change they had in about 2008. They are basically the same device, with the same parts, just a different name plate. Falcon part # PB130 or 4270101806.

Dor-o-Matic 1990/2090 Cross Bar CBAR
The Dor-o-Matic 1990/2090 Cross Bar CBAR is used on the 990, 1090, 1990 and 2090 Dor-o-Matic and Falcon panic hardware. The bar is 41" and 48" long and is easily cut in the field with a chop or hack saw. The bar is constructed of extruded aluminum and then anodized to the correct finish. The slot where the screw threads in is not threaded, but the screws, sold separately, are thread forming screws. The 41" bars are in stock, the 48" bars have a 3 week lead time
The Dark Bronze Cross Bars are a very dark bronze and will be closer to black.

The 299 strike measures 1-1/4" wide by 2-7/8" high with a slotted hole spacing of 2-1/8". The roller projects out 13/16". Ships with shim and mounting screws.

Bilco Barracuda DSO for Out Swinging Doors
The Barracuda Model DSO is for Out Swinging 36" Doors and provides up to 550 pounds of security. It is constructed of heavy duty steel with a durable powder coated finish. The bar goes across the door frame and grabs the lever or knob set with an adjustable clamp. To secure the door, simply turn the handle until it is secured.
