We can also ship them with no holes, if you want to drill your own holes.  Stainless Steel is very hard and a drill press would be recommended. You can glue them on, I would recommend liquid nails, and come C Clamps with the door on saw horses.

The design of the Doromatic 1690 is ideal for demanding, high-traffic applications. The vertical rods and latch mechanisms are concealed in the vertical door stile, ensuring trouble-free operation. The Jackson 1085 Panic Device is one of a few original manufactures of Panic Hardware for aluminum framed glass doors, or storefront doors.  The 1085, 1095 along with their door closer the 20-330 were installed on about half of these doors in the 1970's and 1980's.  They were installed on Vistawall and Kawneer doors just to name a few.  Universally recognized as the standard for aluminum storefront hardware it is made of high tensile strength aluminum.  The device is Non Handed, Comes with 45" cross bar that is easily cut in the field.  Also includes the Concealed Vertical Rods, Screws and Strikes.

The 9400 series is a slim-line, surface mounted electric strike designed to accommodate rim exit devices with a 1/2" throw Pullman latchbolt. All components are completely encased within its 1/2" thick stainless steel housing, so no cutting on the frame is required for installation. Simply place the electric strike on the surface of the frame, align it with the exit latchbolt, and install. An 1/8" spacer plate is provided to accommodate varying door gaps. The 9400 exceeds Grade 1 standards for strength and performance. It is field selectable for fail secure or fail safe operation, and for 12 or 24 VDC. The 9400 features a smooth cover to conceal the mounting screws and provide a sleek surface for superior looks. Spacer Plate Included - the 9400 ships with one 1/8" spacer plate included in the box. Doromatic Door Closer Hold Open Arm. Includes everything is the image. Can be used to convert you regular non hold arm to a Hold Open Door Closer. Arm holds the door open when door is rotated open. The hold open postion is adjustable. This is the hold open arm for the SC61 Hw/PA, SC71 Hw/PA, and the SC81 Hw/PA.

The Von Duprin 990DT Trim is known as a Dummy Trim.  This plate mounts on the exterior of the door, and the welded on mounting studs line up with the 99 device on the interior of the building.  If you have a different manufacture or a different Von Duprin series on the interior, it will not line up.  On the back of this plate we usually find the number 990 stamped on it.  The plate shown here is for the Rim and Surface Vertical Rod 99 and 98 devices.  If you have a Mortise or Concealed Vertical Rod, call us and we will order that model.  The plate measures 3" wide by 14-3/16" tall.  Order here for the 990DT-R&V.

The Yale Door Closer 3501 is constructed of a cast aluminum alloy.  It is considered a Grade 1 Closer, which is the highest grade possible.  The closer features an adjustable spring tension, and separate closing, latching and back check intensity valves.  The full plastic cover is standard on this closer.  This door closer replaces the older 3501BF closers. The new version is Barrier Free Complaint.  The hole spacing is 3/4" x 12", the cylinder is sometimes cast 20-3301-1001 on the back of the cast aluminum cylinder.  This closer ships with all of the mounting hardware and parallel arm bracket.

The Sargent Door Closer 1431 is also known as the Powerglide.  This closer meets ADA requirements and has a capability to be mounted on the push, pull or top jamb, and is non handed.  This closer can be used as a direct replacement for the older version 1230 or 1231 Sargent Closers without having to re drill the mounting holes.  This closer has been the replacement for the 1230 since about 2000.  It is manufactured of an aluminum alloy.

The LCN Door Closer 4111 FL is known as the Smoothee, and is one of the heaviest duty door closers made, the FL stands for Fusible Link. The Fusible Link is a lead clip that melts at roughly 115 degrees, and releases the door so it can close and contain a fire.  If you have a building were you have a high traffic and abusive, especially exterior doors, then this is the closer. The 4111 is an application specific closer, meaning it will only work when mounted on the door, on the push side. This is known as a parallel arm application. The cylinder is fully adjustable and will work on doors up to 56" exterior door, and can be adjust down to ADA required levels. We ship the 4111 FL model, which is a hold open fusible lind, on this page. The cylinder mounting holes are 2-1/2" by 6".

The Doromatic 1790 rim device is typically used in applications where maintenance is a concern because the rim device has fewer parts and pieces than current exit devices. The result is less maintenance and adjustment. The streamlined design has no openings for chains, reducing the risk for code infringements and offering increased building security by eliminating the possibility of tampering and forced entry through the use of coat hangers and other tools. The Doromatic 1790 may also be used to retrofit a Doromatic 2090 series crossbar device.

Our Dark Bronze Oil Rubbed Bronze Door Kick Plates (US10B) are a baked on powder coat on brass base metal. We switched to this finish 5 years ago due to color variations in the US10B Oil Rubbed Bronze finishes. The US version was much lighter than the Asian version, which is where most the door hardware is made these days. The cost of Oil Rubbing was going through the roof and many platers were having issue with the environmental impact and EPA regulations in the United States. Our Oil Rubbed Kick Plates are 16 gauge (.050″) thick.

The Sargent 281 Door Closer is also known as the Powerglide, This closers meets ADA requirements, meets the Buy American Act, and is certified Grade 1, the heaviest rating possible.  The closer has the capability to be mounted on the push, pull or top jamb, and is non handed.  This closer is the replacement for the 1250 and 1251 series closers.  This closer has been the replacement for the 1250 since about 2000.  It is manufactured of an aluminum alloy.

The Norton PTO PowerTrack for 7705 is a replacement piece for the 7705PTO Door Closer.  The Track includes the Slider, Soleniod and new mounting screws.  The Track measures 21-1/4" long with a hole spacing of 19" on centers.   The PTO Track is for the Pull Side of the door, also known as the Hinge Side because you can see the hinges on that side.  On the PTO Track Assembly you can see the Two Mounting Holes

They are very hard, and do not dent easily. The also offer the best corrosion resistances out there.  This plate is ideal as a replacement for Brushed Chrome kick plates. Brushed Chrome Kick Plates are usually a bronze plate that is chrome plated. The problem with bronze is it is a soft metal and dents easily. The stainless steel plates are a lot harder and more resistant to dents. Brushed chrome looks identical to brushed stainless steel.  We only use type 304 stainless.

The Jackson 20330 Concealed Door Closer has been around since the late 1960's early 1970's.  They are used on aluminum framed storefront doors, that have a narrow stile (frame) around the glass.  The closer is tucked up in the header of the door frame.  Jackson has been a leader in this style of door closer for almost 50 years.   The closer is manufactured in the U.S.A. under strict ISO 9001 guidelines and is designed to give long lasting, maintenance-free performance.
